This was the place to come to when I was in high school in the early 2000’s to clean your ride, and since then nothing has changed. No upgrades, all coin opp, same now worn out equipment, some of which don’t even work with no signage. First vacuum I tried didn’t work at all. They did refund my money. I tried another and it turned on with almost no suction. This place needs to be demoed along with Fun World.

It serves the purpose but the equipment is not very well maintained. Some of the drains in the bays are constantly clogged and flood. All of the settings on the spray wands dont work and the soap brush had a break in the hose where you end up with almost as much soap on you as the car.

Great place to get an Oil Change, Car Wash or Self-Serve Car Wash and Vacuuming. They has great prices and offer bundling deals. Service maintenance needed items on your vehicle

Sparkling Image....guess again!!High Pressure Rinse????? I get more pressure from my bathroom sink. The last minute beeper wasnt working either. May seem trivial but the equipment should be working properly. It is disheartening to see that the workers had time to toss a ball around in the are between the washing stalls and detail center. Even got a dirty look when we left cause one of the guys had to move out of our way instead of trying to catch the ball. Try the gator catch next time. Yes. You read that correctly. Equipment not working properly but lets fool around because we are closing soon. Not how I would have my business being run.

New in the area. Needed a wash and vacuum. Car wash was good I just didnt notice a itemized list of different washes only monthly price. The vacuum was very disappointing. 1st spot had no hose. 2nd one had no power or suction that was a complete loss of $2. I never seen a vacuum cost $2 and it would be worth it all day if it worked. I always need a good vacuum at least 2 times a week with my kid. Hopefully I can find a good place.

Very Very poor service experience never waste your money doing auto detailing with them .l was watching from a distance when l was told my car will take 4hrs to clean and after 30min the car was done when l ask the manager he was like they just finished. It was not clear ask why not vacuum in the trunk the ans was l dont know how to open it compatiment was not even touched poor service.

Been an unlimited wash member for a year now. Go through 3 to 5 times a week. Around 200 washes this year Can only count a handful of times I was disappointed in the wash.The guys and girls are always nice and courteous.Well worth the $35/mo investment. My car 2014, looks nice and new almost 365 days a year!Great value

If I could give 0 stars or negative stars I would do not go here do not waste your money I gave them about 4 chances free car wash codes to replace them and everything and I still wouldnt pay them to pay me put it that way you pay the $20 wash and come out with soap all over your car every time and its not dry I always come out have to scrub my wheels and rims no matter what Im talking giving them about 8 tries in one Are a joke and theyre full of dirt just dont waste your money whatever you do I really Hate leaving bad reviews and Im not one to do so but at this point after that many chances and so much negativity theres no going back and I would hate for others to waste their money and go through the same

I use to like this carwash before it was taken over by new owners. Before, if something broke, they fixed it. I subscribe to the unlimited washes. The machines inside the tunnel seem to have gotten shorts with lots of empty spaceat the end. Which they could totally use to put up a machine that completely rinses off all the soap off your car. last 3-4 time Ive gone, the first strips of rags that hang from the ceiling and move back & forth just hung there and your car is just push under them?? The Rain-X treatment is a joke, when it actually puts something on your car. After I get me car washed there, I usually have to stop up the road in one of the strip malls and wipe down the entire car and get all the soap of car. And I always ask myself.... Why do I go ther???

I was really excited to check this place out it. When I pulled up in my 2010 Toyota RAV4 I was quoted 80 something dollars for an oil change. Apparently they can only use synthetic oil in my vehicle not sure if thats the case it sounded high to me anyways I wish it would have worked out the place looks cool

The car wash does not have a water rinse! You can notice this long gap with no machines or anything that would sprinkle water before the blow dry at the end. There was yellow soap all over my car. Tried to overcharge me for shipping seats ($129) which includes an interior detail. I got it all done ony Mass for 60 bucks.

Poor Quality: Automatic Car WashI decided to try this place out instead of my usual wash spot, and I regret it. I spent $23 on the full automatic wash package, and my car came out worse than when it went in.Despite having all the spray and scrub brush gear out and ready to do the usual manual pre-wash by the attendants, the only attendant swiped my card then immediately went back inside, so the rear of the car (something automatic car washes struggle with on hatchbacks) stayed quite dirty.The automatic wash did okay, but my big issue was that the only rinse was both underpowered and poorly placed in the tunnel: after a single relatively low-flow rinse pass, there were still large amounts of suds all over my car, and there was a nearly 25 foot gap until the drying unit that could have easily held a second rinse arch. Because of this, my car dried covered in soap spots and streaks, and combined with the spots on the rear the automatic wash failed to get thats usually handled by the manual pre-wash, I feel my car genuinely looks worse than when I brought it in.Overall, the quality was not horrible, but certainly could have been better, both in service and design. Needless to say, I will not be returning.

Car was somewhat clean. Didnt rinse well and the dryer was useless. Dried soap everywhere. The person taking the payment failed to give me a receipt for the wash. I drove around to get my receipt for the 5 day guarantee. He acted as though he had not seen me and told me that he had no way of reproducing or reprinting the transaction I asked him for a receipt in writing that I came on this day and he asked me to wait a minute as he pulled a pocketful of neatly folded receipts and handed me the receipt that printed and he pocketed then lied to me about its existence. Kind of shady.

Double billed for 8 months, wouldnt refund ANYTHING for me. Plus the wash leaves swirls everywhere, save yourself a headache and go find a touchless somewhere

I got my nephews car detailed while he goes through bootcamp foe the navy and yes they got the stains out of seat the rest of car was like not touched poor service what eva solution they used on seats was all ova the gear shifter radio the console was still caked wit dirt

The staff couldnt be more ambivalent about getting your car clean. I feel that for 23 bucks, they could give some effort to get it cleanIm sure that Ill not go there again.

This is easily one of the worst car washes I’ve ever been to. Here are just a few issues I had:1. The pre-wash soap was empty, which I only found out after running the hose for 2 minutes.2. The brush, meant to clean your car, is so worn down that you are essentially forced to rub the paint on your car with the plastic base of the brush, rather than the bristles.3. The hose the feeds the soap into the brush was not properly connected, so I had to repeatedly stop what I was doing and reconnect it.4. It’s extremely expensive. You pay approximately $1/min- which is by far the highest rate I’ve seen for a wash like this.5. They only take cash. There is no atm on site, and the change machines don’t take $20 bills. Please, join us in the year 2020. This is the epitome of a purchase that I want to be convenient. I don’t want to have to plan out how I’m going to have the correct bills for the car wash, and neither does the bulk of your potential customers.To top everything off, the employees were blowing out the dusty parking lot, while several cars were being “detailed” in the same lot. Smart.This place is a joke, and clearly they have major management problems.

I have been going here for years !! I always reccomend them to anyone looking for a great place to get their oil change. They top off my fluids and also fill my tires every time I go. I feel they really go the extra mile for their customers. Fair prices, they work quickly, and everyone is very friendly their. I love getting the free car wash afterwards, too !

I drove to Nashua 9/5/20 to get my vehicle cleaned and was less then impressed. Two young people (man and woman) standing in the bay, one on each side with wands in their hands and barley spraying the cars. And when they did they hit the car for less then a second. The female then picked up a brush and made a half swipe of the back area then they both went back to simply standing there.In case you’re wondering, this happened to every car in front of me as well as mine. I could go on but...Very disappointed.

One of my favorite carwashes if thats is even a thing. Seems to remove most if not all of the road grim accumulated between oil changes. Give it a try at least once you wont regret it.

The drive through car wash was closed, and one of the vaccums were broken and the black vacuum head kept falling off. Also was quite expensive compared to other vacuum an wash places I have been to. Vaccum was $2 for like 2 minutes, and self wash was $2 for 2 minutes which didnt leave much time to use the brush to get stuck on stuff off the car or leave much time to properly wash the car

Brought my car for detail. They did a good job but their detail man steals. I will not bring my car back to be detailed. If you decide to use them, make sure you clean your car out before you leave. They are very good at apologizing that their employee stole from you

Been taking my car here for years and have never been disappointed with the service. They check my air filters and always let me know their state. They do not pressure me to use them to change them when I tell them thanks and I will change them myself. Prices are reasonable and a few times a year they offer a discount when you purchase a second oil change in advance as a way to give back to their repeat customers.

Decent car wash that if you get the top wash it will last for a couple of weeks or longer. Everyone has always been nice when I have gone and never any problems. Beats doing it yourself if you are too busy or just dont want too. Just wish they did the inside windows and vacuumed.

I tend to move around alot, so Ive had my cars serviced at a lot of different places and I have never had such amazing service. The staff here is professional and consistently courteous. They are all extremely knowledgeable without being sales people. On top of the phenomenal service everything is low cost and performed quickly. I highly recommend!

Ive had my oil changes and car washes done here for years. Recently, a small situation resulted in minor damage to one of my wheel covers. The general manager, and Dan, the operations manager, couldnt have been nicer about it, replaced the damaged cover, no questions asked, and were gracious all around. True customer service. I will continue to have services done there, and highly recommend the place.

Self serve car wash only takes cash.

Best car wash around. I drive from Pepperell just to go to this specific car wash because of how much better it is. Even after being covered in snow my car still looks great. The entrance is a little confusing but once you have been there once, it makes sense. For the automated car wash stay to the right and go past the manual bays/vacuums. You also get a car freshener with the $13 package (which is well worth the money). The guys are really nice there too.

I only used the self wash as the machine wash line was pretty long. Plenty open stalls and water jet was strong. Minus 1 star because $1 is good for only 2 minutes.

Very unprofessional service. Had to purchase my own oil filter which their service normally comes with and still was expected to pay the same price. Manger said absolutely nothing they could do when I even suggested just giving me a free car wash. Oil left inside car on steering wheel and shift knob. No one that works there has any sense of pride or professionalism.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Got my oil changed last night. Went to the dealer today for my inspection sticker. Dealer told me my oil filter was not on all the way and the oil leaked all over my breaks making it fail inspection. The dealership did me a favor and fixed the oil filter and cleaned the oil off my breaks the best I could! I will never go to this place again for my oil change. I should have know better when it took 10 min to finish my car. I suggest no one go to this place. My car could have been completely ruined! I called and spoke to the manager. Wanted to know what he could do! Nothing! I dont even want free oil changes!!!

A few years back I got an oil change, antifreeze flush, and transmission flush here. The next time I went in for an oil change, they told me my antifreeze needed to be changed. The technician was holding the floating bubble antifreeze tester sideways, so it looked like the tester was showing a fail. I flipped out at the manager, and he apologized and gave me a free wash. About 15000 miles later my transmission started to slip. I brought it to ford, and they told me that the fluid had never been changed. So, they tried to scam me into an antifreeze flush I didnt need because THEY had just replaced it, AND they charged me for a tranny flush they didnt even do. It turns out, they didnt even have the special machine needed to flush a newer sealed transmission. Dont ever go here if you like your car, or prefer not to be screwed. Except for a car wash. Car wash works pretty well.

I went in recently for an oil change. Synthetic oil for my Toyota Corolla $80 for only 3,000 miles with their synthetic oil. The worst part is they told me my cabin air filter was dirty and showed me an orange air filter that didn’t even belong to my car. These guys showed me an air filter that was neither my cabin air filter or the one under the hood. Never going back and I hope you all check your filters before taking their advice.

Sonnys oil change for 32.95 that includes a free basic wash at attached Simoniz car wash that does a nice job. I had to buy a 2 pack to get 32.95 rate else it would have been 37.95.

Lazy mechanics and poor customer service! Took my truck here knowing that one of my tires was low. They changed my oil and claimed that I had 35 psi in that tire. I checked it and that was not the case. I brought the issue to their attention they checked the pressure again in front of me, 31 psi. Didnt appologize didnt air up my tire didnt offer to correct their mistake. May sound trivial but what else did they claim to do that they didnt or just half ass do? Will not be returning!

Whole inside of my truck is white because of the wax and other cleaning supplies they used! Also my seats are stained and it was just a horrible job! Would never use this place

I normally go here for all my car cleaning services. I have never had an issue until recently when I went there recently on Fathers Day. I went through the car wash like usual. As I went to leave I noticed my mirror hanging off the side of my vehicle. So I went back around to the men working at the car wash and requested the manager (DEVIN) come and speak with me. Not only was this man not professional he was rude and made it clear he couldnt do much to help me. He aggressively proceeded to offer me a free car wash, (the same car wash just ripped my mirror off) clearly thats not the answer here. I requested my money back. He began to raise his voice at me and then rip his personal wallet out of his pocket and flap it in my face asking me if I wanted to take his hard earned money to shut me up! I couldnt believe it!!!! Long story short I will NEVER return to this location ever again!!!!!

This place is an absolute joke! Do not! I repeat do not get your oil changed here!!! I was in this past Sunday and they lost my oil cap! Ok, accidents happen but they promised me a new cap would be ordered and shipped over night to my house. Its Thursday and I still have not received the cap. When I called they said it was shipped Saturday! How??? I wasnt in until Sunday! Come to find out it was mailed Tuesday. Not sent over night like I was promised! Who knows when I will receive it. Finally, all of this could have been prevented if the kids that were working Sunday were focused on working. I was the only one in there and could see them dancing around and singing. Its no wonder they lost my oil cap. Run from this place!

Went back with the same truck and they quoted me a price, showed up 9am on a Sunday morning and the price was $75 more then last time I went and what they quoted me. Despicable and wrong! Completely unfair and deceptive practice and the manager would not even honor the price quoted!

Track moves to fast, card dont get dried off very well.

Priced right, convenient location and fast service. However, there were sections of my truck that did not recieve a thorough washing, mainly around the side mirrors and the very back around the license plate - which wasnt even wet never mind clean.

Excellent full service or self serve car was, very well managed.

Little on the pricy side for an oil change, but they noticed I had a brake light out and got that fixed up for me and the waiting room was comfortable so Im not going to complain.
