I was on line and filled out the form to be contacted on a weekend and first thing Monday Morning Michael was reaching out to me and the same day he came to give me a quote. We hired him on the spot, scheduled a time for the job to be done and he was true to his word, the work was done on time and we had the screens replaced and door on our lanai replaced and it came out absolutely beautiful. Michael, the VERY affordable handyman, just finished my gutters. The reason I continue to have him back is based on his expertise and reliability. He has also repaired the seams on my brother’s lanai ; which leaked and arenow watertight . One of the best things about this company is they stay in touch with you. Had a sick day and let me know early that day so we could go on with our day. The 2 guys came to replace 4 Lanai screens and did a great job. Cleaned up Lanai when done. Will definitely use again when needed. Also fair price coming to Marco.

This company is anything but affordable. They charge $78 per hour per handyman and required minimum of 2 people. He wanted to send 2 people to replace a toilet flap! He was also quite unpleasant.

I live in Chicago and have rented out my Naples condo since I purchased it in 2004. Shortly thereafter I obtained Michaels name from my realtor and have used him to do all of the maintenance from repairing and changing out screens, to putting up and taking down hurricane shutters, to watching the condo during a short time it was vacant, to his actually purchasing and installing a dishwasher just last week. I have a rental home in Florida, but I live out of town, so I really needed a reliable handyman that I could trust. I had Affordable Handyman come by and fix my broken floodlights. He was very friendly and straight forward. He came across as a guy you could trust and not some salesman trying to make a buck.He fixed the light for a fair price and gave me a good quote to fix my porch metal roof. Don’t use them ! They lie about everything. They want cash upfront and can’t give you prices. Mike has employees that sleep in and he cancels on you the same day. They are afraid to work. They can’t do everything the way they state. Probably one of the worst companies over ever dealt with. Youll pay $1000 and then he won’t even do the work. Don’t say I didn’t warn you.

Our company has been doing business with Michael for a little over 2 years now for all of our screen repairs and or/ Florida glass installations. He has always done a great job and our customers are always happy with the work he does for them. Very reliable and would recommend him to anyone.

Agreed upon 200 USD for 2 roof panels of screen repair...approx 8 by 16 ft.Came quick, first overcharged me but then the owner called back and promises to send the overcharged amount back which I deem the right thing to do. Hence 5 stat rating is deserved.

Needed a small project done. Called and spoke with Vance who understood my needs. Owner Michael called to confirm, quote a price and time. I accepted and the work was done, on time (actually a couple of days early), on budget and exactly how I wanted it.

I hired Michael solely based on his reviews on the internet. Naturally, I was a little nervous about it, but it quickly became apparent that I had nothing to worry about. He has put himself above any contractor I have ever dealt with in Florida. Michael for one, answers his phone. That IS a big deal in Florida. If he does not and I have to leave him a message, he calls back promptly. He answers emails and sends pictures of his work before and after if you are unable to be present for the work.

Michael and his employees are great. I use them a lot and they are very reliable and Michael can mend almost anything. Just excellent work peformed.

Out of the 5 things we had him do all had problems to varying degrees. All work areas had finger prints and smudges on the walls. A simple toilet paper holder fell off the wall in less than 2 hours. Towels hooks came loose after 2 days. Mirror became loose.
