Many years, no complaints! I even get to request my own team. These ladies are familiar with me and know exactly what needs to be done. They come in with smiles under their masks and they make a fuss over my little doggie Mookie and that makes me happy. Kind of a family thing! They are so special I can’t say enough about this company and this group of women. I trust them enough to actually leave them here and run errands if I have to. Molly Maids exceeded my expectations. We have a large dog who sheds a ton so I asked that our floors be the focus of the deep clean. The floors have never looked better or been cleaner! In addition, the cleaners were able to get stains out of places that I thought was permanent. The entire apartment was spotless. Overall, I am so happy I went with Molly Maids and will definitely use them for regular cleanings as well. They are wonderful!

I like the consistency and flexibility of the Molly Maids service. They do a good job with straightening and cleaning on a monthly basis. I am able to do my own cleaning maintenance in between as needed. They are willing to move the cleaning up or back due to, for example, my travel plans or upcoming family visits. Sometimes this requires a different cleaning team than my regulars and the quality of the service is still very good.

Worst experience for a cleaning service ever!! They cleaned my one/one in one hour and charged me $140!!! Then I called and said it was ridiculous and I am not satisfied. Andrea also said they should of charged me $120! Still ridiculous!! They stole from me and their own employees stole from them!! Do not trust this cleaning service!!! Over charged!! Also left my fan COVERED WITH DUST!! I didn’t even ask for a refund, I asked to be charged $80 instead of the $140 cash their employees took my hands and they still declined. So unprofessional. Just wrong.

I just recently stopped using this company. We had several problems and felt they got resolved fairly. And quickly. This last time I called to tell them of a problem the team was in and out of my home way to quickly. The tile floors were sticky (a repeated problem). The house did not smell clean, there was cleanser buildup in the bathroom shower. But I always had toilet paper flowers. They do not make up for a lousy job. The office responded and dispatched the cleaning team back to my house. Unfortunately, the cleaning team was rude and disrespectful. These two women insisted they did a good job because the house in their words was filthy. Then they proceeded to trash us on the phone in Spanish. It was a very disappointing turn of events. Just have to say, go with a small independent who will care about the job you are paying them to do!
