Everytime I go here, I am reminded why being a monthly member is beyond worth it.From the friendly staff, to the beautiful shimmer your car will have after its done. Even my 2008 looks brand new everytime! Auto Spa knows how to provide a car wash experience. Highly recommend either of their 2 Naples locations.

This place is nothing short of fantastic. My wife has a 2020, bright red Mustang convertible. We opted for a complete detail cleaning and topped it off with a ceramic coating. Beautiful falls short of describing the quality. I’ve never seen a red like her car. WOW seems fitting. It was Lon who recommended this. His knowledge was as superior as the work they did. Hats off to Alex, as well. That man has a detailing gift. We will be back and I fully endorse Auto Spa as the place to go. You will be thrilled.

I ordered a $27.00 car wash plus the $9.99 to wipe down dash and doors. The sale guys said, the stuff they use to wipe the doors and dash down is not shiny or sticky. Come to find out it’s just a simple liquid of some sorts they spray on a rag then wipe over your dash and doors. After they were done, it looked like they just half dusted my dash with smears on my navigation monitor. Trash is still in my dash cubby! I went back to the sales guy and said “there is nothing on the dash and doors, it just looks dry! Of course it’s not shiny or sticky because it’s basically nothing for 10 bucks! And to boot, the tire dressing was meagerly applied to the point I had to ask if any was applied. They got me on this one. I will not use this place again. It ...just... seems...like a big scam.

This past Christmas my father had requested a gift card to have his car compounded and waxed, he was experiencing some oxidizing on the hood of his car. I spoke with Lon, who was professional, kind, and patient as we went over our options. My father went to pick up the gift card ( I live in NJ, not FL) and he spoke to Phil in service who explained there was a paint issue with the actual car, and that the services we wanted, (several hundred dollars) would not actually give the results my father was looking to achieve. Both gentleman were so nice, and their time and honesty was greatly appreciated. My parents will definitely be back to enjoy other auto detailing services! Thanks Naples Auto Spa!!!

So I went to wash my car here. I paid for their highest package they got. The guy was trying to sell me everything on top of it, so he thought it was a great idea to charge me a sand fee... Yes, because I had a little bit of sand in my car, mind you I’m not using the car to carry sand around to make concrete, they charge me to clean it up. This is how my car looked AFTER it got cleaned, after with tip I paid over $50.

Had the carpet shampooed. The carpets look ok. (When I got home I noticed some minor spots not actually removed as the guy assured me they were.) Hard to tell when wet but this not even my beef.However they scraped the paint off my side mirror & the car “wash” left my car dirty that I could scrape off with my finger nails.Andres says well that kind of dirt requires clay detailing. You mean the dirt I was getting off w/ my finger nails? Give me a break.The manager says oh he knows what happened to my mirror.He walks away to check the cameras of how my mirror was scratched n now blemished w/ paint scraped off.Then another guy tells me they’ll put my car through the wash again n that their equipment never does damage to a car. What?!I said I don’t want another car wash so it can damage my vehicle anymore than it just did.Andres n Janine(super rude)gave their verdict: not their fault. Pre-existing condition. Funny how they came to this conclusion since there was no blemish before the car wash. They offered for me to see their video. Nope. I know what my car looked like before n after. I have eyes n I know my vehicle. Here’s the picture of the damage done by them but they completely deny.I’m absolutely livid.I would not recommend this car wash to anyone. Over priced. Customer Service no such thing.If you like car w/o blemishes take it somewhere else.BTW, This was the 2nd time I used them; the first time was because my dealership gave me a free car wash there. The guy who takes your order tried to upsell me a car wash. I said your prices are double of everyone here. You know what he said to me with a smug look on his face, “it’s Naples; we can charge whatever we want n Naples pays.”I see Janine, the rudest person on earth, replied with the video n how it was pre-existing. No it wasn’t. This was bought at a certified dealership n the car facts to prove nothing was done to the car including a paint job. Nope, Janine has no idea what customer service is n should not be facing customers at all.People go to other car washes. There out there n there much cheaper n much kinder.I let the dealership know too.

Awesome place to get the vehicle cleaned. Probably the best local car wash in Naples. The finished product was sparkling and clean throughout. Further...if youre a Veteran or active military...be sure to have your ID proff with you for an additional discount. My carpet in the car and the windows...in and out were spotless. Ive been in the one located on Pine Ridge and this one. They are both equally disappointing. I paid $64 for a good clean up in the inside and a little bit on the outside. They did a poor job on both areas. I will definitely not come back EVER again. Save your money and go somewhere else.

I have been going here since about 1999.I recently bought a new Cayenne.The people working there charged me $269.00For wash, wax and interior cleaning detail.They did an “OK” job but seemed very $ for an ok jobAnd I shouldn’t find smudges on the wheels, a couple little stains on the door or any food on the seat.This place is good if your worried about damaging your paint on a new car but Gabe me sticker shock.

They were not busy. Everyone standing around, going thru the motions. Streak and smeared windows, bugs still on front window. Manager sitting outside on phone !! He should have been checking to see if employees were doing there job.

Told us they had a special for Express wax it was $49 usually $70 but when I looked at theyre paper it said express wax for a car was only $50. Then the floors were still dirty and not vacuumed. There was still dirt on the fenders but they washed and waxed it supposedly... The inside wasnt wiped down there was still dirt inside on doors and jambs and the windows were still dirty.

Honestly they deserve 0 stars. We prepaid an exterior detail. Made the appointment for the service. Then when we go to pick our vehicle up the keys were no where to be found. Turns out one of the employees gave it to another customer. Unfortunately we didn’t have a spare. The vehicle had to stay over night until they reviewed their video surveillance in order to track the person down. They offered to make me a spear key the next day, all not nonchalant. The manager even states I’m not the only one this has happened to. Making it sound likes it was normal mistake.

Employees getting in and out of cars without masks...left after paying with incomplete service..felt uncomfortable letting them service my vehicle...

I am so disappointed with the management of Waterfall Auto Spa after damage was done to my grandmother’s car. I took the car in with her for a simple clean and vacuum. When we got back in the car the passenger front seat was shifted all the way forward and would not move back. The damage was clearly accidental as a flashlight had gotten stuck under the seat, but the seat had obviously been jammed past the point of return. The flashlight took me 10 minutes to kick back out and once I did the seat still could not move at all. The repair estimate is over $3000 and we had a very difficult time getting into contact with management to discuss this. Once contacted, they said they had a video showing the seat was not jammed, and claimed the seat could move backwards...despite it being all the way forward when we got in. If there is a video, then the damage was done after the car moved out of the wash where cameras are not located. While I understand this was an accident, someone should have been held accountable for the damage. There was no offer to discuss the matter in person nor an offer for us to review this “video evidence” ourselves. We are left with this final option: to post a review telling everyone what happened. I’m sorry this happened to my grandmother while I was with her, but I feel even more sorry that this will clearly continue to happen to customers of Waterfall Auto Spa.

My favorite car wash in Naples. This place does everything for you for a reasonable price. I don’t like going to the express washes where my car isn’t hand dried and I have to vacuum myself. Staff always takes care of me and my car. I recommend going with the Gold wash and extreme shine wax. They also have great greeting cards and a killer gift card special around the holidays. The convenience of their two locations is great for me between work and Home.

This place does a spotless job and they do that quickly and efficiently. I am a weekly customer and would recommend to anyone!

Simply the worst place to get your cash washed ... we visited the Pine Ridge location and were met with very aggressive up sales delivered in a very unprofessional manner ... we ended up leaving because the attendant was so combative ... we then visited the Tamiami location and were told by that attendant that we either purchase his up sales or they werent washing our car.... so again we left ... drove around the corner to a competitor and the car was washed hassle free with no pressure up sells or otherwise. These guys are horrible ... To the Owner comment below: if you read the review, we visited both locations with similar results which is why the review was used for both locations. ive edited to clarify...and obviously, if were able to have bad experiences with your staff... it wouldnt have transpired on a day you were closed. After going to Auto Spa for years, I will never go back. The staff at the desk are great but rude guy in the back. I called like I always do to get an overpriced hand wash for my dually, the guy at the desk told me to go and when I get there, they rudely tell me they can’t take me cause I didn’t make an appointment. If they were in season I would understand. Anyone with a large truck try Radio Road car wash. You won’t be disappointed.

Said I wanted the inside vacuumed and outside wash, guy hands me a receipt for the platinum 40 dollar wash! Assume much? Not a fan. I usually use Naples car wash. Its cheaper and they dont automatically assume they can take you for 40. Will not return.

Paid for a $25 gold wash and stood outside to watch them as they were busy. They only washed the inside of the windshield. I asked at checkout and the manager came up and proceeded to argue with me and say they washed all the windows inside. I will never go here to Auto Spa on Tamiami again. Basically calling me a liar and charging high prices for services not actually provided. Beware people. There are many other car washes in Naples that dont cheat the customer.July 30 Reply - Thanks for offering to fix the situation with me. I am not looking for any offer. I would simply prefer you train your personnel to do a better job of earning what you charge for.

Not quite what I expected... The man that I spoke to on what I wanted done didnt really listen. Though my car looked a little cleaner inside it was not what I wanted. I wanted my interior cleaned my seats cleaned and I didnt get that. Then they had to put my car through a second time because it wasnt done right. I was very dissapointed. I am a paying customer and I expect to get what I am paying for.

I returned from a long car trip with a dirty car - inside and out. The good news is the car is very clean. The bad news is it cost me $394.00 including a $20 tip. The people who cleaned my car did a very good job, however the charge is very exhorbitant. Worse, the person who wrote up my service was rude and aggressive - trying very hard to upsell me additional services I felt I didnt want or need. I wish I had shopped around. I know my vehicle was dirty (its a small SUV), not a giant one, and Im pretty sure I could have found a good car/detailing/spa for less. And, without the hard sell techniques that were tried on me. I will not be back.

Waterfalls Auto Spa is a place that provides careful attention to cleaning and detailing your car. Drivers exit their vehicle and wait in a pleasant waiting area while detailers finish the cleaning process. Cost is on the expensive side, but the work is good. Good place to purchase small auto accessories and greeting cards while waiting.

DO NOT take your car here!!! Sure, sometimes you will get lucky and it will be more or less cleaned, but if ANYTHING whatsoever happens their management will totally deny responsibility, even though they clearly were at fault--and then refuse to consider even modest consideration for the damage caused by their employees incompetence. Pick somewhere else.

Terrible, terrible car wash. I drive a 2008 Mint Condition Lincoln Navigator. I visited family in Naples, FL from Detroit and was suggested this car wash. My Lincoln came through and later I noticed that the Hitch Cover was no longer on the vehicle. I went back and they had it in a basket and told me that they are not responsible for the damage. It had been crushed by another car that had banged into it. I confronted the Manager who became argumentative and kept saying that they are not responsible for damage. They are responsible. 100% responsible. I asked what they would do to compensate me and they offered me a free wash!! I said what???!!! So that you can damage the vehicle again!!!!????. I then told him that I would report them to the Better Business Bureau and give them a terrible rating on Yelp and other sites. Avoid this car wash like the Plague!! Detroit, Michigan

Visited on 7/30 in the afternoon. Sales person rushed me through his sales speech and told me that he had to get to another customer. Totally cut me off from speaking and asking questions. Before I paid the bill, the front desk guy asked if I wanted to leave a tip - before they even washed my car?! I wanted to make sure they did a good job cleaning my wheels and asked the front desk guy if they can do this. The guy didnt have an intelligent answer and just threw up his arms and said, I dont know. When I saw my car finished, I noticed my small antenna was broken. No owner or manager has called me back yet. Based on the type of people they hire Im guessing the owner is a winner as well.

I took my Mercedes-Benz in to have it washed. I left it with an employee to be washed and then another employee driving someone elses Mercedes-Benz hit the my car and damaged the door. They said dont call the police or get a lawyer, because they would take care of it. So, I went and got 2 estimates1. Mercedes was $2600.002. Carsmetics was $ 500.00. I gave them the $ 500.00 estimate and they said they could do it cheaper and would not agree to pay the $500.That is how they honored their promise to take care of it. You cant trust these people to take proper care of your car nor to properly repair when they negligently damage. There wont be a next time, because I wont trust with my car with them ever again.

I think the reviews are right and the 5 stars are put here by people at the car wash, not real customers. Its close to my home, so I give in and get the car done. But there are other much better car washes in town. Choose them over Waterfalls.It rained while my car was being washed, but unfortunately they have a limited rain policy, June thru Sept. Take your business elsewhere and hope the owners here start reading the reviews and turn things around. I wish them the best.Also, there was an employee here who kept complaining loudly at the front desk how George had left this and that all over and not taken care of bills, paperwork, etc. Unprofessional.

I paid 43.00 for the platinum wash. When I get the car back ( within 20 minutes thats about 2.15 a minute). had to call the guy back my glove compartment door was still dirty and they did not bother cleaning the bottom of the door area ( next to the rugs) you would think that 40.00 would get me a bit more detail . A friend had already told me that you were not so good but I thought I would give you a try any way. Should have listened to my friend.

He was busy slave driving his employees and didnt have time for me. They are rude and treat you like just money customer there. The car wash was horrible, they try and Upsale you on everything and they have a sign by the inside door around the back of the business that states they aernt responsible for theft basically in your vehicle and to remove valuable items. That sign is only visible after you exit your vehicle and continue inside.So you may want to ask yourself,,,,with a sign like that how trusting is this place. I dont even want to rate it 1 star but cnt rate anything lower
