Let me start by saying, I have been in the hospitality industry for 13 years and even with the current COVID-19 situation. The experience that myself and my lady friends experienced at Merchants in Tennessee far exceeded what we expected and our Server K.B. was 100 percent responsible for that. He was amazing. I have worked in various large cities and his energy, banter and timing was on point at all times. He made us so comfortable to be there even after the pandemic. It was seemingly effortless for him. Hats off to K.B. at Merchants. From the flavor profiles, knowledge of the menu and ingredients. He was amazingHe knew when and when not to insert himself. Id like to see him try a management role because his emotional intelligence level was amazing. My lady friend is a therapist and proffesor, even she picked up on how easily he made us feel at home and was extremely genuine and caring. Woooooow. Great experience 👍. Ill be back for certain.
