John and his team are professionals. They priced about middle of the road compared to others but the work they performed was excellent with high quality materials. We did two bathroom remodels that replaced everything: shower/tub, flooring, toilets, vanity and painted walls. Everything came out awesome. I highly recommend John and his team

Had Custom Bath of Nashua redo our bathroom in our new home and convert our old, gross bathtub into a beautiful shower. John came to our house and helped us design for over two hours-- he was great and very knowledgeable on the different products/designs. On the day the bathroom was getting redone, the men working were very professional and cleaned up after themselves and the shower came out amazing! The shower walls look like tile but they are panels with no grout, which makes it super easy to clean. One of our friends came over and didnt even realize it wasnt actual tile until she touched it. The whole Custom Bath of Nashua team was great and I would highly recommend them to any friends and family!

We hired Custom Bath to do a tub-to-shower conversion, along with new luxury vinyl flooring and a new vanity. The design consultation went smoothly, but the install had several rough spots along the way. The quality of the work was inconsistent, leading to a few do-overs that resulted in delays. There was a general lack of attention to detail, and miscommunication caused in part by having what amounted to a different crew every day. While we are generally happy with the outcome, the project was not a positive experience for my wife and me. Would not recommend.

Full bathroom revonavtion project. We read the online reviews, had 3 estimates, and ultimately chose Custom Bath of Nashua. That was April 2021. We ended up meeting with designer and paying 10% of the estimate (before any work done) in the middle of June 2021. We then purchased and obtained all of the materials, and sent photos, and invoices of the materials as we purchased them. Today, I called to get a date, and they hadnt even assigned a project manager for the job. They said they would get back to us, and when they did, asked for photos of all materials, with sepcifications and invoices. By now, the pile of materials has been sitting in the garage for months, and will take a herculean effort to unbox everything, find the invoices, and get all the specifications. I spoke with a manager Joe who was nice, but refused to even give his last name for unclear reasons. He said he would get back to us, hopefully with a date, but he wasnt sure. I cant help but think we are being scammed at this point, but am somewhat relieved about the online reviews. Communication has been minimal, and we feel left out in the dark, expecially given the cryptic issues re: different company names, and avoidance of identifying themselves. Its unclear what the up front money is even for, as we are buying >90% of all the materials. I hope I can update this review with good news about the whole project, but at this point, we have been very unsatisfied. We understand things can go wrong, and the real integrity of an organization is how they deal with problems. Time will tell.UPDATE: Joe called back today (9/28) and gave us date of Oct 25th, 2021 - more than four months after we sent in the deposit for 10% of the job total. Were not happy about that at all, but theres nothing we can do. We dont want to start this process over, and are hoping for the best. Will updates coming.THANK YOU: For the response from the owner. We were told to purchase all the materials, and did so at home depot, floor and decor, and FW Webb. All standard floor/shower tile, water fixtures, vanity, mirrors and lights. We also purchased a heated towel rack, for installation, and the company was to provide the materials and installation for a heated floor. Im not sure how these high end materials are defined, or could delay anything, but were very happy to have a date. Its been a long prelude, but hopefully things will turn around in another month or so when we start on October 25th.

We are very happy with our new bathroom and very happy with the experience we had. Our friends cant believe the transformation. Everyone at Custom Bath of Nashua was friendly and professional. We are recommending them to our friends and colleagues. You wont be disappointed by them.

In 3 hours, John helped us completely redesign our bathroom. He provided us with ideas, a full custom rendering and quote all within that time. He brings the showroom with him and makes the process of designing extremely easy. We cant wait to get started building the bathroom of our dreams.

Estimates for both timing and price were very accurate. Communication was fantastic. We received a call each night of the remodel with the plan for the following day. Each and every member of the team who did the work was hardworking, meticulous and polite. It was obvious they take great pride in their work. They came out to quote a small shower redo. Person who came out called the owner and said they could do all in with glass doors for $5k. When ready to go - said made a mistake and it was now $7.5k. The existing shower is tile with glass doors. Very clear it was a replace / upgrade. Very dishonest. Going with another vendor.

John did an amazing job designing my master bath. He worked with me going over materials, showing photos, and typed up an estimate right on the spot. Very professional. Loved the bathroom so much I had him come back and design my daughter Izzys bathroom as well. Overall 10/10 and got each of the jobs done within a day. John also explained and showed me some of the kitchen designs he has done in the past--I know who I will be calling when I want my kitchen redone.

The bathroom is now my favorite room in the house. It was a complete transformation from what it was. As soon as we are able, we want to do our 2nd bathroom.
