S. Mendoza installed a circular driveway at my home. The pavers matched perfectly against my existing driveway. The work was done quickly. The team was neat and professional. I called Andy to do a small job at a rental home. I was so impressed with his professionalism, punctuality, quality of work, as well as competitive pricing that I asked him to quote us on a new driveway for our home on Collier Blvd. He immediately came out and looked at the job and gave me a price that was very reasonable. We set a date to do the project and then he went about getting the permits (we needed permits for both jobs). The whole process was seamless. He handled everything and kept me updated as we went forward. His estimates for timing were dead on and he started the driveway when he estimated he would. He seems to have a good working relationship with the city of Marco Island because there were no issues with the permits - which is something I cant say for some other contractors I have worked with. He did a great job on the driveway and we couldnt be more pleased. I am so used to practically begging a contractor to give me a quote, call me back, or complete the job as specified that it was like a breath of fresh air dealing with Andy. We kind of inherited S. Mendoza Complete Lawn Care when we purchased our older home on Marco Island. We thought we would let them manage the yard while we spent nearly 2 years remodeling the home. By the time we were ready to begin renovation of the lawn and landscaping, we had determined that no one else could do the job as well as S. Mendoza Complete Lawn Care. They were always quick to respond when a pipe was crunched during the remodel and when we found a palm tree had a dreaded disease and needed quick removal.To my surprise, S. Mendoza and team could also install paving, rebuild a hardscape support wall, and install entire property landscape lighting. They could reconfigure the new plantings according to our preferences while taking advantage of our many existing trees. They patiently gave me advice on which plants were the best choice and how to transition one area to another. Mendoza et al were happy to try new ideas and new plants, providing strong healthy growers. We, and our neighbors, love the new landscaping and are looking forward to watching it thrive over the next many years.
