Naples Rug Spa has done wonders for my area rug, it had not been cleaned in years and needed a major overhaul. I originally obtained the rug after it was used in a salt cave spa and it was very stiff. The technician that came to survey and transport my rug was very knowledgeable and patient. He made the process very easy from the beginning to the end. My rug was returned looking beautiful. The colors were more vibrant than I ever imagined. I took my living room area rug here after my dog peed on it multiple times. I thought it was beyond repair but I love the rug and figured Id try professional cleaning before replacing it. Im so glad I did! I was worried even after cleaning that it wouldnt feel clean knowing how much dog pee was on it, but the owner took me into the facility and showed me the process and they really get a good, deep clean. When my rug was returned it was literally better than when I first brought it home! All the stains (coffee, food, wine) were gone along with the dog pee! And it smells clean and fresh. I can lay on the carpet with my 10mo old baby without a worry in the world knowing my carpet is cleaner than its ever been. Thanks so much Naples rug spa! We basically live our lives on our living room area rug. Needless to say, it needed to be cleaned, but I wasn’t optimistic on how clean it could get or if the stains from kids could be removed. Naples rug spa proved me wrong. Our rug is not only cleaner than it’s EVER been, but it’s soft and stain free. We highly recommend Naples Rug Spa! We have a very difficult to clean off white rug from Restoration Hardware that is mostly made of viscose which had yellow staining on it. Naples Rug Spa picked up the rug, treated the stains and cleaned the rug beautifully. Will and Mike delivered the rug and put it in place and moved all of the furniture back into the correct spot for us, with patience, kindness and precision. They were extremely careful with the rug and our furniture...and the rug looks amazing! We will definitely continue to use Naples Rug Spa for all of our rug cleaning. Excellent customer service!

This company was great. The schedule was reasonable, pick up and delivery as promised. Thought the price was very reasonable. The rug was an oriental and came back beautifully cleaned and packaged for transport to a home in NC. Would definitely use Naples Rug Spa again.

I recently used the Naples Rug Spa to clean 5 rugs; two were orientals; one was a large loop shag . They did an exceptional job; these rugs looked like they were brand new. The orientals fringe was perfectly cleaned. I highly recommend them.

Timely service, apparently fine work and fair pricing

This company was EXTREMELY helpful with cleaning my 2 living room rugs. I thought they were a lost cause until I brought them to Naples Rug Spa and I have never seen anything like it before! They take their jobs very seriously and I love doing business with professionals.

I am amazed at the beautiful job Naples Rug Spa did on our twenty-year-old, badly stained rugs! They even got the stains out that went through to the backing - except for the wear of two decades, the rugs look like new. Everyone I dealt with, from Michelle to the drivers, was friendly and courteous. We paid the small extra for pick up and delivery ($55 for south Fort Myers) and it was well worth it. The drivers were prompt, patient, and upon delivery the young men asked where I wanted the rugs and rolled them out for me. They are soft again and smell lovely! I am not only very satisfied with Naples Rug Spa, I am extremely happy I found them!
