Belligerent director, Danielle. Honestly, I have no words for how rude this woman was and very disturbing she would be handling the children? A hand written sign upon drop off for the kids camp read that all kids needed a negative covid test in order to attend camp. This week would’ve been my kid’s only week of camp so whatever covid issues they had prior, I had no idea. No email was sent to me about this very spurt of the moment response from the YMCA. I asked for proof with a screenshot that they sent out this message to my email as well, but of course, no response. So my child would not be allowed to attend camp, the only week we signed up for. Danielle, the director walked away without trying to resolve this issue as she said there’s no way of getting a refund and asked the asinine question quote: so you want to send your child to camp with covid? This is who is in charge of these children. That was her response. They wonder why things escalated?
Helpful staff upon entry. Make sure you bring your own towel. Weight room and cardio upstairs. Lots of different machines. Ellipticals and treadmills nice with tv, etc...
Favorite gym Ive ever joined. Such an amazing and diverse selection of fitness classes all with great, experienced trainers and instructors.
My son is a member of YMCA for 2 years and today 03/02/2020 my sons backpack went missing from his locker. And today we find out that even when you think you locked your locker anybody can force it open and steal your stuff. It happened to my son and some other gentleman also lost his money from his wallet on the same day.
The gym is very well equipped with equipment for all kinds of routines. There are personal training options, swimming lessons, group classes. All the staff are always very friendly. The facilities are always very clean.
