Honest repair shop! The guy explained everything and then said he would not recommend the repair and that I didnt need it. If I do in the future definitely coming here!

I got a screen protector this past Saturday. By Tuesday it was broken. It was In my pocket. I figured i would just get a new screen protector but turns out whatever happened broke the screen protector and my ACTUAL phone screen. It broke through both. I went on the website and it says 30 day warranty on parts. However I called the store and conveniently for them it doesnt cover screen protectors. So now I have a broken phone screen protector and broken screen. Also, when I went in the guy inside was definitely not customer service. I asked about screen protector and all he said was $15. No choice on brand, no conversation at all. He definitely didnt my handle my phone with respect. He did get the protector in quickly. But it had a lot of airbubbles and my phones fingerprint didnt work even after I re-registered my fingerprint twice. They refuse to do anything about so now Im screwed on a phone screen. At least I can warn people not to go there. DONT GO THERE.

The staff went over and beyond to repair my screen for an iphone 11 max pro. After a few problems they stand behind their work. I would recommend them for your phone. They even had repair during covid and made house calls to pick up your phone.

I took my phone in to have the back screen replaced on Saturday. After leaving there my phone would not work properly. It keeps shutting off and rebooting. It worked perfectly when I took it in. Went back in Sunday morning first thing and had the same gentlemen as the day before and he said there was no way that he did anything and that my phone not working wasn’t his issue. Well it worked fine before he touched it. He didn’t offer to look at it or attempt to fix. Just told me I needed to go to Apple.

Great people, great attitude, great service! Saved a lot of money by getting my iPhone back glass replaced there as opposed to paying a $200 deductible through asurion and making a claim.

I would give this 0 stars if I had the ability too. I have never written a review in 28 years Ive been alive. I have NEVER had such a bad experience in my life. I went in and paid $142.03 to have my iPhone 7 Plus screen replaced. Not but three days later my phone slide off my couch on my carpeted floor in a case mind you the screen shattered. I do not have a scratch on my phone it has always been in a case since I purchased it. I go back in and explain it to them with my receipt it was three days old there is no way it should have shattered not a chance maybe it was a bad screen. Nothing but smiles from the gentleman behind the counter and said he can fix it again for me. I said why would I pay another $142.03 for a screen that is going to last me only a couple days. Smiled and said I cant help you then. This is the worst experience I have ever had. They ripped me off and took advantage of me I highly do not recommend anyone wasting there time or money on such a poor service and product. Take it elsewhere and save your time and money.

I purchased a new custom cell phone case for my daughter today. I am not normally high maintenance but it had to be a certain way to make my daughter happy. These guys went above and beyond to help me. They are incredible! Very knowledgeable and customer service oriented all the way. They even told me to return for a redo if my daughter wasn’t thrilled! Amazing!

I own 6 different devices, and i have had repairs done before. But to repair a two and a half year old devices screen, they wanted me to pay 315.00 which was a 3rd of what the device cost over two years ago. Never!!! Better to file a claim and let the insurance pay for a new device. 50 deductible, out of pocket.

Went in to get a broken charger from my charging port. Was so happy with the service I started seizing and the guy rushed over to my aid and got me back to full consciousness. I am a cell doc customer for life

Sales Person was very helpful and professional. Unlike other electronics stores he had charger for old cell phone and was able to retrieve it and display that it worked within 2 minutes of entering his store. Reasonable pricing. Consumer friendly and consumer responsive business. High marks for Cell Doc.

I came in for a new battery replacement, and the service was great! They were very quick and the price was low! I also ended up buying a new case and a new glass screen protector and they gave me like $30 off my whole purchase! Highly recommend!

Had them replace the front and back screen on my Samsung galaxy s9 plus. Screen didnt even last two months and already cracking and its in a otterbox. If I could give them zero stars i would. I called and they talking about they cant warranty it i wouldnt recommend them to nobody and will report them to the better business bureau tomorrow.

They did not use an Apple certified screen and only offered it after I asked why the color was washed out on my phone. My screen is now super sensitive to touch and it’s almost impossible to scroll without clicking on an item. Now I need to drive over an hour back to the store to have it fixed.

Ok way overpriced but that’s because they are in opry mills the prime area to screw people mainly tourist. Work was good and quick just forty bucks more than any other place in Nashville. Had another place been open at 8pm I would’ve went there instead.

I have had to come to this place more times than I would like for THREE broken screens on various devices my family members own. They have always been great, fast, professional, and reasonably priced for the services they provide. Today though, today took the cake!I brought in my 70 year old moms iPad because she was having trouble being able to plug in her charger. She doesn’t do a smart phone, she doesn’t own a computer, but this iPad has been her lifeline. She reads tons of books because she can adjust the size and color, she FaceTimes kids grand kids, she takes videos and pictures and receives them from us, she uses the calendar meticulously, so being without it for a few days caused her great distress. In fact, when I told her I was going to pick her up to bring her here and see if these guys could help her, she was waiting for me outside, iPad in hand when I pulled in her driveway.This guy was so kind to her and in about 3 minutes pulled a tiny broken piece of her old charger out of the slot, and plugged a new one in to insure it was fixed. Seriously, it took us longer to park. He wouldn’t even take our money, just told us to send him business. Amazing customer service. Will for sure return!

This place is a scam. Theyll tell you they dont have the part, make you put down a deposit for them to order it, then say they never received it and never do the service. No services rendered but somehow they wont return your money because its not their fault. Go elsewhere. Anywhere.

If you want Anything fixed go to the other store in the mall because that place probably has better service. This place is truly horrible my mom came her barely broken iPad with ONE crack the guy said he would try and fix it so we left but when we came back Most of the screen was GONE! So they said (with fake smiles) that they could replace the screen and fix it in a week.After a week we came back the iPad screen was ok but the fingerprint doesn’t work!And anyways the the phone cases here are over priced you are better of buying them online.but if you want to get something fixed Don’t come here they make it even worse!

We walked in here with no expectation that anyone can fix our phone - seriously thought we were going to pay just to receive the satisfaction in knowing that we really tried all of our options and did all that we could. However, it hasn’t even been 1 hour and our phone is already fixed! We are writing this review right now in the shop because they deserve it. Two days ago we dropped our iPhone 7 Plus in the salt ocean of Catalina Island. Yes, on our trip to California. We brought it to the apple store in Cali, scheduled an appointment at the Genius Bar, 1 hour wait and finally when we were called, the person did all of these cool diagnostics and 20 minutes later said it was hopeless because our motherboard was affected. He offered us a new phone for $400. We knew it wasn’t the motherboard because the phone was working when we brought it out of the water- the battery just died and the port was not responding. We knew it needed to be dried. We then went to a place that fixed phones. We told him we just wanted him to open the phone so we can dry it. The person wouldn’t even open the phone. We knew he didn’t want to risk it, which is understandable but it still disappointed us. The next day, we flew back home to Nashville, however- it was already late. It has been two days since the phone was dropped in water and literally the second we handed our phone to Cell Doc after telling them what happened and what we believe the issue was- they immediately opened the phone, dried it and bada-bing bada-boom! They said we were lucky! And yes we are! So lucky to have had their services. How much did we spend? $30.00 only. Thank you so much!!!

Bought a case and screen protector for my Samsung Galaxy S8 Plus, and a new case for my wifes iPhone 6S Plus. The plastic hard shell for my case snapped as I put it back on after using my magnetic phonr holder in my car. I called to discuss the issue and was told they couldnt replace it but wanted to give me 10 bucks in store credit when the case cost me 20. The guy who sold me the products was the best but the guy I talked to on the phone spoke broken English and wanted me to spend another 10 bucks on their cheap cases.

I Called to inquire on getting my cracked LG Stylo 4 screen repaired the guy who answered the phone sounded like he was sleep, I asked for his name he then became upset and asked who I was I gave him my name, and then I asked for the manager he stated he was the manager, I then asked him again for his name he stated I am busy and hung up on me. I contacted Opry Mills Customer service and made a complaint.
