This was at my parents house in Marco, beautiful house but nasty inside. Between me, kids, friends, family and 10 years of fun there was dust, dirt, water stains and more. This was a difficult job and I know because I tried to clean the place but barely made a dent! I needed help and they came through by knocking it out. I’m using them again for sure.

Mark and Lindsey were amazing and so helpful during the very stressful time of selling my mothers house in Naples. We were in a panic needing a cleaning service to come within 24 hours to clean the house before closing, and Mark graciously took care of everything. He was understanding and went out of his way to help us. He kept in constant communication as to their arrival time, costs and duration. I felt totally confident in their services and that was the best considering I was stuck in NY unable to help out. I spoke with Lindsey and she arranged for Mark to meet me at the empty condo the next morning. Mark and I walked the apartment reviewing the services to be performed as part of the move out cleaning. The pair of cleaning professionals arrived on time, reviewed the process, cleaning, and billing with me. They called me when they were nearly done and I returned to the apartment to inspect the unit before signing off. This was my first experience with Merry Maids of Naples and I was extremely pleased. I would recommend them for anyone who cant do their own cleaning (or chooses not to) Merry Maids cleaning service would be a great thing to gift to someone who just had a baby, or surgery, or needs a break from their daily duties. I knew from the moment I spoke with Mark and Lindsey, the owners, I was choosing the right cleaning company to take care of my needs.They were warm, cheerful, positive, thorough and knowledgeable.Maria and Yisel were the woman that serviced my moms home . I was impressed how organized both woman were and was really impressed that when they were cleaning all areas, everything was put back in the same exact place where it was originally! We are very pleased with Merry Maids. The staff is very pleasant and hard working. Everyone is very happy with working for the company and only say nice things about the owners. We never have to check if everything is cleaned properly. When they are finished, the house simply smells clean - no cover-up scents. If something extra needs to be done, we mention it and it is taken care of the next cleaning. We are very pleased with the cleaning at our condo and our Mothers home. Highly recommended!

I had them do a thorough clean through the whole house and I was very happy with the result. Especially the kitchen and bathrooms. My stainless steel fridges looked like brand new and the shower floor that had orange stains that were so hard to get rid off sparkled and looked new too. I loved the little touches they gave my things, like arranging the magazines in the living room, folding towels and so on. Our house felt clean and taken good care of. I had guests come in the next day - it was perfect. Thank you.

The staff team is very kind and helpful. Merry Maids to the Rescue!When I entered my rental condo in Naples, FL, I was not satisfied with the cleanliness of the unit. A thorough cleaning was supposed to have been done by the owner’s cleaner before I arrived. In my home town of Boston, I have been a satisfied customer of Merry Maids for over 15 years. I contacted Merry Maids of Naples, and Lindsey and Mark sent a team over in two days for the appointment I requested. Maria and Alicia not only made the unit sparkle, they cleaned all the bugs and dirt out of the window and slider tracks, vacuumed all the overlooked corners, scrubbed down the interior of the filthy oven so I could finally use the self-clean feature, and rearranged some pieces of furniture for me. I had planned on using the owner’s cleaner for the four months I would be in Naples, but it’s the Merry Maids of Naples for me now

I want to thank Mark & Lindsey of Merry Maids for going above and beyond and accommodating us so quickly! We are not from the area and moved into a new construction apartment that had quite a bit of construction dust making it not quite move in ready. I called with no expectation that they could accommodate us so quickly. The dynamic cleaning duo of Samantha and Stacy were very friendly and thorough. When the top of the sliding glass door was not cleaning to their standards, Mark drove over with a ladder in order to get to the top to make sure the glass sparkled. It is obvious that Mark and Lindsey pride themselves on providing exceptional service and their whole team effort proved they are an amazing company with amazing staff!!

Merry Maids cleaned our condo before our arrival this week. Everything was spic and span, water had been run and bathrooms and kitchen were sparkling. Our team was Maria and Yisel.....great work ladies!

I called for an appointment on Thursday, and was so happy to get an appointment on Saturday. The team was prompt and courteous, and worked in a timely manner. They did a great job and my house smelled great too! :-) I will definitely be using Merry Maids again in the future.

We use Merry Maids to clean our grandfathers home monthly. They do a great job, but even better is how kind and patient they have consistently been. From dealing w a cranky 95 year old to being flexible and understanding about scheduling, they have made initiating this service easy and have made grandpa comfortable all along. Also, super pleasant, friendly office staff.

The maids are told by management not to go into any closed closet, drawer or cabinet. One of the cleaners were caught by the other cleaner organizing the medicine cabinet in the master bath. I discovered that someone had gone through the medicine cabinet after they left. Several prescription pain meds were missing along with my diamond ring. I called the police who came to the house to take a report. There was absolutely no reason for one of the cleaners to be in the medicine cabinet except to look for drugs.
