Im going to echo a lot of the reviews here. Hands down one of the best businesses Ive encountered in Nashville. I had an emergency after badly shattering my iPhone X screen, and Ron was beyond just helpful. He responded right away and asked me to come by, even though it was towards the end of the day. Hes genuinely one of the nicest people Ive ever met. The service was much faster than I anticipated, at a lower price than Apple or their certified counterparts, and they even offer a 4-month warranty. Theyre also being very careful during the ongoing pandemic. This place really is a lifeline. Its like nothing ever happened! I highly recommend them for any issues you have. Ill definitely be back if I have any in the future!

A+ Service where Ron did a fantastic job in fixing my iPad 6th gen.I ended up cracking the screen on my iPad along with denting the frame right where the speaker holes are to the right of the charger. I took my iPad to a different repair shop where the workers immediately did not think they would be able to fix it and warn me in doing so they could damage the speaker(it look like a place for beginner kinds to start on repairs). They took in the iPad and attempted to do the work, but after 3 days of leaving the iPad with them, they called saying they didn’t do anything b/c of the dent and possibly ruining the home button ribbon.I attempted the job myself but damage the home button and after laying the screen down myself, it preceded to crack due to the dent that I couldn’t get out.With all that, I decided I will try calling another place and found Life Line Repairs. I ended up talking to Ron who gave me the confidence that he was able to get the job done and had no issue in fixing the dent. Although it took 3 days (longer than what he suggested), he kept me updated each day on where he was at on the project and by the third day he had gotten the job done.I felt happy and satisfied with the work Ron had done for me. He was very helpful and showed great customer service with towards me. Also after shopping around for repair prices, Life Line had the best price in town. Would trust them again for any future fixes.

This place is awesome, they brought my phone back to functioning after it was completely submerged in water & I had it back in 2 hours in time to make my vacation, which by the way had all the info I needed on my phone. A few months after returning from my vacation, phone still was fine but I updated to a more current iPhone since I still had a 4. Once again, they were awesome, stayed with same provider & they transferred all my data for me. Stress free experience & very affordable. Both thumbs up for this business.

I went in to get my iPhone 7 Plus screen fixed after being shattered and now it looks brand new! They are very friendly and knowledgeable about all phones and get them fixed in amazing time. Caleb was extremely helpful, super nice, explained how I could cut down on the brightness feature of my phone and it immediately cooled off. Terrible experience. Employee at Lifeline Repair managed to damage an iPhone 8 beyond repair when attempting a simple screen replacement. Long saga of them trying to fix an initial botched repair, further damaging the device, sending it to another store and ultimately losing data and the device. Why go here when a real Apple store with competent assistance is 1/4 mile away? Truly terrible. Dont go! Save yourself the cost and frustration!4/8 update. Thanks for the offer from management but readers should know that we’ve had extensive discussion and you have been unable to rectify the situation. Also of note, I see most of your 5 star reviewers have only one review... that seems a little odd like maybe its pretty easy to get a Gmail account and write a single 5 star review. Ive been in about a handful of times now and its always an easy exchange. In and out in a couple minutes or less. Phone is almost always ready within the hour. Would recommend to anyone. If they cant fix your phone you arent charged which is always nice if you are going out on a whim to get it fixed.

This place is AWESOME!!!! My business phone locked up and 2 different Verizon Stores told me it was a software problem and I needed a new phone. Told the technician here the phone was locked up. Let him look at my phone, in less than 45 seconds he got it unlocked. Asked him how much I owed him, he said NO CHANGE. I was so impressed. I had him look at my personal phone, it has a cracked screen. Ask how much to replace the screen. The price he gave me was MUCH LESS than the last 2 places I checked with. Exemplar service provided for literally $5 a month. Everyone is friendly, helpful, and always happy to assist. I’ve gotten my phone screen fixed and even my battery replaced for $40. At $5 a month, a whole year of this is still almost twice less than getting just my screen fixed at Apple once.

I had the pleasure of meeting the owners and I had a nice discussion about all the broken items I had they are very accommodating explained the repair process very well. It was surprisingly less than I thought it would be. I would definitely recommend them and send them all my repair work for cell phones and pdas. They also can do hard drive data recovery which is good to know.

What a great experience. I thought my charging port was going bad because my phone would only charge if the charger was positioned just right. I took my phone in Saturday morning and when I came back I was informed that my charge port had some debris lodged in it and they cleaned it out and was now working perfectly. They didnt even charge me for this. Very nice to meet honest people that could have easily charged me because I dont know much about technology. I am very disappointed in the service from LifeLine Repairs on my iPhone 8. I cracked my screen and came here to get it replaced. They replaced my screen; however after a couple days my touch screen started to not work properly and it cracked again (without me dropping it). I went back in to the store to complain and they indicated that my proximity sensor must have been damaged. They said they would order me the part since they didnt have any in stock. A week later I went back into the store and they never ordered the part. However I was charged a fee for something I never got fixed. After going to the Apple store, they indicated that the screen that was put on my phone was not even a certified Apple product, and my proximity sensor was not damaged at all. I would NOT recommend getting any Apple product fixed here. A HUGE disappointment since I am at a $200 loss for a repair that did not even fix my original issue. Also they were more expensive than the Apple store.

I was out of the country and my iPhone charger jack broke, leaving my phone to die. I also wasnt able to plug my phone into my computer to transfer photos, which was most important to me. The Apple store said it was not fixable, that I needed to buy a new phone, and spend $600 on a 3rd party data recovery company to get the photos. In a panic, I came to LifeLine and they reassured that it was fixable and would only take a couple hours. My phone works good as new and I was able to recover all of my photos for a very reasonable price! I highly recommend LifeLine to anyone for any electronic issue.

Went to get my grandsons iPad repaired. Caleb figures out the problem with 60 seconds and had it repaired within 90:seconds. A piece of the charger has broken off in charge port. No charge.
