Im so grateful for how the team at New Image Detailing handled my 2021 F150 Platinum. I got a full ceramic coating along with paint protection film on the front of the truck. They did such a marvelous film installation that I cant even tell its there. The ceramic coating is game changing, the pollen finally doesnt stick to my truck anymore. Rocco is awesome. Very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. His team was very trusting and upfront about how the job was going the wholetime. Worth every dime!

I First met the owner on site and came to an agreement on price. A real genuine fella. Called in a couple of days to make an appointment and was told I could not without paying upfront. Drove back and met the owner who told me he hired a new outfit to help run his business better. ( always be concerned when her owner tells you that. )So, negotiated that payment with his new financial guru name Jeff who took the money and sent me a receipt. A day after I got the receipt and before my appointment week ever was close I totaled my car on I-4. I called back infored them and was told it would be at least two weeks to get the refund. I have no idea why it would take two weeks but I said OK. Four weeks later I call and can’t get an answer just recordings left. I dispute it through my credit card Citibank and after four months Citibank says the vendor says he has a no cancellation policy. Of course there’s nothing in writing that I agreed to and nothing on the receipt that says such. I drove over here today only find that they moved out of the building with no forwarding information. Do not deal with these people. It’s Hill the owner gets rid of this secondary company who is helping him run his business, I would not do business with them.-Mark

It always gives me a bit of hope when a company actually goes above and beyond the call of duty and provides excellent customer service. The owner is very professional and has a passion for what he does, always conscientious about the quality of his work. Rocco did an excellent job in my car. Exceeded my expectations with quality and timely service. I highly recommend new image for anyone who wants to preserve the value of your vehicle, stays shiny at all times. This multilayered coating ceramic pro really works.

Dropped off our car for a few hours for $150 detailing so we were quite surprised when picking it up that it was not very clean at all. No different than running it through a car wash and doing a quick vacuum. We wont be back.

Wow. Absolutely incredible job. I had previously paid another detailer for paint correction without any luck. Rocco fixed our paint back to brand new condition and the interior looks and smells brand new. The Ceramic Pro product he applied will protect and maintain that for life!
