AK is a small business owner, its a tough thing to do. He is the kind of guy that you either love him or his over the top adrenaline will drive you crazy. Any body can detail a car and do a good job. These guys actually cleaned my extra pieces of carpet in the trunk that I use to protect the original carpet. The guy that works for him (as of this review) is super kind and is the kind of guy you would go into battle with. Will definitely return.

The owner was the most unprofessional person I’ve ever come across. First he yelled at me for wearing a mask then he asked if I was going to rob him while telling me to “take the mask off I’m not going to die” I had my two kids in the back and he was so aggressive he made them cry! Please do not give this business your hard earned money! The way he treats customers I doubt he will be open much longer. I took my credit card back and left and he was very rude about it!

Manager who refers to himself as AK is very unprofessional. I purchased the $16 car wash because he said the lower wash is “just water” and “doesn’t do anything” After coming out of the wash, my car still has everything stuck to the windshield that it had prior the wash. I specifically asked if that wash would remove everything and he said yes. So I went back around to ask if he could remove it with the pressure washer and he said I could do it at home. I asked if he could just hose it down and he started yelling, telling me that he needed to help other customers and didn’t have time (there were no other customers there). When I drove away, I called this location and asked when the owner would be in so I could tell him about my experience and AK said he doesn’t speak to customers and he, himself handles customers and I said I didn’t want to speak with him since he’s yelling and he hung up on me.

Cheapest $8 carwash when I get out of work 1 time a month. Thats all I do to get the pollen off. Its touchless but theres a bay if you want to do it yourself. I believe its 24hrs.

Just ran through the self-serve, water pressure was low, barely any soap came out, the foaming scrub brush is worn out and needs to be replaced, but that would only be good if foam actually came out of it.... Feel like I totally wasted my money

I don’t know what happened to this car wash but it went downhill. At first the attendant got angry with me because he steered me in the wrong direction driving into the drive-through car wash. Then he gave me attitude because I didn’t know what car wash I wanted. Then there was no soap at all to wash the car, it was just water. Lastly, the dryer didn’t work at all. Nothing, carWas soaked and just as dirty as when I drove in.

Just went through the touchless car wash and the water is dirty. Parked my car and the water that was left on my car was brown.

The car wash is good. Car was cleaned but maybe its just me but there needs to be better intructions when entering the conveyor belt. I drove in after being instructed into the wash. After that I mistakenly pulled forward thinking that I had to get closer but after moving forward I was told to stop. I realized that I should not have moved, hence the conveyor belt so I began to reverse, but the dude ran behind me almost getting hit by my car in which then he tripped on the belt expressing a kind of dramatic deal. Whatever so then I backed up to where I was suppose to and put my car in neutral. Went through the wash and car is clean. Thanks, however, again I would like to point out that better signs of what to do when entering the glacier wash would be much appreciated. I know there is a dude there who is suppose to tell you what to do, but if there is miscommunication between yourself and him then serious damage to each person could occur like this event. The only car wash I have had to my car was a drive in and put your car in neutral and then drive out. Nothing else happened. I didnt need to align my vehicle or listen to anybody. Just wait until a light is green that says done.

Pretty good car wash. The hot wax option is really good. Downside is after your car is all clean and spotless, the door opens with dirty dripping water. So as you drive out, you get dirty water all over your car. Might be better on a nice hot dry day, but that is when I would wash it by hand.

The self dog wash is great! So much easier than at home in a tub! Gentler on your back, your pipes, & even your dog! ;•)

Great Service. There was a minor problem with some function switching on during the wash. The attendant took great pains to come around, flag me, and send me through again.

These guys always hit it out of the park. Ive been a monthly club pass member for 1.5 years & they always have the best equipment at great prices- never a wait because they are fully staffed daily & the location is on the main strip of Amherst st. The touch less auto self serve always does a great job for those with antennas & hitches. If your thinking of joining a monthly car wash club this is the place.

Accommodated my car same day for interior cleaning & detailing. Really nice, down-to-earth guys that came, looked at the car, gave me a reasonable quote for the services. They also worked fast and got everything done in 3 hours. I was very impressed by their thoroughness--I own a cheap Mazda 3 but spend the money once a year to clean it since I drive a lot and suffer from significant pollen/dust allergies. Their cleaning was up to snuff as judged by my overly sensitive nose!

I had a complete detail including shampoo and steam cleaning. The detailing guys did an amazing job. Very courteous and friendly employee. I cannot thank you guys more. My car had so much dog hair and they scrubbed and got almost all dog hair out of my cloth seat clean. Great Job. Please keep it up.

My father had stopped by to inquire about the cost of washing his mini RV. He was quoted $50.00 (by the manager, who evidently no longer works there) which seemed quite reasonable, so he scheduled an appointment to have it done. When we arrived, they said it would now cost over $100 for just the wash. After some additional haggling, they agreed on a charge of $65.00. The next day he received a call from Glacier to say they could not honor the agreed on $65 cost and that it would be $100. We picked up the vehicle and will have it washed by other means.Good customer service would dictate that, even though $65 may be less than their normal charge, once agreed to, you honor that commitment. They will never see another of my parents vehicles nor any from my other family members.

I just bought a new 2015 black Lexus that is very hard to keep and stay clean. I just brought it to Auto Spa off Amherst Street and met Matt the manager. What a great guy. He drives a black Jeep and understands how hard it is to keep a black car clean. I bought a book of car wash cards from him and saved some money. My car looks great now and his service was really nice. A lot of these places the attendants dont even have the time to talk to you but he was really easy to work with. I work for a large company and I will make sure my co-workers know about his service. Im glad I stumbled upon this place.

I have been getting a car wash and express detailing of my SUVs here for years. They are quick and do a great job while I wait. Even during mud season (and I live on a dirt road), its nice to have everything hosed off, vacuumed out, the rubber mats washed, glass washed inside and out. I had filled containers of driveway sand from the dump recently and it was all over the carpet in the way back. All gone, and all the seats and dash wiped off. I sat inside, read my book for a while (normally I go through the Starbucks drive through next door). They started with 2 people and then then 2 more jumped in to help. I just keep coming back because the do an excellent job and my car isnt tied up for long.

The other owner had their people do a better job at Prepping and cleaning the vehicles and wiping down after you go through the cow wash....... Now they dont do as good job as prepping and no wiping down the vehicles as you leave

Really enjoy the membership to this car wash. The wash is quick, the employees are always professional, and my car looks great after every wash.

New owners. Great friendly folks. Always ready to accomodate. Car wash is far better and reasonably priced. Have bern going there for year now. However there is no hand dry and proper drying. Some dirt,spots,bird stains are still present, but overall is good.

The touch free car wash door to enter was frozen. The gentleman who came to assist was rude. Used profanity multiple times. Threw the crow bar at the building which could of came back and hit my car or damaged your property. Will not come back and will tell others to not go there.

The employees there do a great job, and the $29/unlimited washes deal is unbeatable, especially in the winter time.

These guys did over $600 damage to my car by simply washing it. The staff was that rare combination of stupid, incompetent, and mean that makes every interaction with them sheer torture. I was never made whole from my awful experience at Superior Auto Spa. They refused to accept responsibly. May their business perish from the face of the earth.

Went and got my car detailed with a gift card here form my birthday. Needless to say these guys are talk and no walk. I got the top of the line job on my car, regular sedan, and was charged 150$ with wash and was. Not bad but my car had the license plate bent off and a light lenses inside was also broken off with no intentions of fixing. They were really hoping I would just leave and not notice, which is really low to treat a costumer. Also their seat dryer wasnt working or something and my seats are still wet 2 days later. I dont complain because I just wont go back and ill make sure everyone I know wont go back either. Oh and my car itself...ITS STILL DIRTY. They are all about in and out and have no customer skills at all

While going through the carwash I was playing on my cellphone. As my vehicle rolled out I put it in gear and waived off the guy out near the road who was going to towel dry the vehicle and told him I was all set. Next thing I know a guy is running up to my window from behind the car... i repeat, thanks im all set with the towel dry. He gets right up in my window and starts yelling Is there a problem!?, My guy said you were filming, WHATs the problem? It was a very awkward encounter, he was very hostile and aggressive it really caught me off guard I thought he was joking at first. I asked what are you talking about? he says, You got a problem, videotaping in therE? I say no, I wasnt taping why are yo uso angry sir? He says What is it some little thing for Facebook, whats the PROBLEM? after a couple minutes of this I said... have a nice day. Rolled up my window and drove away. Perhaps they have had issues or people sueing them? I have no idea, but it was an extremely bizarre and uncomfortable experience. There is so many car washes to choose from, in my opinion I would not personally ever go back here. Im a big buy I wasnt intimidated, but I could not i ngood faith recommend friends or family going there!
