Cant say enough wonderful things about Elliot electric Company!!! A tornado devastated my neighborhood in Beavercreek Ohio on Memorial Day this year! Nine crews were restoring power to the homes still intact. The workers we had contact with were wonderful, especially NATHAN PURCELL!!! I cant say enough positive comments about him. He was extremely kind and concerned about my situation in restoring power to my home. I had numerous questions, he was very patient and listened to my concerns. That eased a lot of my fears. Thanks so much for delivering exceptional service!!

This is our parking lot and that was where my motorcycle was parked. Started parking trucks and air compressors and best of all started jack hammering about 8 to 10 feet of my bike. Not even a simple maybe we should find out who owns it. This is a very unprofessional group of workers. NES has very bad taste in finding contractors to do their work. Ive read the reviews on this company and not any good ones. Besides probably employees themselves. 👎 👎 👎 By the way the company is Elliott Electric of Nashville

Just want to say Thank You to all the Elliot workers who are in Memphis TN helping to get the power back on. Yall are doing an awesome job. It went from 188,000 without power to under 40,000 in just a few days. Yall are doing a great job. Thanks to all of you :)

Elliott did some contracting work for NES in my neighborhood today without any notice, turning off our power for three hours. I voiced a complaint with NES, who did some investigating and lo and behold, an Elliott employee just came to my house and personally apologized for the inconvenience. I am very impressed with them!! Great customer service! Still wish Id had more notice, though. 😊

These people are cutting power off for several hours and NES doesnt even know about it. My power has been off for several hours and every time I asked them about it they say it will be 40 more minutes. They gave us maybe a 10-20 minute notice so none of us could make arrangements for our food or anything!!

This company is working in my neighborhood today....of course i say working loosely...out of the 3 teucks i see nobody is working...and they have blocked one side of my driveway to look at pictures on his phone. Im not satisfied at all with there poor customers service and the lazy men that just stand around

Great safe workers, that perform a very important service to all of Tennessee! and the US during disaster relief efforts!
