We hired them for sealing our new pavers pool deck after 4 other bids. It wasn’t so much based on price but more on the thorough explanation of what they do and what should be done: the advisability to apply sand between the pavers so once the sealant is applied how it helps seal no only the paver surface but between them as well... taking time to let the power washing dry (days) before adding the sealant as water diluted the sealant.They did such a superb job we then hired them to power wash our 12’ high property wall and clean the inside or our pool cage. Very reasonably priced as well. Highly recommended.

Ive had the roof pressure washed a few times and this is usually how it goes...speak to professional sounding salesman and then unskilled workers show up, kill your grass and damage the roof. I chose Imperial based on reviews and you get what you pay for. You may be able to find it cheaper but you wont find anyone that takes as much pride in what they do. Tyler did a great job from beginning to end. He was there when he said he would be and did exactly what he promised. If anything he went above and beyond. No dead grass, no damaged tiles. Just a super clean roof that looks like new.

I have had Tyler pressure wash my deck and cage for the past few years, and he has always done an outstanding job. He is very thorough and efficient. I appreciate that he communicates promptly and efficiently by text and if I have a pressure washing emergency he fits me into his schedule. When he came a few weeks ago, I needed to change my smoke alarm batteries, and the ladder is too tall for me to carry and the ceiling is too high for me to reach. He very kindly changed the batteries for me, and of course, did it quickly and efficiently. His dad, who had installed all new screening on our cage and had initially recommended Tyler, came to assist him later in the day with the pressure washing. We had small holes in 3 screens from hurricane Irma, so his dad also made those repairs for us at the same time. At the end of the day, thanks to Tyler and his dad, my deck looked great, the cage looked great, and my problem of changing the smoke alarm batteries was resolved. I will of course continue to use his services in the future!
