Loaded in Atlanta Ga..was told to deliver to freshpoint after 4pm on the same day..got here at 4:30pm..nobody would open a door..then a receiver came out to get another truck..I asked where to check in..he asked what I had..I told him..he stated I dont want that, bring it back tomorrow..just another lying bunch of dirtbags..I knew better than come here..the one good thing is Im gonna get a layover..and Im not cheap!..DONT COME HERE!

Nice employees, my appointment was from 6am - 9am, I arrived at 7:30am and the called me to go to the door at 9:30 at 10:30am I was empty ready to leave.

Almost 5 hours and I have felt them go in my truck 3 times to get me loaded. Still waiting.

Dont believe what brokers tell you, they open at 6:00 AM. But they dont receive product until 4:00PM. They tell you to come in the morning in case they need some of your freight. If they dont need they let you set all day and tell the broker we are really busy.

DRIVERSYou must enter off of Massman (off of Elm Hill Pike) - see sign that says Freshpoint, Kraft, etc. It will be a right turn. You will NOT be able to turn left into the complex because you will not clear the utility pole.*You can park overnight* (*recommended so you can be first in line). Its FCFS and receiving starts at 0600 - the dock manager will come out shortly after to collect your bills.Suggest you bring food & smokes - some take longer to unload than others ...probably depending on product.TumbleweedFlight 41 ~NOTE:If you happen to be brokered thru Choptank, they will insist you be here @ 0445. Not true, trust me.

Great company. Arrived at night, immediately stood on an empty door (in my case 6). At 6.30 a.m. the kid came to work, who within 40 minutes unloaded the entire trailer. The tracker navigator leads a little incorrectly, use gool maps, this one leads specifically to the company.

Very slow, I arrived at 3-1 / 2 and left at 8-1 / 2.
