His preventative services help homeowners detect problems before they become bigger than necessary. Definitely include Tony when gathering professional opinions and quotes for roof or gutter work.

Post Irma my original roofer was too busy to come and repair damage. Sunshine was very busy too, but put me on the schedule; was reasonable; honest and didnt take advantage of me. Recently, I needed them to finalize some other damage and they again were responsive, on time and reasonable doing a superior job.

I have worked with Sunshine Roofing on multiple occasions my self and they are the first company that I refer to my clients. Sunshine Roofing is a company you can trust. Even better, their work is excellent and their crew is professional and courteous. I would never use another roofing company.

Our 12 unit complex Kon-Tiki apartments is now completely destroyed because of Sunshine Roofing. Luckily my 9 month old son wasnt inside the apartment when all the ceilings came crashing down because of their negligence. Contacted the owner and no response. Our family as well as 5 other families now have no place to live because of this. No offer of assistance, apologies, nothing. Working on making sure they pay dearly for this working through our attorney, as well as their license indefinitely revoked!!

We had a leak in the flashing of our tile roof near the valley. Apparently its common in that area on this particular model of home, especially with pressure washing regularly. We called Sunshine roofing. The staff was professional from start to finish. They came out and thoroughly inspected, located the problem and offered a reasonable rate for the repair. The repair was done in a timely manner, during rainy season I may add, and it was done correctly. We are very pleased and about to contact them again for another repair that has cropped up elsewhere. I have a small leak that appeared in my drywall, I called Sunshine to come out and tell me what I was looking at. The owner Tony came out on a Saturday on time and did a thorough inspection. It was nice to see a working owner that looked at and climbed on the roof to look for obvious issues. he then went inside the attic to see what was going on. it had been some time so his suggestion was to wait for rainy season as it was not bad enough to warrant throwing money at it. I definitely feel he was looking out for me and I know I have a person I can trust to fix my roof the right way. I was extremely happy.

Chuck Prewitt is not a nice guy. Told him his estimate was ridiculous. HE replies, thank you. His Estimate for a new tile roof was Double of my 5 other estimates. Not somebody I would want to do business with.
