I called and placed an order on a Thursday and was told I would get a call on Friday if there were any problems. I gave them my credit card and waited on my order. It should have been 2 day shipping. after not getting my order I called on Wednesday to check the status. They couldnt find my order so they had to call me back. When they called me back (4 hours later) they had to take the order again, then they told me that I had to pay a $10.00 fee because I hadnt ordered in 3 years. I asked to speak to a supervisor. When i told him what had happened he told me that we started off on a bad foot but they didnt want my business. I did everything they asked me to do even pre-paid and they did nothing they said they would do and somehow Im the bad guy. I would suggest you use Universal or some other vendor if your ordering something that you really expect to get .
