I am here often & had a great experience every time i was here. Pricing is so reasonable too.

Some of the bad reviews are mainly from people who are looking for more than what they pay for. I get my hair done here once a month by Candice and she is always very nice, thorough, and patient. I appreciate her as the manager & stylist because she is often there by herself working the salon while also answering the phone, doing clients, taking walk-ins, etc. Yes, this is a salon inside of Walmart, but the experience is professional to me despite Walmart being unprofessional.

I have come here a few times and even bring my young children here for cuts. The ladies that work here always do a great job! I want to give a shoutout to Afsaneh for my fabulous haircut she did the other day! It looks and feels like I got my hair done at an upscale salon! She is VERY good at what she does! She is also very kind and professional! You can tell she really loves her job and her clients. I will continue going here for all my family needs as long as she is there!

This shop is close to my apartment and it’s always easy to get in for an appointment. You can call ahead or just walk in. They are usually not too busy to work you in. Most of the stylists are really good, but I’d say the owner is the best. Not a super bougie hair salon, but they give great cuts and a reasonable price.

I love this location and I go for April. She is always excellent for me and my son now goes to her and will not let anyone else do his hair. Always a great experience.

This is the worst experience I have ever had at a salon. My mother and I came here to both get a color and a haircut. We were charged $195 plus tip my card charge came to $220+. The woman stripped both of our hairs and the next day it was orange and came out looking like Ronald McDonald. When we came back to get it fixed, the manager was kind enough to fix the color and it was a $30 because it was a different person who fixed our hair. All in all we spent $250 for over processed hair that is slowly falling in clumps. To make it worse, when I asked the lady to cut my moms split ends before she washed my moms hair, she said, I cant see it now because its wet. In order for us to fix our hair we are going to have to deep condition which will cost us more. We initially came in about 4:30PM. They closed at 7:00PM. We were done and we were hurried out the door. During the initial visit they put the color in our hair for 10-15 minutes.Im disappointed in the service that for that amount of money, the approach to our hair was lackadaisical and lukewarm at best. Do not go to this place, unless you want to waste $250 for dry hair that ends up looking like multicolored straw.

I did not really know what I wanted when I went in. I asked her advice and she told me what she thought would look good. It ends up being, what I think to be, the best hair cut I ever received. I appreciate all your help! I will be back.

They really didnt listen to me when I told him what kind of hair cut I wanted. He came close but no cigar. As far as the hair color goes he did a great job. I treated my mom to a cut and the lady didnt listen to her at all. My mom even showed her a picture of the cut she wanted. I had to take her somewhere else to get it straightened out. Plus they charge WAY TOO MUCH.

No sales are going on after theyve re-opened, wanted a shampoo, cut and style for what it was before they closed for covid and now it was gonna cost me 55.00, way out budget tbh.

The lady, Tonya, that cut and colored my hair was really nice. She listened to what I said and tried very hard to give me what I wanted. She cut my hair a little shorter than what I expected but overall she did a great job. My problem was with the check out. I was overcharged and her only explanation was that it was because it rang up that way. I ended up paying about $10 too much but in the grand scheme of things it didnt seem worth $10 to argue and get ugly. I left her a $10 dollar tip as well but felt a little cheated as I walked out the door.

Patricia was amazing! I had long hair and wanted to go short and it was frightening lol but she was very fun and personable and even talked me through everything she was doing so that I was more comfortable!! I HIGHLY recommend!! 😊

Probably goes without saying that there’s certain expectations about getting your hair cut at a Walmart. But I thought why not give it a try? Poor choice. I don’t believe the woman who cut mine was licensed and she was basically being instructed by the other stylist there. Her “bedside manner” left a lot to be desired as she asked questions about how long my hair has been thinning and things of that nature. Not very tactful. But she was friendly, or it would have been 1 star. The cut was just awful, had to get it fixed up elsewhere immediately after.

My experience was way better than what I had expected since I wasnt too sure about it because it was in Walmart. April was really friendly and asked how I took care of my hair & gave me tips on it too, I wanted a different look so I decided to cut my hair short & she did a great job! I love my hair!

Cheapest place to get a decent hair cut. Unfortunately they are ALWAYS understaffed so making an appointment is a MUST

MY LOOK ENDED WITH APRIL. MY HAIR DOESNT SHED ANYMORE, IS HEALTHY, HAS LIFE, AND I LOVE MY HAIR EVERY TIME I GO TO HER. I WILL ONLY GO TO HER. I HAVE NATURAL HAIR AND SHE IS GREAT AT ALL HAIR TYPES. If I could give it zero stars I would. The lady that cut my husbands hair did the worst job ever. Our 4 year old could have done a better job. The top was choppy and sloppy looking and the back wasnt even lined up. Had Id seen how bad it was before he left out he would not have paid for it. Learned our lesson thats for sure

Everytime i go there they look at us as if I have asked them there time which were supposed to be invested somewhere else.Always had to go to the franklin walmart where they patiently hear and do what u want. Hair cut is what is asked for guys.

I dont usually write reviews but had write one for this salon. I have very thick, kinky/curly natural hair, and April was able to give me a sleek, straight style and haircut. As another reviewer said, shes all about healthy hair and answered my questions/gave advice for natural hair care. My straight style lasted even during my graduation, which was outside for nearly 3 hours in Nashville humidity. I know Walmart salons sometimes get a bad rap simply for being in Walmart, but I had a great experience at this salon and the price was reasonable as well!

Worse even. I went it for my hair to get colored and a cut and she literally fried my hair, left bald spots and cut half of it off. I had to pay 230 to get I corrected and go in for treatment once a week to new stylist. Complaint with corporate and it was a waste of time. They might be used to the complaint so a new onemail ment nothing. Do I recommend??.... yes I do.... I recommend for you to stay away!!!!

I go there often and all the women are good at what they do I dont think twice when I have to get my hair done and there process are reasonable.

My wife came in around 7:15pm, asked how long they stayed open and wad told 9pm.. 2 hours later, and after receiving attitude from the employee how signing in which my mother in law did so for my son. The employee had a issue with that apparently and said she didnt know we wanted a hair cut at all. Never once were we told directly to sign in. Its not the customers need to know the policies, its the employee that had to inform the customer of any policies. Never argue with the customer, for they are always RIGHT! Never got a friendly greeting, just ignored until we finally addressed the issue on rather or not was she was going to cut the hair. The employee even implicated that my wife was going top do something because she removed a ball cap off her had which was my sons, who was getting his hair done. This is the worse place to come if your looking for friendly and helpful stylist who love there job and care about REAL customer service.

Tried to call and make an appointment and find out what time they closed. The woman yelled at me because I asked her to repeat herself, she had me on speakerphone and I couldnt understand what she was saying, she screamed back that she had color in her hands. I cant believe this is the kind of costumer service you offer! Will never step foot into a place that treats costumers like these just over the phone!
