My daughter has been coming to Gym World Naples for 3 years and she and I love it! She would move in if they let her. She’s had the best coaches! All of their coaches and their owners are so great! I highly recommend this gym to everyone!

My daughter was hurt during her session today! The place is always very crowded and chaotic, which is part of the problem, and they run too many sessions at the same time. Theres not enough seating for parents/caregivers, so if you have a medical condition, thats too bad; you either stand or get sent to a crowded waiting area, which also doesnt have enough seating. I have tried several times to talk to the management about my concerns and they always were rude and dismissive. I didnt even bother telling them about my daughters injury because they never respond in a constructive manner. Unfortunately, I wasnt in the room to witness what happened because again, there wasnt enough seating, so I have no idea whether her injury was due to negligence or something else. I had earlier pointed out the problem with the lack of chairs, and the manager just said there wasnt enough space for everyone and walked away. And then my little girl was hurt and I wasnt there to see!! Very angry and upset. They dont offer refunds, so even if your child is injured, too bad. I will be taking her to another place in town where theres enough parking and seating for caregivers. Caregivers beware! See the other posts below- apparently there have been other equally worrisome issues.

Their birthday parties offer so much fun with the giant inflatables and giant foam pit. Theres so much more.

Our daughter was so excited to attend summer camp at Gymnastics World Naples. Unfortunately, on Day One, a bully in her class began to torment her and the other students, pulling chairs out from under children, stealing lunches and hitting the other children. Our daughter asked the instructor to intervene, but she refused to resolve, saying the bully had a learning disability so there was nothing they could do.We have a zero tolerance policy for bullying – everyone should. Since the instructors were not going to provide adult supervision, we immediately contacted the owner to let her know we cannot attend the camp. She agreed and said that she also did not tolerate bullying, but she would not refund us or resolve the situation. Very unfortunate, and I know there have been other postings showing similar experiences where instructors do not provide good supervision and children end up getting injured by others, so this is not an isolated case.If you expect to leave your children in a safe environment with trustworthy adult supervision, this is not the place, even if the gymnastics instruction is good.

PARENTS BEWARE! Dropped my two kids off on a Friday night so they can play, and I can go out to dinner with my husband. An hour later I get a text from my daughter that older boys did this (see pics) to my son’s leg and threw his face mask up on a dusty cabinet (see pics). I drop everything and drive there to understand what’s going on. The front desk person said she spoke to the boys, but could not answer why and how older boys were in the mix with little kids. She said she doesn’t usually work on Fridays (what???) and could not give me a reasonable explanation why there was no supervision and why they allow older boys (around 15 y/o or so) play in the same room with little kids.This place is very poorly run.This was our first and last time there. If you don’t want your kids to get hurt, stay away from this place.

Gymnastic World Naples is such a great place to drop off your children! The staff are always very friendly and take great care of the kids. The gym is safe, clean, and full of fun!

This is a wonderful gym! The gym is clean and the staff is friendly and helpful! It is apparent that all teachers are well trained and everyone at the gym has a smile on their face! The gym is very safe! My children have attended classes, birthday parties and open gyms here and every time we come we are warmly greeted! The staff at my sons birthday party even took everything out of my car for me!

This is such a great gym, I just had my child’s birthday party here and the staff was friendly and helpful! They interacted with my children and Maintained a high level of professionalism and safety! The staff treated my daughter like a princess while treating me and all parents with the utmost respect. All my expectations were not only met but exceeded! Communication was impeccable before, during and after my party. Best of all I never had to lift a finger, the instructors did everything from set up to clean up! The gym as well as all equipment was very clean. Overall a great experience and a great gym! I am excited to send my children back!

I dont usually write reviews; however, I had such a great experience with Gymnastic World Naples that I thought Id provide some feedback. My cousin recently moved down to Naples from New Jersey a few months ago, and I was thinking of places to bring him so that he could make some friends and build confidence. After all, he was new to the area and didnt know anyone. I had previous knowledge about Gymnastic World through friends I knew in town, and I remembered that their children and friends children enjoyed their open gyms on Fridays, as well as their summer camps, which have a lot to offer kids for a reasonable price. Therefore, I informed my Aunt, and after she brought him to one of their open gyms, she enrolled him in this military style obstacle course class called The Gladiator Gymnastic Zone, which he absolutely fell in love with! Not only is he meeting so many new friends from this class, he is learning how to work with others, as well as thinking critically under stress; I cant emphasize how important this is for a growing child to learn at a young age, so that they can be successful in the classroom and in sports. Lastly, the staff and the owners are great and genuinely caring, which is refreshing. Some of these places you visit the staff can be bothered and merely just want to get the class sessions over with. The staff at Gym World Naples make you feel like family and go out of their way to give your child the best experience possible. Ultimately, every child is special to them and you arent just a number; you feel like family. I strongly recommend that you give them a chance, you wont regret it. Thank you, Gymnastic World!

You can drop your children off and rest assure they are not allowed to leave for any reason without the parent being there . The staff is rude and very unprofessionalThey yelled at a three year old kid for jumping on a trampoline, isn’t this a gymnast park not a place where you can’t go on a trampoline.Very unsanitary facility. And unacceptable serviceI do not recommend this establishment.

We recently hosted our 3 year old’s birthday party at Gymnastics World and the kids had a great time! It’s a fantastic space for a large group- we had close to 30 kids. I love that we had the entire place to ourselves. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They even helped organize a fun parachute game after the free play. And the party room is spacious with plenty of tables and chairs as well as birthday decorations already up. Everyone raved about the party!

Cannot say enough positive things about gymnastic world. Its seriously the best place for all ages!! I attended a mommy and me class with my little girl and we had the greatest time. Not only is the facility welcoming and clean, the staff goes above and beyond at making you feel comfortable and to ensure you have an enjoyable time with your littles. I would definitely recommend this place for all new moms if they want a fun mommy and me class, not just for your children but for us moms as well. Thank you so much gymnastic world!!!!

Great Place ! We had a birthday party there and it went so perfect. Very spacious and fun. We also went to the Halloween party and it was so cool, the costumes and the activities made the kids laugh and smile. We will always go back.

Defenitly would not recommend or will ever be back to this place again.We went for trials class and the “coach” walked in didnt even roll call, didnt even introduced herself. I would name her here but since she didnt even take the time to introduce herself to any of the parents i cant remember her name. I had to go up and ask a random coach so she could point out where we where suppose to be. Not a welcoming enviroment at all. Coaches are barely out of high school so theres barely any proffesionalism at all. Terrible experience and if i could rate lower than 1 star i would.

My daughter LOVES Gym world of Naples. She has been coming here for almost 2 years now doing gymnastics (not having done any gymnastics prior) and she has already progressed to level 4.- I credit this to the AMAZING TEAM OF COACHES THAT WORK HERE !!!!Especially Kerry and Nicole (Which are currently my daughters coaches) but all the coaches are really great !!And you can tell they really care about their students and love working with kids.I have watched all the coaches with the kids as Im usually here while Kaitlyn does gymnastics14 hrs/week and Ive spent a lot of time talking to the parents as well, they all love bringing their kids here and their kids love coming !!The owners Carol and Cory Mango are very involved and are such nice down to earth people 💚....as is their daughter Nicole (who is Kaitlyns coach)It is a great sport and even though its considered an individual sport the girls really bond together as a team. Most of the other moms have relayed their only complaint to me being the one I mention below.Theres only one thing lacking which is minor compared to the great training both the gymnasts and the cheerleaders get here. I wish that there was a friendlier more genuine smile to greet you at the front desk in the late afternoons/ evenings (from 4:30pm onward) Theres basically no information given to new parents unless they ask for it, and there is a lack of a welcoming friendly feeling......I think this small adjustment in attitude would bring in a lot more kids and parents into the gym.All in all I hope we will be able to attend Gym world of Naples for many, many years to come....it has truly become a second home to my daughter Kaitlynand I 🤗

Not Happy!!! Careful with hidden policy!!! Lost a full session paid for in advance!!! When paying I alert them that I might be transfer for work to another state, never told me that if I pay they will NEVER refund the money!!! When I call to get a refund on session NEVER taken, after various calls I found out about that policy, no one ever call me back and lost the full session payed in advance!!! VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!
