Tully Mazda earned 5 stars today and I didn’t even buy a car! Yet!! The customer first attitude that Chad displayed was a breath of fresh air in this crazy car buying time! The entire dealership was relaxed and looking to make the customer the #1 priority. I will return and I am confident it will be the start of a long relationship. One that I look forward to. Thanks for being real people and not just concerned with profit and the bottom $.

If you are considering purchasing a vehicle from Tulley Mazda, I would highly recommend it. It was quick and painless - every individual I dealt with made the process easy. The salesman, Kevin, was extremely professional, patient, and polite. The sales manager, Jarad, went above and beyond in locating the specific vehicle that I wanted. I had such a positive experience with Tulley Mazda and will continue to utilize them as they are a trustworthy dealership.

I have dealt with Tulley Mazda for the last three years-- both the sales and service departments. I cannot recommend the brand or the dealership high enough. Never had a problem; fast, efficient service. And they went above and beyond to return my EZPass tag when I forgot to retrieve it out of the older vehicle I was turning in to get a newer model. All in all, great to work with.

I assumed car dealerships were open on the busiest car shopping days. I really liked the CX-9 but not being able to see, drive or ask questions left me heading elsewhere. Now im a happy owner of A Toyota Highlander from Toyota of Nashua.

I have been waiting for my license plates for 2 months. I have to call or go to the dealership to ask for an update because no one is telling me anything. Even when I call they say they will call back with an update, yet I never receive any calls. I would file the paperwork and deal with the DMV to get the plates but Ive been told it has to be done through the dealership. Not to mention the buying process was awful. The sales person was assisting other customers during our purchase process. So when we needed to go to the next stage we had no idea where he was or when he would get back. There were mistakes made on the final paperwork that would have been a big problem if we did not point it out prior to completing the process. They also failed to mention the previous owner was a smoker. There are two places with cigarette damage. I SERIOUSLY wish I had gone to another dealership.

Ive been going to Tulley in Nashua for years. Within my immediate family, weve purchased 3 cars and would recommend their service to anyone. Johnny K is absolutely wonderful to work with in sales. From searching for the right vehicle within your budget to finalizing the purchase, he provides a pleasant and stress free experience. The entire team at Tulley, from sales to finance to maintenance is professional, friendly and reliable. Prices can be a little on the higher end of the scale for maintenance, but you get what you pay for! Honesty and customer experience are important to me. I trust the team at Tulley and truly appreciate the experience!

AVOID THIS DEALER... They damaged my car... They lied to me... they insulted me... and their sales manager ignored my phone calls...4/16 Reply to Dealer Response below: COVID did delay receipt of my plates, but the Tully team further delayed delivery when they incorrectly entered my license information on the paperwork and could not effectively communicate the issue with my national insurance provider. Cosmetic damage was done to my car during this extended delay... damage that is not listed on the copy of the 160-point Certified Pre-Owned inspection. Are you implying that the inspection was not completed accurately? This was never resolved.I purchased a 2017 CPO Mazda CX-5 from Tully this past June. The dealer took a month to obtain the plates for my car and during that time my car was damaged, before I took receipt. Their staff was quick to buff out the scuff marks but they would do nothing for the paint damage on the bumper and side mirror. When I asked them about repairing the paint they told me that I was misremembering and that this damage existed when I purchased the car. They also went further to lie to me by saying other customers had noticed the scratches at least a few days before I purchased the car, despite previously telling me the car just got on their lot the day they sold it to me. I have written copies of both statements from the dealer and a copy of the CPO inspection indicating NO DAMAGE to the cars exterior.

It’s great if you plan on never coming back. Once the sale is done so is customer service. It’s been over six months and I am still trying to get my refunds back. No one answers the calls, no one emails back. Had to get my credit card company involved to help me get my money back. Completely useless past the point of sales. Go to Werner Mazda instead. After test driving a Honda at Peters and them not wanting to show me other cars my friend suggested I try Tulley as I expressed interest in a cx-5. Johnny K fit me into his busy day to test drive one. It was far superior to the Honda that I wasn’t crazy about. I wasn’t able to start working a deal that day and asked if it were possible for him to put aside the car I was interested in (and he did!)Johnny K was not pushy or overselling anything. We traded in two vehicles and they were pretty fair in my opinion with the pricing. We did have a bit more of a difficult time getting approved but they kept working hard and finally we came to a deal.I feel the team was very respectful and really wanted to help us drive away with the vehicle we wanted. We even had a time limit as we had to pick up our son at 5 and they worked so hard to get us out by then. Johnny K even asked us to come back so he could go over the features of the car. He let us know if we had any questions we can text or call him. I’m very happy with the service we received. Leaps and bounds over many dealerships we have been to.Thank you for everything!

Extremely disappointed with the service I received at this dealership. My family and I have been long time customers of this dealership and have even recommended other family and friends to them. I would assume most dealerships would appreciate that type of customer loyalty, but there has obviously been a shift in management. After purchasing a brand new CX5, I noticed there was a chip in the paint on the front bumper. I brought my car over to Service and was walked out to my car by a woman from the office, as well as one of the men who works in the service department. After looking at the chip, he told me I had two options - one was to touch it up, but he said that it would look like a touch up or my other option was to have them take the entire bumper off and make it look brand new. I obviously chose the second option, as it is a brand new car. When I got the car back, I checked the bumper. It looked like they slapped some white out on it and called it a day. When I rubbed my thumb over the paint, it came right off. I called to ask to speak with the service manager (who was never placed on the phone - I was told he was busy) and was called back by the sales manager instead. He told me I “called service and was screaming at someone about my problem”. When I explained the situation to him, he said service doesn’t ever do repairs like I was promised, they only touch up things and see what the customer thinks. When I explained that’s not what I was told, he told me there was miscommunication and continued to tell me I was wrong. When I tried explaining that I walked out to my car with two people from service, he continued to tell me I was misinformed. He was extremely disrespectful and treated me like a child. I told him I did not feel comfortable bringing my vehicle back to them to fix and asked if I would be able to have it fixed at a different Mazda body shop. He proceeded to laugh and say “Sure but we aren’t paying for it.” I would think if a customer feels uncomfortable and voices that feeling to anyone in management, the dealership would want do whatever possible to make sure the customer does not leave feeling that way. I feel extremely uncomfortable returning to this dealership knowing how they approach and treat their customers. Unfortunately, I cannot even get ahold of Customer Experience with Mazda Corporate, as their phone number doesn’t work. When I called the dealership again to try and get another number to reach someone for Customer Experience, they told me that’s all they had and I’d have to figure it out on my own by going on Google. I am very disheartened by this whole experience with Tulley Mazda.

James and Scott were amazing! They made the entire process of purchasing a car as pain free as possible. Both were honest and open about their thoughts and the overall process. Before we walked in, I was worried because car dealerships are always filled with pressure and stress. However, I was pleasantly surprised once we started working with James and Scott that there was absolutely no pressure from either of them. My fiancé and I were quite impressed by the fact of how much they cared about us as customers instead of just another sale. They were not only professional, but humble. I could not have asked for a better experience and am so happy with my new Mazda 3. I highly recommend working with these two and purchasing a car from Tulley!

I worked with John K. to find a Mazda 3 that I liked, test drive, and negotiate a little further. John went out of his way to seal the deal with me and make sure that I walked away from the dealership happily. In the finance department, I worked with Scott Doherty, who also went above and beyond to assure me that Tulley cared about its customers, wanted to make sure I got the best deal possible, and walked me through a question I had with my insurance. Overall, I had an awesome experience at Tulley (with John and Scott) and recommend their services for anyone looking to have personalized service while purchasing a new car.

Jean, Kevin, Toby, Scott........ who did I miss? What an amazing experience. Unlike any other car dealership I have ever been to. SO EASY!! VERY HONEST people. We drove almost 2 hours to shop here and I would WALK here next time to buy another car from these guys!!Toby instantly offered a little more for my trade than 3 prior dealers - and I didnt even ask him to! He gave me EXACTLY what it was worth and without ANY back and forth at all. Toby promised a rate that Scott couldnt quite get to, but Scott immediately (and without any drama) made the payment work anyway! I was going to request a few hundred off the car we wanted, and somehow Toby read my mind and offered me the EXACT price I wanted without me even ASKING. How the heck did he know EXACTLY what I wanted to pay? I never mentioned it to him or anyone else at the dealership. The whole deal was so smooth and seamless, it was literally like buying a cup of coffee.Jean handled everything on the front end and handled my questions like a pro. Kevin (the salesperson) is a total pro too. He was in command of the deal the entire way. Didnt miss a beat. I asked if there was a second keyfob - he had it in his hands and passed it to me within 2 seconds. We asked if the car had been sent to detail and he said its already back (he had done it before we even arrived). Kevin knows what he is doing folks!! I would ask for him if you go to this dealership - very calm, cool, and collected guy. On top of his game!!Every single employee we talked to (maybe 6 total) had nothing but amazing things to say about the 3 owners. The employees were gushing over the ownership and how awesome it is to work there. The positive and relaxed culture here obviously comes from top down. Every employee had something nice to say about the company and/or the owners totally unprovoked - they simply volunteered positive comments about the dealership and leadership. You can literally feel the calm, serene, and positive attitude culture the minute you walk in the door.Finance was great. Scott made everything so simple. Hes been doing this a long time and you can tell. Just a great guy and very easy to get along with! Rate was close, but not quite. He made up for it and made everything right. Didnt even have to ask!Toby bragged about all of his salespeople. Thats the kind of guy you want to work for!! You could really tell he was the leader of the group and sets the tone for the deals.Wish could give 6 stars!!!!

AVOID THIS PLACE... I have never heard anything good about this dealership. It has nothing to do with the car manufacturers, it is strictly the dealership and their employees. I have had several friends, and several family members, purchase new or used cars from this dealership and had nothing but terrible service and repairs since then. They dont know what theyre doing mechanically, and mess up even the simplest of repairs (I know someone that went for a simple balance and rotate and they managed to mess up the repair to the point that it cost him his axle)... and then on top of that, the employees they hire are lying thieves. Mr. Grimes is not the first person I have heard that complained about theft within their service department. This dealership needs some serious reconsidering, and I dont wish it upon anybody to fall into the trap that everybody I have asked has fallen into. Bad service, bad repairs, bad vibes. Pick a different dealership if you can, this isnt the only dealership in Nashua that has your car for sale. Be smart and do your research, I wish you all good luck.

The best buying experience we’ve ever had. We looked at Toyota, Subaru (traded in a 2017 Outback), and found the CX5 far superior. There was no high pressure sales, relentless follow up (stalking). Tyler and the Sales Manager Don, were extremely professional and accommodating. Probably they know they have a superior product and it will virtually sell itself, which it did. One test drive and my wife was convinced the CX5 was far superior in torque, handling and comfort. I am retired but have extensive experience in purchasing so when I go into a buying situation I research (KBB and other sites for pricing), and already know what I’m going to pay based on trade in value and what I can afford. It took Don less than 30 minutes to make the numbers work and even provided a CX5 with more features than we expected. Paperwork done quickly and as it was raining heavily they allowed us to bring our Outback into a service bay alongside the new CX5 so we could transfer our belongings easily and in dry conditions. We were also given a tour of the service department and were favorably impressed. This is what buying a car should be like. I know where we’re going next time. Thanks Tulley!

I purchased a vehicle on January 11, 2019 and my vehicle still isn’t registered today January 21, 2019. The dealership was amazing before the purchase, but after that they have neglected me and have failed to put the same efforts they did into getting me to purchase the vehicle, into registering my car.I’ve had to call multiple times to check on the status of the registration and every time it was another issue that came up as to why the car was still not registered. Not once did they call me to tell me to fix the discrepancies, but Instead they wait on me to call to find out why the car isn’t registered yet.On Janurady 21, 2019 I called 7 times to speak to a sales manager and left voicemails. Sales manager never called me back. Instead of taking two seconds of his time to speak to a customer who’s clearly having a problem “due to the 7 phones calls” He chose to ignore me instead because of a snow storm. I quote from my sales agent “I apologize for us not being responsive, all of us have all been outside, away from the phones, doing snow removal all day. It’s not that we don’t care because the sale is done, we just had a big storm and it takes a long time and all the sales staff to clean off all the cars.”I asked my sales person if I can be put as a priority to register my car due to my long wait time and his response was “Unfortunately the other runners are busy so we have to wait for the only one doing registrations, who gets back around 5:30”. So be aware they only have one “runner” that does registrations so if your an out of state buyer your car won’t be registered in a timely manner. Due to this experience I will never buy a car outside of my state.
