We showed up 10 minutes before closing on a Friday night. Every employee was wonderful, helped us find exactly what we wanted at the best price around. So helpful and friendly. We had one urgent, special request and the employees here in Nashua helped us fulfill that beyond our wildest expectations. I highly, highly recommend this store. Not only are the products and prices fantastic, the store employees are a great example of superior customer service!

I was extremely impressed with the customer service tonight when we decided last minute to stop in this evening and noticed that they were only open for ten more minutes. When we said we were just doing a quick look they were very friendly and said to take our time. I found a refrigerator that I absolutely loved rather quickly and soon learned that it was discontinued. They easily could have left it at that being a Friday night and past closing time but they took the time to look it up and found that a newer model is coming in. Amazing customer service and very friendly but not pushy at all. Thank you Bethany for all of your help! I strongly recommend Baron’s Appliances in Nashua.

Purchased a commercial dryer for my business from them recently. The entire process was smooth, easy and professional from the start. And they were able to get me delivery quickly since it was for a small business and crucial to us operating.Recently had some issues with repairs and warranty. Went into the store and AGAIN they exceeded my expectations in every way. Their repair company is going to be out and it sounds like it will all be covered under the manufacturer warranty. Bethany was great to work with. She checked specs and options for me and while I was trying to decide she reserved a delivery slot for the same week. Appointments for delivery are being schedule out several weeks or longer and, Bethany, knowing I was on a short deadline made it really easy to get the range hood I needed.Would highly recommend Baron’s and if you go - would also highly recommend working with Bethany.

Will happily, cheerfully take your order and full payment for a product they cant say when they will get in or be able to deliver. Dont believe their web sites claim that items are in the warehouse.Called for an order status update 2 weeks after the sales receipt said it would be in. Order still not received at the warehouse and no idea when it would arrive. Cancelled the order and will never be a barrons customer, ever.

I went to Barons Appliances in Nashua, New Hampshire looking for information on an electric stove. I was welcomed by Tim Hewson, the salesman who was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. He gave a lot of his time to me answering all my questions and not once did I feel any pressure to make a purchase. The best part for me was they have their own electricians to install the hood over the stove. One less thing for me to do. 👍I would highly recommend Tim at Barrons for your next appliance purchase. Just had my first experience buying a washer and dryer over the phone from Barron’s with help from Tim Hewson. Tim was knowledgeable and helped answer all of my questions. Much better than dealing with the box stores! Looking forward to our new machinesUnfortunately, the delivery team was unable to install the washer/dryer as expected as the dryer door needed to be reversed and some of the hoses were too short. They told us a service call would be needed, and those were running weeks out. A call to our salesman, Jay, and everything was sorted out. Jay personally came to our home on a Sunday before starting work, reversed the door, and connected the longer hoses that were required. That was above and beyond what I expected, and truly appreciated.Were very happy that we made the choice to go with Barons!

2 stars only for good prices every now and then. Questionable quality control and horrible customer service. Our brand new refrigerator died after only 3 days of use. It took a full day for someone to come out only to tell us yeah, it doesnt work. Then another 2 days before someone actually placed the order on the replacement refrigerator, with no apologies or effort to make things right. It has been over a month with no follow up on the status of when we can expect to receive the replacement fridge. Weve reached out multiple times and each time seem to be an annoyance to the sales rep. Since they already have our money, we clearly are lowest priority. We asked for a full refund as we are no longer willing to give them our business due to the horrible customer service, and the soonest they told us they can come pick up the fridge and issue a refund was 11 days from now!!! Then, when we get clearly enraged by this and express how much of an inconvenience it is that weve been without a fridge for so long (during a pandemic, where wed prefer not to go to the grocery store every day...) they say oh actually we can come in one week... still not good enough and now they can magically come in 4 days... Interesting, seems like they could have done that all along, but wait until the customer is clearly unto give mediocre-at-best service... Horrible, HORRIBLE customer service. Why didnt they schedule the pick up a month ago to get this junk out of my house?! You are better off paying a little more and going to Lowes, Home Depot, literally anywhere else.....UPDATE to 1 star: WOW just WOW! Horrible customer service and to top it off they will try and steal from you after they sell you broken products and leave you with no resolution for weeks. Barons picked up our fridge yesterday. We emailed today to get a receipt/status on the refund and they said we would need to call the store to get our money back... Insane that they have already taken the product but are happy to keep our money unless we ask for it. But wait it gets worse... we call and ask for a refund and they try to not refund us for the full amount!!! The same man who provided the *astounding* customer service is now telling me that we paid $20 less than we did. Then I say looks like youre trying to charge me for the power cord that you also took yesterday..... Interesting how the original receipt included the $20 in the overall refrigerator price, but now when we want a refund there is a new order form that breaks out the cost. THIEFS! If I wasnt paying attention they would have happily taken my money. Horrible company, do not shop here.

The salesperson showed me one dishwasher that met my simple requirements of coming in white and having a third rack. He said the display was for sale for $1200.00 when l ask about others at a cheaper price he said there were some but who knew when they would be available. Oh, he did show me one other dishwasher that came in white but it didnt have a third rack. Then he just went and sat back down. He didnt take any time to see if there were any third rack dishwashers available anytime soon.

Started out with just a refrigerator and then I decided to replace gas stove and microwave. He researched the various print free options for me. He did not pressure me into buying additional items but was there to help me when I decided. I liked that a lot. He tried to get me an earlier delivery date since Im without a refrigerator but that didnt work. At least he tried.

My husband and I ordered 2 big ticket appliances here - a rangetop and a refrigerator. We had not planned on making any purchases there in the beginning - we just wanted to see the range before finally deciding on the brand. After looking at all the models we decided to order one with the attending salesperson. Carlos was courteous and professional and helped us with the whole process. While he was completing the paperwork, we noticed a refrigerator floor model for sale and after verifying the measurements decided on that appliance as well. After a thorough inspection, we made arrangements to have it delivered. When it arrived a few weeks later, we noticed dings and dents on the door that were not there when we saw it at the store. I immediately called and spoke with Charlene who took care of us right away. We sent her pictures of the damage and she assured us that we could have the door replaced. After a few hours, she called back to say that they will replace the whole fridge as the timing on having the door replaced was many weeks out. The delivery crew came and replaced it within a week. We are very impressed with their level of customer service and highly recommend them and we will make future purchases here.

He even set up the financing for me and let me choose the best delivery date for my schedule.I prefer spending my money on a more local business, that matches/beats the prices I can get at the big box stores. We had an absolutely horrible experience at Barons. We read all the negative reviews but Barons said they could order and get the appliance(refrigerator) we were looking for. We had to pay full price to get the order placed. Appliance did not arrive by date expected. For the next SIX WEEKS the salesman lied to us about when and where our fridge was and one time virtually hung up on me. After a while I got suspicious about his stories and located and contacted Barons corporate headquarters. I explained what had happened and they checked and confirmed that the salesman was not telling us the truth about our appliances availability and confirmed that it had not even been shipped yet and wouldnt be for some time. Fortunately we were able to cancel the order and get a 100% refund. We found another appliance business in Milford, Brennan & Mackay, and went there. We had an absolutly Great buying experience there and our fridge is now delivered and in our kitchen. And, their 5 year parts and labor warranty was 50% less than Barons and they service the appliances they sell. So, believe the negative Barons reviews and dont waste your time going there.

I had purchased a washer and dryer from one of the box stores and when they arrived the dryer was too big for the area it was going in. Despite bringing my measurements they sent the wrong dryer. Now I’m fighting to get my money back in a reasonable time. I even had the appliance person helping me say she was too busy to look for a flat back dryer, that I’ll have to get a mud matched set and there was a customer waiting for her and she would have to call me back. What was I? Chopped liver? Needless to say I called Baron’s where I have done business with for many years. They found exactly what I needed and the purchase was completed over the phone. Tim was great I sent pictures a video and measurements and everything was done and a delivery date set. Could not have been easier. Thank you Tim for your excellent customer support and attention to detail. I can’t wait to get my new GE washer and dryer by next Wednesday.

The most painless dishwasher purchase/installation in my 60+ years. The folks at the Nashua store were friendly as well as helpful. And don’t let the high end merchandise prices scare you off. Visited the Nashua store on Sunday, Aug. 9, hoping to order a Viking range and dishwasher. I knew what I wanted and was ready to order. After a two minute discussion the salesman printed out a sheet of paper with my range on it and scribbled a price in the corner. Passed it across the front desk and couldn’t be bothered to get out of his seat. I have never encountered such an awkward experience. The salesman lowered his head and went back to whatever he was doing at his desk that was so important and didn’t even look back up at me. Four people total in the store.What really annoys me is that I tried to shop local and now have to travel out of my way to make my purchase.

Have to say my only experience with Barons was disappointing. I called to inquire on service and information on an appliance that was in the new home I bought and the previous owner had left me the information on. The person who answered the phone was rude and a bit condescending, especially when I mispronounced the brand of the appliance. He interrupted me more than once during the conversation. He said he would have service call me to set up an appointment. I had to call them back to do so because no one had called. They made an appointment and said someone would call the day before to confirm appointment and give window of time when the repair person would show up. No one called, so I called them before the store closed since the person was to come the next day.In direct opposite of this experience, was the friendly and helpful maintenance person who came to the house. Due to the customer service experience, I would think twice before buying something from them. Customer service is key, especially with big ticket items.

We shopped around and although Barons did not have the exact model we eventually purchased they provided information which helped with our decision. We then did some on-line searching which led us to our final decision. This when the interface bexx ca America very enjoyable. I emailed the model to Carlos an hour after the store closed and got a response back within the hour. He said he would not be to work the next day but would refer my request. Before the store opened I received an email from Terry confirming availability with a delivery date. We communicated multiple times via email and phone. All within an hour. The price was equivalent to any other offer I had seen online or at any of the box stores. Some friends had told me that they had purchased here, so when remodeling our kitchen, we included Baron’s in our search for new appliances. They had a lot of product on the floor to compare features and then they price matched. Delivery was included in our purchase. As my kitchen progressed, I needed the microwave and stove first for templating. Baron’s agreed to add another free delivery for the remaining appliances when my kitchen remodel could accept them. It took a lot longer than we would have liked but the washing machine was replaced and here we are months later its still running and we have our fingers crossed it will continue to do so. The local supplier in Milford seems to have faster service response so the decision is do you go for the pricing or do you go for the service? Baron Service is definitely slower.I just got off the phone with Terry, the store manager and I am hopeful we will be back up and running soon. 👍We are a first-time customer from Milford, breaking with the local supplier weve bought all of our appliances from in the last 15 years. Our Whirlpool Bravos XL washer is giving us problems. After 8 months our washer is awaiting its 3rd repair.

We were very pleased with the prompt service. When we were told by Lowes that the dishwasher we wanted would take 4 weeks to deliver, we came to Barons and the same dishwasher was delivered to us in 2 days at the same price with your rebate. Keep up the good work.

We went to the usual big box retailers looking for a refrigerator and did not find what we wanted and had poor customer service. We then went to Barons and told Tim Hewson what we wanted, he pointed out the floor model that was exactly what we wanted and needed and did not try to sell us something we did not want. He was very helpful and knowledgable. Price was very competitive. They were able to arrange delivery the day before Christmas. Delivery was on time and had no issues. Delivery crew was friendly, courteous, and efficient.
