Joe is honest, fair, skilled, and experienced. I was travelling, from out of town, and a large chain garage gave me a $$$$ quote that did not even address the problem. Joe _listened_ to my description, looked, made his diagnosis, phoned me to confirm, then phoned when it was ready to pick up (earlier than expected). I have one regret: I should have stopped by ATM to get cash to pay him rather than him eat car charge % payment. Support this small businessman!

I highly recommend A-1 radiator services! We almost were fooled by another company where we got our oil changed saying that we needed a completely new radiator and thermostat (over $1200 estimate). We dropped it by A-1 and Carl assessed it and said there were no issues at all. He stated that there wasnt even a crack in the radiator. He performed the assessment for free and said if we ever needed anything else to come back. In the future, if we ever have any need of fixing our radiator this will be the first place we go!

No BS here. He can either fix or he cant. If he cant, no one can. Do not try to fix it yourself before hand just bring it and let him do his magic. I have had condensers, radiators and intercoolers fixed at A-1. They never came back with a problem.

I had a sawmill Kabota radiator that was full of saw dust and several leaks. They cleaned, sealed and repainted the radiator. It is now working great, no leaks and engine is running cool.

Awful experience. The employees are rude, egotistical, and unwilling to help. I was called names and turned down over the phone when I asked for clarification. Im very particular to who I trust my vehicle with, and its not these guys.
