I had longer square nails and I come out with uneven short rounded nails… Sunny never asked to round them when they were perfectly square nails… I called after my kids saw my nails and all of a sudden didn’t understand nor speak English and then told someone that I literally said that I wanted all my nails short and rounded which she lied… I don’t recommend this place nor Sunny.

I have been going to LV nails for about six months now and have loved it more and more every time! ♥️ Chris does my nails, she is very consistent and thorough. I am a hairstylist and always amazed that I can make it 3 to 4 weeks in between my acrylic fills with no lifting! Highly recommend her and staff has always been friendly and accommodating to me and my family. 😊

I had a wonderful experience at this salon. I was able to make an appointment and be seated right away. The place was clean and beautiful, the staff was very friendly as well. They did an AMAZING job on my nails. I got dip powder and they still look great after three weeks! Highly reccomend!

So I just left here not happy with my nails !!! Why cant I get my nails the way I ask for them and I paid almost 100 bucks here to walk out unhappy !!! The first time I came kelly did my nails and I was happy !! This guy was nice but he needs. To take his job more seriously and stay off his phone and get the job done !!! I am new to the area !! This is the second time I’ve gone and have gotten over charged, kept being asked if I wanted something different and my nails looking like someone was in a hurry. I’ve never had a more expensive mani pedi that looks like I did it at home. 1st time I thought it was just the technician, today went with someone different. I’ve never written a bad review but if I’m going to pay $100 (exactly without tip) for a simple gel mani and pedi I except it to be at least a good one. I would absolutely not recommend this place!

My mom just told me that when CO-VID first started, this nail salon gave away bottles of rubbing alcohol for free! I found that very kind and thought I should mention it on here! Thanks so much 🙂

This place is AWFUL!! Because I wouldn’t upgrade, they rubbed my feet so hard they gave me burns and laughed at me while talking to each other in their own language, and when I asked for them to fix an area they hit immediately the girl started complaining that it looked fine to her, HOW RUDE. Extremely pricey, cheap product, and terrible service will NEVER GO BACK!! Please do yourself a favor and go somewhere else!!

Love this salon, Chris is by far the most talented and enjoyable technician I have ever visited. The place is beautifully decorated and I enjoy going to my appointments. New equipment for pedicures as well! Any of the negative reviews come from impatient vacationers who didnt want to wait for their services - if I make an appointment, I sit down within minutes. Definitely recommend, and you cant go wrong with Chris!!

I had a gift certificate for this place, I went there 2 weeks ago on friday, got powder dip however it felt very rushed to nail technician that was doing them. Come saturday two of my one day old brand new powder dip nails had broken, and the top coat on the rest of them had started peeling. Went back to get it fixed and they couldnt accomadate my time even tho ive seen staff just sitting around on phones. I decided to give it another try. Well joke on me, second time I went, Ive been there for 2.5 hours. I have busy work schedule so being at nail appt for simple powder dip should be no more than 45 min. Three days later my powder dip layer completely came off with nail expose i had to cut it ( i wear medical gloves at work, and my nail would rip thought nitrile glove )This place is expensive and come to find out the product they have must not be good quality. I regret not going to my old nail salon but i had a 80 dollar gift card i wanted to use up. My nails at other salon can hold off for three weeks without even a chip.HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE such a waste of money

I got nail fungus from getting the dip on my hands at this place. Then today I ask for an extension on my nails and the girl said I don’t need it done because I said I wanted gel. Which in reality I just want longer tips on my nails however you call it just not the dip because I got a fungus from there. Then she keeps telling me I don’t need the extension. They do it for one of my fingers and I’m left with all different nails. Then when I said I’m not happy with it because I should have gotten the extension. They said I need to pay for the gel and the acrylic to be 95. For what? Something I am not happy with? I will never be going back here.

This is a great place for nails in town. They have a great location on Pine Ridge & Airport. Very very clean which is key. And they do have quite the following so I suggest making an appointment if you can.

Never again, Pricey and worst of all the pedicure that I received was totally done wrong. I had Gel before and it wasnt removed before applying nail polish. I asked for French so you can see the bad job they did.

Awful experience with waxing. No tweezers were used. Wax was all over the side of my face. Then she gave me a cotton to take with me so I could keep wiping was off my face. Horrible attention to detail. I am just thankful my brows dont look as bad as my experience.

I like the girl at the front desk she was welcoming and friendly. However, the older women who did my pedi was rude and condescending. While she was rubbing lotion on my skin. I asked her to run harder and she said, noDid not make my experience very relaxing. In addition, she insisted on cash tips. She is lucky she received tips.However, the place is amazing on the inside. They have complimentary hard beverages, which is a bonus. They need to work on consumer service. Even if their costumer is younger than they appear

LV nail bar is by far the best nail salon I’ve been to. Nick is my go to nail specialist, but the whole staff is skilled at what they do and put in great effort. I refuse to go to any other nail salon!

Best nail salon in Naples! Nick does great work with nail art designs and has a great group of people working with him! Would recommend this salon in a minute! Oh! And did I mention they have wine😁

I had good gel polish done here. It lasted almost 2 weeks and I am a messy-handed person, very clumsy. My nail tech was great and very friendly once she warmed up to me. Ive been here once before and it was so-so but gave it another shot. They were friendly on the phone when I made an appt and kept the appt time perfectly. I will def return. Staff still seems a teeny bit standoffish. Maybe because Im not a regular. Im not sure why I get that vibe. Nonetheless, give them a try.

Don’t come here if you expect a regular manicure to last more than a day and don’t want to be shamed for not buying extra services.I’ve never had a complaint about another shop but I felt the lady was VERY pushy in trying to convince me to get gel nails instead of the regular manicure I had already decided on.I didn’t change my mind and she proceeded to mix my polish with alcohol before using it and putting on a very obviously uneven coat.Also, when I politely declined another extra service she laughed and said she “couldn’t believe” that I didn’t want it because it costed more. (It was very unprofessional of her and awkward for me)The next day I came back because a couple of nails were already chipped (from the alcohol mixed into old polish) and I was told that I should only expect a normal manicure to last a day and was again told I should’ve gotten gel.Very disappointed in the way they went about up-selling and will not be returning.

What a complete rip off and scam, Ive been to a million nail places and they completely scam You by telling you the upgraded manicure pedicure is the same price as the actual pedicure and then they dont explain that you owe that price plus the manicure. Its a complete bait and switch, Ill never ever go back again. Even both managers and people who spoke English fluently who heard the conversation about it did not offer to adjust the price or on or what the nail technician had told me, the customer. There are way too many good nail places in Naples to tolerate that kind of bad unethical business practice Behavior.

My daughter and I have been coming here for a long time. 1 week ago I came and there was a new girl Heather who was doing my nails within a few minutes the guy sorry (I dont know your name) who takes the appointment came over and tried showing her what she needed to do explaining she was new and need to learn there way! She finished my nails and they were all different lengths and shapes but she was so sweet apologizing and saying next time they will be perfect. Well within a few days they all started to chip and by today day 6 they were a mess. So I went into the shop and explained of course I was sat down and my entire nails had to be re-done. Now I dont expect anything for nothing but I was charged full price despite the fact that my nails that I usually have done every 2-3 weeks didnt last a wee! Really not good customer service as now Im looking for someone new to do my nails and I live here full time and so was a good customer that you just lost. Because you have zero customer service.

Beautiful Salon !! But lacking attention to details during my mani and pedi..During my mani, water soak was cold, cuticles wernt really focused on, .I left with gel polish on my fingertips. Wasnt too happy at all.

I got gel nails a few weeks ago. The guy cut my nail bed 2 times and they havent been the same since. Extremely painful and will never go back there again.
