Great company and great value. Everyone I have dealt with has been friendly, helpful and professional. We recently had our house tented and we are also going to use them for our periodic pest control. They came highly recommended by some friends and so far we love the decision to go with Hulett!

Did not show on scheduled date to tent for termites. Did not call to inform us they were not coming. When we called to find out what happened. They wanted to reschedule another 2 weeks out!! We fired them and called another company.

Donnie came out to do a termite inspection on our property and was 100% honest while explaining everything we should look out for. He calmed my fears and did not try to sell us an unnecessary termite treatment nor did he try and push regular pest control services on us. Rather, he gave us his card and said to call if we notice any of the termite signs he mentioned. I asked to get a regular pest and lawn service with Hulett simply based on Donnie’s honesty and knowledge!

I am a condo watcher. While checking the A/C and humidity levels I noticed that the laundry room door frame trim seemed to be pulling part. I touched the paint and my finger went through. I called Hulett, spoke with Donna who was kind, professional, helpful and put the wheels in motion for Kevin, a well qualified inspector who had decades of experience to visit the unit the next day. Kevin was very thorough, personable and he answered all my questions. Kevin found the termites and arranged for a Hulett Termite expert to vist the very next day. Chris was the man with a plan. Chris remidied the indoor problem and then placed 60 termite traps around our building. Chris was meticulous and very impressive. I and the owner of the condo are grateful to Donna, Kevin and Chris for great team work, great coordination and great results.

Zack is our technician. He is always thorough, polite, and responds quickly to any concerns we may have. Although Hulett is not in the practice of dealing with larger pests, Zack helped enormously rescuing a duck from our attic and releasing it lakeside. Certainly above and beyond!

I have tried many different companies providing the same services as Hulett and have been very disappointed. Hulett communicates very well, letting me know their every move. They do a complete and great job!! They will come back until you are completely happy. Changing to Hulett was the best! I recommend them all the time.

I have had Hulett spray for bugs around my property for over 20 years and they have done a fine job. I have never have to worry.My tech., Abel, does whatever is needed to make my house bug proof and always with a smile.I recommend them highly.

We trust this company. They come out regularly on a quarterly basis and arrange to come out any time I have an additional pest problem, rare though that may be. They give me good advice about how to avoid getting pests also. Their termite specialist is very experienced and helpful.

We thought poisons were the only effective method to control the home invading insects. For the past year we have not seen a ghost ant, crazy ant or any other little crawling critters inside the house. No poisons inside or outside is much appreciated by us and Muffy our cat.

Whenever I call, someone is available to come out and take care of whatever the issue is.

I do not recommend this company at all. Although their staff was nice and helpful in answering questions (thats the only reason they got a second star from me). I spent $1000 on a pest control plan and 3 months later, the bugs were back worse than before. When I called and asked what my options were, I was told I could re-hire them at full price. In fact, they dont even offer the type of pest control I originally hired them for. Thats no wonder because they didnt help me at all. However, they had no problem taking my money. DO NOT USE HUWLETT!

WORST!!! We paid in advance nearly $800 for a years worth of lawn and landscape care. In short - lawn and landscape never looked worse - when we complained a multitude of times Hulett even admitted they didnt come and service us as often as they should have and we paid for. I spoke to manager face to face while he stood on our lawn and he admitted our lawn looked terrible and Huelett didnt deliver as promised. I called our salesman to complain he said speak to Hulett. We said in person, in writing and over the phone we would never again be interested in using Hulett services. They auto renewed us and even tho we have again said NEVER WOULD WE USE HULETT SERVICES AGAIN over a year later they still send bills and harass us by phone for payment!!!! We hired and PAID IN FULL for ONE year of service for which we never even received - we NEVER agreed to renew - in fact have been VERY loud in our objection to EVER do business with Hulett, but they continue to harass us with bills and phone calls. It got so bad we have blocked their number. Save your money and time. NEVER hire this company from hell!!
