We have been using Always Cleaning for several months and have been completely satisfied. The gals who come to our home are courteous and kind and efficient. If we had any comments on our expectations, we spoke to Rob and he communicated it clearly and the next time they cleaned everything was done perfectly. On time, efficient, pleasant. . .a pleasure to have in our home. DD.

I reached out to Always Cleaning to alleviate the day-to-day stress of a career and family life. Unfortunately, I found that this did quite the opposite. Despite requesting a specific woman whom I was very pleased with, a different cleaner(s) was sent to my home each time. I communicated with Rob the times I was displeased with the quality of cleaning to no avail. The breaking point was when I spent the day after their visit cleaning up after them (and was charged for what was to be a free cleaning -- maybe that is why they decided they would skip an entire bathroom). When attempting to contact Rob, he ADMITTED that chose to ignore my message along with subsequent attempts to contact him. I apologized that the business relationship had to end this way only to be hung up on. I would advise against using Always Cleaning but do have a wonderful recommendation of another company, if needed!
