Neapolitan Car Wash did and has done AGAIN such an exceptional job on Detailing my car. I moved from DC to Naples in May last year and got a Blue Nissan interior detailed. The entire staff and management was very professional and the results were astonishing. Interior looked as if I purchased a new car! I went back today and got my Hyundai Azera fully detailed and the car looks brand new! I apologize I could not be there in person but I cant thank you all enough for your help and the quality and care the staff invests in detailing a car! The work speaks for itself and HIGHLY recommend anyone in the area to give them a call. Neopolitan car wash is the best car wash in Naples. On one occasion the car was not cleaned very well and I told Cecilia a very attentive girl who offered to clean it again at no cost. The customer service that Cecilia offered was excellent from the first moment. I really appreciate that she took the time to listen to me and fix what happened. The day I took the car to wash it again, she was the first person I met literally when I arrived at the place and once again she was very kind and professional in every sense of the word. They do a pretty decent job of cleaning car inside and out for around twenty bucks. The price is a little high, and the wait can be a little long, but it is probably one of the best places to get your car washed.

This is the best car wash in town! All professional stuff with knowledge. Carter is my best guy without doubt! He is funny, friendly and helpful. Detail department employees average in the business 15 years so they know what they are doing. Most important with a reasonable price! For a $299 detail job I was hoping more attention to detail for the interior. Had little chunks of wax on the leather seats here and there. Overall its much better than how my car was brought in (to be honest I dont think my car was out-of-ordinary-dirty to begin with) but did not meet my expectation. Missing quite a few spots on the seat and some corners on the center console. The leather seats should had been scrubbed yet the front passenger seat doesnt show the result of what Im hoping for. I end up buffing and cleaning myself after returning home. Exterior wise, since Im no expert it feels that they did a pretty good job though.

Great price for a really good automatic car wash

We recently had our new Tesla Model Y ceramic coated and are extremely pleased by the professionalism of the person we dealt with, CARTER ....but also by the results ....the shiny looks, the toughness of the coat finish and the ease with dealing with them. We highly recommend their sevices.

I had my brand new Model 3 Tesla brought in for a ceramic coating and was hesitant about my decision, but after picking up the car, I cant tell you how impressed I am about the results. I merely have to wipe or dust off the car and every bug smear, dust or other particles simply glide off.Special kudos to Carter, who was an avid enthusiast of the procedure and gave me confidence that I would be satisfied. I had a small paint chip that will be repaired and Carter assured me that they will recoat that portion when the repair is finished. I will hold off on five stars to see if that happens.

Not a good car wash. Just got it out and took this picture right after leaving. I’ve been to places slightly cheaper where they do a better job. The first time this happen and I thought maybe it was just that day but this was my second (and last time) here unfortunately.I didn’t get the cheapest but didn’t get the most expensive. Maybe getting the most expensive one would help?

The worse car wash I ever seen. After the wash, I found several unwashed spots on my car. When I was trying to show them to the ASSISTANT MANAGER, he began arguing, demonstrated very arrogant behavior. After all, the car was rewashed. Due to bad organisation and lack of staff, the cars are sitting for more than 20 minutes under sun, so they getting dry without wiping. The water traces can be found on cars body everywhere. The quality is poor, but price is higher than average in the town. Also, I spent 45 minutes for exterior wash only. Definitely not recommend this place.

Time at Neapolitan was good, but since they seldom open the doors and dry those hidden surfaces, I go to the Costco lot and finish the job. There I discovered that the roof is going to need to be hand washed to get it clean. I dont know why the carwash did not clean the roof.

They do a great exterior wash. We recently had gotten the Full Detail on our car and I was disappointed they didnt do the engine. Usually with a Full Detail that costs over $200 you would get a n engine spray at the least. So I would just recommend a wash only.

“Rain Sense” wipers had been turned OFF prior to wash, yet wipers were ON as car went thru the tunnel causing new wiper blade to dislodge. Management took zero responsibility and took no interest. Customer beware!

They have a quality inspector who makes sure your vehicle is cleaned well. When I needed a refund for something I had purchased as a gift but the recipient did not need it, they cheerfully and immediately gave the refund.

The slowest car wash I have ever been to. I waited 45 minutes and it was only moderately busy. Decent wash and interior cleaning. I would only return during off hours.

Had my eight year old vehicle detailed and it looks like new again. Especially happy with the headlights that were buffed out eliminating the cloudiness that had started to accumulate. Completed the job on time and as promised.

Stellar detail helped win wonderful trophy

I started going to this car wash because I got tired of the constant up selling from other car washes and will continue to go there because of the way they treat my dog (yes, you read that right, the way they treat my dog). The guy who takes your order even brought his own dog treats to give to my dog. May not sound like much, but it makes for a much better experience than what I came to expect from other car washes.

Always pleased with my car washes but recently was persuaded to clean my floor mats; hesitantly I agreedbest decision I made...they look new. The process they use is far superior to other car washes where the mats come out minimally better than before the process.

Neapolitan car wash is an excellent business. I have had three washes thus far and have been extremely pleased with their aggressive attention to detail. I would highly recommend a package purchase be made to ensure your rate per wash is the lowest amount possible. I purchased 10 supreme washes on Small Business Saturday (saved 10%), and paid roughly $13 per wash. If you purchase a supreme on an individual basis, youre going to pay about $28. While Neapolitan has cheaper wash services, Im extremely happy with deciding on the supreme. Your car is essentially detailed when its complete.On two occasions, my request to have the trunk vacuumed was not completed. Due to the amount of dirt and grass that was in my trunk, I had to turn around after leaving the parking lot to remind the wash crew of my original request. Although very unfortunate and inconvenient, I am still providing a 5-star review due to the amazing service and friendliness of the manager, Rudy. Rudy has a laser type focus on the business, and his innate ability to provide friendly customer service is extremely impressive. I am letting this review serve as a point of communication on the forgetfulness factor, while applauding the perfect wash jobs and utterly impressive level of service provided by the inside cashier crew. If you are ever unsatisfied with your wash job, let Rudy know, and he will take care of you.One example of Rudys awesomeness was the action he took when lemon car freshener that comes complimentary with a supreme wash was out of stock. Rather than suggest another scent, he upgraded me to a rear view mirror tree freshener at no cost. Rudy is totally in tune with his customers, and this gesture, along with the excellent wash jobs, will keep me a loyal customer.

On 10/02/2015, around 4:15pm, I arrived at Neapolitan Car Wash for an exterior wash of my Mercedes-Benz. As I had no more than 2 weeks prior, I again brought a printed competitor coupon for Calypso Car Wash (50% off any car wash), which is also local to the area. Unlike the time previously, the cashier (different than the first time), Ashley, stated that they do not honor coupons like this, and that they could give me, like $4 off. I proceeded to tell her of their previous acceptance of the same coupon and made her aware of the policy on their website which states in their FAQ:5. Do you accept competitors coupons? Yes, just bring their coupon and we will give you the equivalent discount. Only one coupon per wash or detail.She refused to honor the coupon. I asked for a manager who was nearby, named Ryan, who agreed with the $4 policy and refused to accept my coupon. He then proceeded to run out to my car, move it to a different section of the facility, and impound it until I agreed to pay their price. They also issued a lifetime ban on my license plate.The policy on their own site clearly states they accept all competitors coupons. They further exemplify this when accepting the coupon on times prior. However, on this occasion, they completely disregarded all policies and precedents, and unlawfully impounded my vehicle.

My first time service was above expectation. Friendly greeting to guide me where to drive my car in. Fast, professional, excellent customer service from the whole staff. I am definitely coming back!

Had a triple shine wash. They didnt clean the dash board or inside of the doors. No tire shine, I have to go see the manager and instead he tried sell me a mini detailing job on a car that has less than three thousand (3000) miles. In my opinion they have a bad service and a disohnest manager.

I am so disappointed in the service I recieved. I paid $200 for their detail that included a clay bar and buff and I could have just thrown my money out the window! They had my car for more than 6½ hours and the first thing I noticed was a bug in my head light and bugs above the windshield. It didnt remove any of the minor scratches as the package stated. I will never use their services again and definitely wouldnt recommend them to anyone. I should have known better when 2 days prior I had my car washed there and they didnt remove the bugs from the front bumper till I showed them they were there and they almost broke my window wiper and tried to blame me.

The best car wash in town

We can send to love this place, that was before the new owners took over. They do not offer the deals the old owners did. The guy that runs the car wash part takes is as slow as the come. Cars are always backed up. The guys in the front do a good job, so kudos to them but it definitely is not what it used to be and seems like they don’t care because they get the business. Going through right now, we have the yearly membership but took 15 to get through the wash part.

The experience was not pleasant. I didnt know I had to make an appointment, so the gentleman outside told me to go in to make an appointment because they were booked for the day. I went in to make the appointment, I was the only one inside at the time, another customer came in while I was talking to the guy behind the counter as he was explaining everything to me, the another customer said that he was in a hurry, so the guy behind the counter told me that he had to help the other customer because he was in a hurry as he walked over to help the other customers, I realized my time and money was not valuable to him so I left and took my business elsewhere. Its not about race, but every ones time are valuable. They wanted to charge me $279 plus tax and I went to fort Myers Magic Hand Car Wash I paid $130.00 for the same service. Less expensive, excellent service. No appointment needed, they have at least 50 people working daily.

Its a pretty good full service car wash. I used to go here a lot years ago. I live farther north in Bonita Springs so I go to a different place I recommend this if you live nearby.

Horrible experience this morning. Had an 8am appointment for a classic detail ($199). After finally looking at my car at 8:30 the “sales” manager proceeded to tell me that my car didn’t qualify for that service and that i would need the rejuvenation detail ($329).Apparently me being the customer and my wants didn’t matter. He was very bother my resistance to the upsell attempt and i left. Won’t ever go back.
