For the most part my car got fixed, my only issue is I’ve had 5 cars, so some of the things I had done here I felt like I’m paying double and triple the price,. Like i just got brakes done, ive had all 4 brake pads/shoes rotors and Have never paid more than $450 and yes a great job was done. But overall Joe and Pat are real nice guys. They take care of me.

My first time taking my vehicle to meineke in nashua. The gentleman I spoke to on the phone was very polite and courteous and actually gave me a $20 coupon for an oil change which was awesome. I loved how they did a routine maintenance check on your whole vehicle with pictures too.. and basically let me know if theres any extra thing that needed to be done on my vehicle. The manager was very polite courteous and very knowledgeable as well. I will definitely be taking my car there for any future problems.

Theyre nice enough people but it took a lot longer than any other place I go to. I made an afternoon appointment, I knew it would be a little delayed, but I was there for over an hour. Im a stay at home mom and had to bring my daughter whos not even 2. I made an appointment assuming it would be a little quicker, but no it was not. The guys who work there are great but the wait time is not.

I dropped my car off here yesterday for an inspection sticker. I had never been to this Meineke before. Pat said that my car would be done by noon and it was. At no additional charge, Pat provided me with a detailed report and photos pointing out future maintenance recommendations. I am highly sensitive to sales pressure and did not feel any pressure from Pat at all regarding these recommendations. I found Pat to be very professional and trustworthy. Thank you for your good service.

I had a great experience with Joe, the guy in the front office. He was wonderful, took the time to talk to me about maintenance. He was very helpful & came across as honest & sincere, he has earned the company a new customer. Today was my first time coming in & from now on this will b the only place I go for car service. My service manager, Joe, is my guy. Hes the best. He looks after an old lady.He actually looks out for all his customers. I overheard him tell one customer to hold off an getting a particular service done until later in the year. He said he likes to have.people do whats necessary, but isnt out to steal from anyone. Hes a good man.

I had a good experience. The person that runs the facility is very thorough when it comes making sure what needs to be fixed, explains the diagnosis and gives an estimate of how long it will take to fix. Safety is always important and he makes sure that everything is in working condition.

I called this morning to see if they could inspect my car they said to bring it right in and they would fit me in. in which they were able too within a couple of hours they were done.They called to let me know that there was a couple of maintenance issues that needed to be addressed but didnt need fixing right away.But was able pass my inspection.they didnt try nickel and dimeing me.Very please with my experience with them and will highly recommend them to family and friends.

My car recently broke down close to this Meineke location and although I hadn’t used this particular location before, I have used a different Meineke and liked it so I figured I’d go here. Everything worked out well, but what made the biggest difference for me was that they gave me a loaner car. I work far and would otherwise have no transportation. I know sometimes dealerships will give you one, but not regular shops usually. I will definitely keep using them.

I went in for an oil change and a state inspection. Normally I avoid the quick oil change places cause they do have a bad reputation but this place was great. Joe at the front desk (which is usually a manager position not sure if Joe is a manager but I think he is) was AWESOME. totally accommodating and explained the issue my vehicle had passing inspection, was 100% wonderful! I will absolutely be back for more services and since the dealership I got the car from is horrible I will be glad to give this place my business going forward. if you see Joe working, you are in good hands!

I made an appointment online for 11am for just an oil change. I went to drop it off 10min before my appointment to make sure I was on time. The front desk guy then tells me my car won’t be taken in for at least an hour even though I made an appointment. Tells me I will receive a text with a link about my cars report and it will be done. I get a call at 2:21 saying multiple things need to be done to my car because I am over 30,000 miles...I have 30,500 on my car. I agreed to one other thing to be done to my car...air filters. The guy on the phone says okay we will do them now. I get a text shortly after I hang up for a link to show me my cars report from them so I head to go pick it up. The guy at the desk says they are waiting for the air filters still. I hang around thinking it won’t take long, I noticed my car being pulled out from being worked on and still sat there for 20 min. I had to go ask the guy who worked on my car if it was done because the other guy was in the back office this whole time. (Mind you I asked politely because I understand being understaffed) He finally started to cash me out and when the other guy came out from the office he asked him “what’s up buttercup” and his response was “oh you know just getting yelled at” this was very unprofessional. I am never one to write reviews good or bad but the fact this trip took 4 hours and how rude they were I had to write something

Needed four lines replaced, they got me in and did the job fast. was up front about what needed to be done. Wish I could have gotten a bit more info on what it looked like under the vehicle but overall was a good experience. 👍

Had the pleasure of meeting Anthony and Joe yesterday in Nashua. These two made it super simple. I didn’t think I’d be able to service my BMW same day but these guys got me in! I dropped off my vehicle mid-afternoon and was able to pick it up before 6pm! Their timing was great! I replaced my front brakes and air filter. Was quoted 800 dollars for rear breaks and rotors, 2014 Accord called the Mineike in Manchester, was quoted 350. This is attempted robbery in my book.

I had a great experience, even referred a good friend over to have his car serviced and repaired... your guys damaged his car, and while the tech admitted and acknowledged it the desk person (Joe) refused to accept the damage his team had done and now the car is no longer worth repairing. Joe screwed up and has not only lost business in that interaction but now I have an issue with him as well. I will also steer people away from this location as much as possible.

Joe is amazing 👏. 10 out of 10 recommend I will be bringing my car to this shop in the future.

They did a great job explaining what my car needed at the moment and what could wait. Pat is extremely friendly and always makes you feel comfortable.I do feel the prices have increased since I last had it done and was high.

Jessie and Joe saved my car and saved me and my 9 year old autistic son from potentially a very bad car accident. I went to Toyota of Nashua and they ran an inspection, it came back they failed me for a leaking CV boot.also stated I needed a new cabin air filter and took a picture of someones air filter, it wasnt mine. I had just replaced my air filter with a plastic, rinseable filter I bought on Amazon. The picture they took was of a factory filter, and of course it needed to be replaced. Also I never received the state inspection paper saying why it failed, I got only a packet from Toyota listing items that needed attention in the tune of $1000+ I immediately called Meineke and I got an appointment right away. When all is said and done, Jessie informed me that when he ran my car through the state inspection system, he could see that it hadnt been run at Toyota, even though I paid $45. Also I needed brakes desperately as 3 of the pads were frozen and the one that wasnt frozen was 2mm thick! Toyota didnt say ANYTHING about my brakes accept that they needed to be cleaned and aligned. Jessie even gave me the thin, worn out pad to show how bad it was. Jessie and Joe saved me from what could have been a terrible, expensive repair with Toyota of Nashua, nevermind the fact that if I hadnt gone to Meineke, my brakes would have never been fixed and I would have certainly gotten in to an accident eventually. I called Toyota of Nashua to tell them of the situation and all I got was a bunch of excuses and I was promised that a manager would be contacting me and I havent heard anything. What they did was illegal, unethical, and down right DANGEROUS! I owe my life to Jessie and Joe from Meineke #1331 in Nashua NH! Thank you so very much!

I got in an accident this past week and my car was not drivable. I took it to the nearest garage, which happened to be Meineke. I brought it in right before closing on Wednesday, and Thursday morning by 11am, they let me know what was going on and called to get approval to complete the maintenance. After approval, it was less than 24 hours and I got a call my car was done! Price was reasonable for how much damage there was and the people were great! Patrick was so nice and made me feel really taken care of. Definitely will go back for any future problems with my car!

Only got my inspection sticker done but they were on time, very quick and handled my transaction very well. Definitely will be going back for more services.

Went in for inspection they then gave me a huge list of things “supposedly” wrong with my car don’t go their they just want to make a quick buck

Brought car in for state inspection and oil change. They had a great deal for the combo. They made all repairs necessary to meet the standards and did it with a great attitude and in a timely manner.

UPDATED: A manager called me the next day and we had an excellent conversation. Its clear that he understood the issue and had responded appropriately, so Im upgrading the rating from 3 to 4 stars. Will reconsider bringing my next work there.UPDATE #2: The day after that, the employee himself called and left a voicemail. Like the manager, he sounded entirely sincere. So I will indeed likely bring my next work there. Importantly, neither of them asked me to change my rating, but since the only not-perfect thing was the masks issue, and Im satisified on that, Ill change it to 5 stars.___________Original review:The people were great, but I sure wish they had masks on. They had them available, but the guy asked me to come back behind the counter to look at his screen; when I mentioned my mask he said Im not worried so I said Well I am! So he put his on.Again, their work was great and professional, but clearly this company doesnt take virus safety seriously as a matter of policy.Other than that it was fine, but I sure wont be coming back there for the hundreds of $ of additional work that they pointed out is needed.

I went for inspection sticker and after 45 minutes of waiting they gave me a $2000+ quote of repair work for getting a sticker. Lost $30 and 45 minutes. They tried ripping me off big time, very shady. Thankfully I had smarter folks to call and check who told me they trying to rip me off and to get the heck out of there. I got my inspection sticker elsewhere for $45, no questions asked. I wouldn’t give these guys half a star for this behavior. Be careful everyone who reads this. If you’re unaware about inspection sticker prices and laws, they gonna throw their bait.

Took my car in for a state inspection and they had the best price in town. They also squeezed me into the schedule. Unfortunately, I needed work done to pass inspection. Still, they did quite a bit of work and got it done same-day. The staff was very professional and knowledgeable. The one knocked-off star here is regarding their labor rate. I would normally go someplace cheaper per hour, but this Meineke was able to get the car done same-day, so it was worth it. Overall, a nice place.

I went to Meineke for a state inspection and I dropped it off for a 10 AM appointment and it wasn’t actually inspected until I want to say 12:30/1:00. We went out of town this weekend and had to leave about 2 so they called and said that I needed to replace my front right tire, so by the time that was all said and done I actually needed to send someone else to pick up the car for me. It wasn’t an awful experience everyone was very nice, but it really shouldn’t take 4 hours to complete a 2018 state inspection. I booked online and it was a good price, there were photos of damage to the tire so I know it was a needed service. Overall I don’t think I’d go back just because it took so long and if they couldn’t do it in a timely manner I wish that the appointment just didn’t show as available.

Had an appointment for state inspection, oil change and tire rotation. Waited for 1.45 hours and only got the state inspection; they forgot to do the oil change and tire rotation. They did have the time to come up with $1000 of needed service though. 2 stars because one of the service guys was so nice to my son.

Good people but they made it very clear that they were looking for the mark up. All I wanted was a state inspection and the guy behind the counter was clear that my clean car was “good for you but bad for me”. When I asked why he made no attempt to hide it “because then I can’t sell you parts”.They did a good job overall, good on people, good on the time it took to do the work, but really bad on ethics. Wouldn’t be opposed to going back but will definitely shop around for a better price next time.

Not only do they do an oil change they check the whole car and send you a report. Great service and done in a timely manner. Walk to bagel alley while you get an oil change. Perfect

Joe is the customer liaison that assisted me with my car repair. I came in for an oil change and state inspection. Faulty brake calipers were found. He explained that there is a service for maintaining these. It should be done in the spring, at the very least. I had notanticipated the additional cost. Joe filled out an application for Meineke credit. I was approved, so I was able to get the job done. I am happy with these results. I will be returning. I read that I have to get retorqued within 100 miles.I might do that this week.

Be careful with these guys, i went for inspection and they fail me saying I need 4 different things will cost me $800. Went to other shop in town told them I failed inspection and I need to fix this part how much it will cost, they look at it and said u dont need to fix it looks good if hear some clunky noise then come back otherwise here is your inspection sticker.

Joe is amazing! This location has really changed. I have brought many vehicles here With the new management. Joe and his staff go out of their way to help customers. and even during the covied 19 crisis when he had no lobby this man gave me a personal loaner car to wait in.....Great job to joe and his staff!!!

Took my car in for the 55,000 mile maintenance service yesterday and it cost 1/2 what I was quoted at the dealership! I also received points to use towards future visits and was able to get a same day appointment I called to inquire about getting it done. When the work was done, they sent me an email with pictures and detailed explanation/recommendations as to the few issues that were found. Excellent service, knowledgeable and friendly staff. I will definitely be using Meineke again. Thank you.

I used to visit Meineke on Lowell Rd Hudson because I used to live in Hudson before but after moving to Nashua, I was hesitant to visit this particular Meineke at first because I am the kind of person who will not give my car to anyone for service. Stopped by Thursday to schedule an appointment for an inspection and was told Friday at 2pm. Friday rolls around and I show up with my car and they tell me that theyre full and cant get to me today. We rescheduled for Saturday at 2pm and at 1:45pm they call me saying theyre booked as well again and cant get to me until Tuesday. I understand its a pandemic and things are difficult but if you cant stick to your scheduled appointments something needs to change.

Needed to get my car inspected and I heard great things about this in particular Meineke and how they treat people really fair. I always get nervous this time of year thinking someone is gonna try to stick it to me on the inspection and say I need all this expensive work. Not them. They took photos of everything and showed me so I knew there was no funny business going on. They were very accommodating. Joe was extremely personal and helpful. The staff had great camaraderie with each other. Brent the mechanic went out of his way to explain things to us and make sure we didn’t get things we didn’t need. He also was quick to help me upon my return w out any hesitation. I don’t know how they found such caring, honest, nice employees but my God I will not be going anywhere else ever! I am so happy this place was recommended to me.

Went for an oil change got quoted over $900 in add on for my wife’s vehicle half of which was not needed. They were very unorganized they couldn’t even find the customers keys to his vehicle in front of me. Made him sit and wait after cashing him out so they can call the guy who was working on it. Needless to say will never return again. Cost me $40 to replace everything myself.

Came for an inspection sticker, and was immediately greeted with friendly service. Knowing that I had to stay and wait for my car to be done, Pat put my car at the front of the line.Even with other customers, they seemed to really care and were very helpful. First time going for a basic oil change. Frank at the front desk was very nice and courteous. Service took about an hour but that was fine with me as I just went next door to What a Bagel and grabbed some breakfast and hung out. I really like their digital report they give you with the results of your service. Its a better customer experience for them to actually show you pictures of what you need to pay attention to, for me this time is was my air filters. But its definitely more credible when they show you the issuea rather than just telling you and you having to dish out the money for no reason. Really appreciated it. Havent needed to get more work done but Ill definitely keep them in mind for now. Thanks!

These guys are great. They squeezed me in between appointments for a state inspection. They take pictures of any issues with your car and show you there whats going on and keep and e-mail you the pictures for future endeavors. Very smart idea. Very professional yet down to earth friendly crew. I recommend them fully.

However I needed to have a coolant transfer tube removed and replaced which cost me more than half of my monthly social security.next couple of days after I picked the car up, I still smelled coolant as I drove. I thought perhaps some might have spilled the first couple of days. However its been more than a week now. Ib will take it to my mechanic next week and see whats going on. Can I treat it yet as I need to see my mechanic first!!

Joe made sure my car was taken care of in the best way possible. I got a fair price and now my 2011 drives like its brand new.

During a duper busy work day - I ran over a bolt on the highway. I was able to get to Meineke without the tire going flat. They were busy this day but Joe managed to get me in and out in under an hour. Great service and very fair pricing. Joe changed my opinion on the Meineke brand.
