The new ownership at Thumbs up did an incredible job at my office building and home. They were fast, thorough, and ridiculously affordable. Owner actually supervises his crews once a month.Ten fold better than the last service we had!

This company was paid to provide lawn service by the property management company that I rent from. For 3 months they continued to take my money and provide zero service. As well services that they did render in the past were horrible. They could not even make proper passes and blew dirt and debre all over my screened lanai and I had to clean it every time they left. After three months of taking money and not providing any kind of service they were fired. I intend to get my money back one way or another. I will not stand by as my money is taken from me and no services rendered. This is known as fraud and theft by deception. Do not do bussiness with this company. Zero integrity thumbs down lawn service.

I dont know what the last reviewer is talking about regarding poor customer service. I was treated very respectfully and was given a very timely quote in a professional manner.

Very rude with horrible customer service. Treated my elderly aunt like trash because the owner is a crook, overcharges and do it when he feels like it attitude. Dont do biz with them you will be sorry!!!!
