The team that came to do our windows in/out and pressure washing of driveway, lanai, pool deck did an excellent job. They contacted us the day before for a reminder. They were on time, professional, very respectful and efficient. It’s very hard to find that level of service these days. I have no complaints. We will use them going forward for all our window cleaning and pressure washing needs.

I called a couple of different places. One company went directly to voice mail, another company spoke to me then sent me to another emploees voice mailbox. Enough of that, I called Window Genie and spoke to Daniel (owner) who was very professional and told me he’d come out to look at what needed done. After Daniel came over, I felt confident I made the right choice by hiring his company. On the day of service, they called and said they could come early and they did. The two gentlemen cleaned a gutter that was full of sand, and washed my sliders. They were also very professional in their conversation as well as their work. I called to schedule an appointment to have my home, driveway, walkway, foyer and sidewalks in front of my home pressure cleaned. The Window Genie of Naples Team came out within a few days completed the job without damaging anything and protecting shrubs, etc. The cost was very reasonable and the job was finished by the time I got home from work. It looked great. I will use them again when the time arises.

Window Genie installed Christmas lights on our home and they look amazing! They also cleaned our gutters while up there! The service was exceptional which is a rarity these days! We will be using Window Genie every Christmas season!

Daniel transformed our property into a holiday wonderland with white lights wrapping our palm trees in our front and back yards. It is stunning, and we can’t stop looking at them! He was prompt, courteous, and came back right away when one of the strands stopped working. I would highly recommend them!

Gutters were not thoroughly done along the screen enclosure, windows that were washed in the shade dried with spots, paid extra per window to have the tracks cleaned which was not done. Power washing the house was done very well, but that was it. Paid $700. Feel taken.

All windows were cleaned inside and out, but the outside of the windows did not meet my standards so the owner came the next day to redo outside and now they are perfect. Calling to make an appointment I spoke with the owner Daniel and he was most cordial and accommodating. His two workers were neat,clean efficient and very friendly. The process they have with a special washing unit was unique and resulted in a fantastic job. I will most assuredly use Window Genie again and highly recommend them.

Was quoted a price of no more than $250 and was called back the day before the cleaning and was told the price was $500. This should have been told to me before the day before the cleaning to double the quoted price. I was told $250 would be the “worst scenario”. The owner called back and said he would not honor the quoted price. Very unprofessional! Extremely overpriced. Normal price for my house is $250.

Today I had my roof, lanai, driveway and windows done. My technicians were Austin & Will. They showed up promptly on time at 8am. They were professional & courteous. If they had any questions, they were sure to ask before hand without just taking it upon themselves. I am extremely happy with the outcome of my job. Late afternoon I received a call from Daniel, the owner to follow up and see how everything went. When is the last time you had a company follow up? There was a small issue noticed after they left and my roof had dried. Daniel is more than happy to come back to rectify. If you are searching for a company, look no further. The Window Genie team arrived on time and did a great job of explaining their process of cleaning the roof tiles with a mild detergent. They watered down all the surrounding plants to make sure they wouldnt be harmed. They did a thorough cleaning and left the area in excellent shape. Im very happy with the results and I believe the soft wash is better than the typical high pressure approach.
