We went on a Thursday for the $10 bounce hour session. I called prior too and asked if I needed to bring my own socks or if I had to buy there and they told me that I could wear mine I got there and I had to buy there socks. Other than that we had a great time, what a great way to work out and have fun at the same time.

Great place to relax and do some exercise.I love going to Bounce! Trampoline Spots with my younger siblings. We always play dodgeball and there are many other friendly people who love to join.Their facility is also equipped with basketball hoops so we always do a dunk contest.The staff is very friendly and they are also very helpfulDefinitely recommend to everyone who loves fun and also get some exercise in

Went there for a birthday party. The kids had a blast! They had black lights going that day. The little kids were separated from the bigger ones. The staff was super nice, helpful, and accommodating. Bathrooms in the back were clean.

I couldnt have been more pleased and happy with Bounce! My kids love going there! My son decided to have his birthday party there last week and when I tell you that they went above and beyond to accommodate our last minute party I truly mean it. The manager and the employees were so amazing and patient with us, this was our first time hosting a party there and we will definitely do it again. If I could give them more stars I would! Thank you again for everything you did for us and for making my son extremely happy😊

My kids had a blast here for hours on a rainy day. The facilities were clean and had ample space and areas for varying ages and desired jumping activity. They even gave a great military discount, which is not always the case at places like this, so that was appreciated. The staff was friendly and attentive as well.

This was a great place to take our daughter. The staff was outstanding and really interacted with the kids especially an employee named Chase. I would recommend taking your kids here and you can look for half-price specials on their website. One thing to remember, they do have special socks you must wear and they cost $2. However, you get to keep the socks and can use them on your next visit.

My daughter recently turned 3, I have been taking her to Wednesday morning toddler time about twice a month since we moved to Naples in July 2016. I go back specifically during toddler time because my daughter gets to frolic with just kids her age and they have entire place to play, verses open bounce when the big kids are there and toddlers are restricted to a smaller area. They also play fun Disney themed music or nursery rhymes during toddler time. Today though, my opinion changed. I was shocked to see them allow older children (Id guess ages about 7-13) with no younger siblings in tow to bounce during toddler time, a time designated for toddlers per their own website Toddler Time is a special designated time for children ages 6 and under to jump, laugh and play throughout our entire facility with other children their age. Not only that but the fun children music that we normally listen too had been replaced by rap and pop. Im sorry but for a time designated specifically for toddlers the song Turn down for Whatby DJ Snake and Lil Jon is not appropriate music. I had to ask twice for the music to be switched after hearing several distasteful song choices come on. Regardless of whether you have a new stereo the problem should have been resolved more quickly, or perhaps if you are aware it takes several songs to change a station, change the station to a kid station at 9, so it is ready to play children music by 9:30. Once the music was changed we heard 1 Disney song, the wheels on the bus, and 3 other childrens songs before it was changed to kids bop. I like Cee Lo Green but even the kids version of F you is far too advanced for my toddler. Its toddler time, not elementary time, not high school time, a very clearly advertised toddler time. Yes my daughter did still have fun, regardless of the fact that it was not the same experience we would normally have. I just found it upsetting that it changed so drastically from this fun cheery toddler friendly environment.

Great place for father and son time. We go every Sunday and have a blast. We are both spent when we go home. Place is always clean and well organized. They are always concerned about child safety and always up keeping the trampolines. Staff is always smiling and willing to help. Great way to make memories with my son without the use of video games.

So fun! We like Toddler Time (6 & under) last Sunday of the month. Little ones can play anywhere in the building during this time.

Bounce is the best place for kids in the area! The staff is wonderful and take really great care of the bouncers. The premises are always immaculate and my grandchildren beg to go every weekend! Bounce takes safety to a new level and I am so happy they opened! Bouncing is great exercise and the kids sleep well!

Weve been here once and kids loved it. Price was reasonable for an house and they were whipped after. Lots of fun and its clean inside. Staff could be more attentive to people doing stuff theyre not supposed too.

Totally agree with moms on here dangerous at times I understand safety is needed. However, there is a line between safety and exhibiting aggression to prove authority. kids are singled out instead of directing confrontations with parents my child was singled out and felt horrible taking business elsewhere the front desk staff was helpful but the floor staff did it for me obviously they don’t like kids

Love this place more than my kiddos do! They come home completely wore out and sleep like they’ve never slept before! Thanks bounce! A little pricy but well worth it!

This place clearly needs to be disinfected. My kids get sick every time they come here for Toddler time. The last 2 times have resulted in stomach viruses. They enjoy it, but we will never be back unfortunately.

My toddler loves to bounce! Its nice to have him interact with other kids. I like they recently added toddler only Mondays that way they dont have to stay in one section.

The best place in Naples for affordable indoor fun. Nicole, the manager, is always accommodating with our son who has special needs. Staff are courteous and friendly. The place is clean and well maintained.

I went with my 2 children (3 and 2) as soon as they opened today. There were approx 10 employees working and a couple of other children. They followed and were within 3 feet at all times. The children were not allowed in the toddler foam pit. They were not allowed to jump on the trampolines. ?? I understand safety is needed. However, there is a line between safety and exhibiting aggression to prove authority.

Bounce has good dodgeball games because there is an actual coach managing it, and the trampolines are to bounce on and to do tricks on!

Great place for Grandparents to watch their grandchildren have a fabulous time wearing themselves out! Supervision and a great design that allows one way up and down stairs so you can continually watch over the children and others going in and out. My 7 and 9 yr olds loved it!

We love it here! My kid are 10 years old and 16 months old and they both have a great time. Wonderful family environment and a great way to entertain the kids out of the heat without video games.

Kids love this place! You can do parties there, and its pretty easy to keep an eye on your kids. Refreshments are available to purchase as well. The staff is friendly and helpful, and will even join in on the fun!

Bounce is not that big but the kids love it. My son always have fun when he comes here with his best buddies. We havent had a bad experience here.

Had the place to ourselves after 6pm. It was great for the kids. The perfect ending to our day... and the little ones slept all the way home from exhaustion.

Its great every once in awhile. At $26 for two hours gets pricey if your kid wants to go everyday- especially during summer. Then add in drinks/food, youre at $40 a pop- for 2 hours- for 1 kid. Oh and if your kid forgets one of the 20 pairs of special socks at home you have to buy yet another pair.

I so sorry, but This place is very dangerous for little kids, my son is 8 years old and he was in a party, another child bounced off and took 1 tooth out of his mouth. Nobody gave first aid and ended up paying a $ 3000 bill to the hospital.

My kiddos do love it there. Just wish they had more to do in there, (obstacles, challenges).

Safe place for my daughter to go nuts...certain areas are for specific age groups which is awesome.

Is a great place for my 3 year old to have a great time for 1 to 2 hours.

Bounce is fun,and kids love it! You can see your children easily while letting them down and have fun freedom. They do have young people overlooking each play area, but they should do better about monitoring things. Parents are not always as attentive as they should be! Tots need not wander through the dodge ball area, where things tend to get rough, or main floor areas where older kids are rapidly tumbling. Older kids (teens) should be told not to act inappropriately. Our 8-10yo kids were attending a 10yos birthday party there, playing dodge ball, and a teen boy repetitively stuck both of his hands in his pants (and underwear), taunting the younger kids to throw the ball to him... as if any of them wanted his hands to touch the ball... Eww! In my book, thats a one day ticket out of the building! A genital-touching teen is highly inappropriate and unacceptable in that particular environment.

Receiving 1 star because of business practices. We have been to other trampoline parks and purchased safety socks there. I brought those special grip socks with us. My kids were not allowed to jump in those and management stated that it was because of liability. What nonsense. More like they dont want customers aware of better alternatives. My choices were 1: trade mine in for their lower quality version, or 2: purchase their lower quality socks.... disappointed at least.

Twice a month on Sundays, I bring my six-year-old to meet up with a group of her friends here. They love it; and its fun to watch the children socialize and exercise in a safe and fun environment.
