These guys are thieves. They are pushy, arrogant and bring absolutely no value to any business large or small. They take advantage of people, pure and simple. The majority of positive Google reviews listed here are reviews they have posted themselves.

Drive is a fast-paced and young start-up. If you work hard, youll fit in fine.Pros:- Creative freedom with work. You are hired with the assumption that you are a professional in your field, and are given the freedom to do what you think is best (for the most part).- Coworkers. A lot of people in the company are young, but most are hard workers and fun.Cons:- Sometimes new strategies are put into place quickly before the company as a whole has a firm grasp.- Sprint days do not lend themselves to creativity, we often have to choose quantity over quality.

Pros:*The people make Drive what it is. This culture is a mixed bag of people who each bring something different to the table. Its inspiring to work with so many different minds on a daily basis.*Drive is at the forefront of the industry, and has procedures in place to make sure they stay there.*Youll use your brain at this job every single day. This isnt a job where you can skate by. Youll learn a ton and be challenged to continue learning about the social media advertising space.*No day is ever the same!*You get to use your creativity to aid businesses in their growth every day.Cons:*As with every startup, there are growing pains. Drive is expanding rapidly, which means large workloads on fewer people until the growing pains are ironed out. However, if youre willing to put in the effort and take ownership, the extra work is worth it.*This is a fast-paced job, which isnt the right fit for everybody.

Working with Drive in both the St. Louis and Nashville offices, I can truly say that you will not find a better group of diverse minds or incredible people to work with. Everyone has something unique to bring to the table, and that is truly an asset to working at Drive Social Media. Working at Drive is fast-paced and challenging, but rewarding if you put in the time and effort. With this said, as with every start-up agency, the company has its flaws. This includes lack of clarity in communication from leadership. Ideas are sometimes executed too quickly, causing miscommunication and errors within the team. To improve this, some type of timeline or expectations could be set to keep team members informed and working towards a common goal.Overall, Drive is a constantly evolving and growing company that I am happy to work for. If you are willing to step up to the plate and put in the extra hours, working at Drive Social Media is very rewarding.

Since joining Drive, I have absolutely fallen in love with the culture they have cultivated. There is no doubt that every individual in the Drive ecosystem pulls their weight and works extremely hard, but we also make the time to enjoy each other and have fun while doing it. If you are looking for a company who you can grow with, this is the job for you.

Cool place to work! You meet different business owners on a weekly basis and you learn something new every day. You just have to be prepared to work really hard ( duh, its work) and know how to separate work and your personal life so that they dont blend into one.

Im a current employee of Drive Social Media and love my job here in Nashville.ProsDrive Social Media is full of opportunity and daily excitement, including:-Regular meetings with some of the most prominent brands in Nashville-Forward-thinking strategy aimed at discovering how best to place ads in front of those most likely to convert to a clients brand-Transparency towards clients aimed at learning what works and what does not, explicitly excluding assumption-based marketing-A work day that is never repetitive and certainly never boringRegular events around the office keep the employees refreshed and excited to come to work. There is even an entire position dedicated to the happiness of employees and clients. The room for advancement within the agency is almost unparalleled, given the companys recent placement on the Inc. 500 list.ConsAs with any small business, there are certainly some growing pains. Communication is one of the biggest areas for improvement that Drive faces. This can be improved in the following ways:-Clear direction with regards to company-wide initiatives-Instillation of belief in the employee base as competent and independent thinkers-A regulation of procedures and protocols regarding best practices that serve as learning moments for new employees and a proper training processAll of these things have dramatically improved in my 1+ year with Drive and I feel encouraged by the companys ability to adapt and evolve over time.Advice to ManagementKeep on offering a challenging, exciting, and opportunistic work environment. Provide a more streamlined approach to internal communications. Continue to listen to employees to understand the boots on the ground process so as to not become detached from the day-to-day operations. Work diligently to find smart, motivated hard workers to push this company to the next level.

Our company worked with this team for two months and we are nothing less than thrilled with the professionalism, care, knowledge, application and presentation of all things marketing/advertising in today’s online world. In 30 years of doing business, I have never seen a more concise, dedicated, successful approach to business practices.

Do not trust these people. All they care about is taking your money. Used their services, and didnt gain one lead from their ads in 6 months, so we ended up cancelling services with them. Of course, they made us sign a contract (which was stupid on our part to agree to), so we have been paying them for months just to pay off our contract term (while they do nothing for us). They charge 6-10k per month for what another marketing company charges us 1500 to do.

ProsDrive is a fast growing startup, so there are several vertical advancement opportunities for driven employees. The company has a diverse list of clients, which keeps work interesting. Coworkers are very pleasant to work with. The company also offers incentives for quality performance.ConsSince Drive is a startup, the company is still figuring out operating procedures for certain circumstances as they arise, which can be confusing or hard to adapt to, but these procedural changes truly are being implemented to create a better service and workflow. Drives Sprint method can be stressful for employees and long for the clients, but it is meant to aid in efficiency and transparency.

Do not do business with this company. They only cared about geetting their monthly payments and forced litigation on our business to make us pay the remaining months of the contract. This company wasn’t able to deliver on their ROI and we lost a lot of money from doing marketing with them. We were spending 4500 monthly and were expected to do another 1k+ FB ad spend on top of that. After a few months it became apparent that they weren’t going to deliver. Our business was -14k! And had no new clients from their marketing strategy. When we sought to stop doing business with them all they seemed to care about was that they’d get their monthly payments.Even though we weren’t doing business with them any longer, because of their lawyers, we were forced to pay for months and months!! . This was hands down the worst business decision our company has ever made. Period. Our business has found better social media marketing companies that we are working with that can and do deliver an ROI 10x over what Drive was able to do. We pay this new company a fraction of the drive fee and they consistently deliver new clients through their marketing efforts. With Drive however, we spent 18k + FB adspend and had 0 new clients after months!!! They had zero remorse, emotion or heart when we aplealed the contract that they enforced upon us. They clearly only cared about the money!Their google reviews consist of employees that work for the company in an obvious effort to increase their ranking. One should always be cautious in working with Companies that have to use these tactics. And for them being so adamant about having a socialedoa presence and driving sales through Facebook marketing I find it interesting that they took off the feature to review their business on Facebook.Take home point. How can a business like this afford to pay their employees the high salaries they do? Gouge their clients and sue them when they want to leave. It’s truly criminal...Don’t do business with them. Period.
