An overnight water leak in our second bathroom caused flooding in that area. I called my insurer and they sent United Water Restoration to deal with the drying out process. In the beginning it appeared that we might have to remove tiles and dry wall to do a proper dry out. Over the course of a week + the tech Tyler Lee came every day to adjust the equipment and monitor the wetness levels. I believe his diligence, professionalism and work ethic saved me what could have been a multi thousand dollar repair bill. At this time there is no indication of the need for further repairs . We originally signed to have this company do our mold remediation. Then, the man stopped communication with us. In calling the business, was told he took time away. Called and shared not comfortable due to all of that and was told they would call me back....they never did. Then when insurance was finalized, they billed us for $5000 because the guy voluntarily put in machines for a couple of days, sharing he had to remove them because the engineer from insurance company was coming and they wouldnt like that I talked with a gentlemen about the bill which he said he would see if he can remove charge when tt VP. He never called back. Then the company started calling etc, to get us to pay. We finally did, but feel this was so unfair and unjustified. I will NEVER use the company or recommend them to any others we know here in FL.

I recently met one of the Naples technicians, Jeremy Rogers, while having lunch at The Mercato. I am a property manager in need of mold remediation for one of our properties. Chad was extremely professional and helpful to us on Sunday when our roof leaked into the walls on both sides of our house. He came out twice to set up equipment to dry out the walls, called every day, and explained the process to us carefully and thoroughly. His reassurance was comforting. He also took extra care to make sure other areas of our house were protected as well as bringing some boxes to help pack up our books. These folks are awesome. When my house was flooded, I didnt do any reviews but I simply wanted to get things resolved. I called United Water Restoration and they didnt disappoint me. I had a good feeling since the very first call I received from Rich. He clearly explained to me where he was coming from, his estimated ETA and how the work will proceed. He showed up on time and worked very hard. Sam, another tech, came to pick up the equipment a few days later. I was out of town, but I was told that he was friendly and engaging. People from the office sent documents on time and they listed how the process will proceed along with the expected time to complete the job. Both technicians were helpful in answering questions and they kept in touch. As I write the review, we are still waiting on the insurance company to give the green light to proceed with full restoration. I am sure my faith in this company will not be proved wrong and I feel strong about it intuitively. If you ever find yourselves in an unfortunate situation similar to mine, give these guys a chance and they will take care of you.

Everything went smoothly. Duane and Sam came to my home to evaluate the water damage. They were professional, and explained the process and answered all my questions.Sam came back in a couple of days to actually do the work. He explained exactly what he was going to do. Sam did a great job. He was very meticulous while working, and he cleaned up everything when he was done. He was polite and very careful not to scratch or damage anything while doing the job. Fortunately, the damage was minimal, and we just need to have some drywall replaced. Sam and Duane were honest with me, and I didnt ever feel that they were trying to take advantage of me. I would recommend this company.

Have used them several times now on homes I maintain for my clients. They are reliable, efficient, HONEST and priced fairly. They do not operate on kickbacks which is a breath of fresh air. Having a female owner company its hard to compete with the old boys club, and my Contact Kaylee has been fantastic. I can rely on her and her team. We had some water damage due to faulty plumbing and we called at 7:30 at night and a technician (Sean) was here within an hour. He spent a few hours lifting floor boards.Then after a few days, within 72 hours, we got a phone call that we had to use that company to rebuild and fix the damage and if we didnt, we would be charged 30%. We were not told this by the technician. the representative we spoke to had to talk to her manager to ensure we were within the 72 hours of canceling their contract and we never heard about it again.The company negotiated with our insurance company and the fees to turned out to be fine and paid for. However when we received the invoice there were several items on there that was done completed or received. For example, it stated we received 4 dehumidifiers and 4 fans for 4 days however that was not true. We received 2 of each and we had to call several times for them to come and pick them up. It seems that they wanted them to stay here longer so they can bill the insurance company more.It seems that this company is all about making money and getting as much from insurance companies as possible. I would not recommend this company.

My wife, Mary, and I would like to highly commend the service we received from Frank Baker, technician with United Water Restoration. He responded in a timely manner, to our problem of water leaking from a hot water heater by carefully lifting tiles, locating the presence of water, and setting up a large dehumidifier to dry the area. Three days later he returned to check that all was dry and to remove the dehumidifier. He was also kind enough to expertly cut and replace some new tiles where the old ones had to be removed. Due to a leak in the sewer line above the ceiling our plumber recommended United Water Restoration for cleanup and removal of wet and damaged drywall material. In a less than desirable situation this company was very thorough and knowledgeable and most importantly was easy to get a hold of. The customer service was as good as it gets. Sean went out of his way many times to make sure we were happy.

Had significant water and molding damage in one whole side of the house. United Water took care of the whole deal. Worked quickly and thoroughly and kept us informed every step of the way, especially the remediation guys who had to remove walls in three rooms and carpeting. Duane initially came to our water-damaged condo. We spotted a water leak from our upstairs neighbor’s unit late Wednesday night and called United Water Thursday morning. These guys came through and went above and beyond my expectations. Another company (Aztec Plumbing) came out to fix my shower and did a terrible job. We went out, and came back to a flooded home. My mom had a water pipe bust in her house a couple weeks ago and it flooded the bathroom all the way down into the hall and the other bedrooms. These where the first guys I called. We had a leak down from an upstairs bathroom, which had apparently gone unnoticed for some time. Our plumber recommended United Water Restoration to determine how much of a mold problem we had and to provide treatment. We were afraid of being taken, of being told we had a bigger problem than we did but unable to tell ourselves. United Water Restoration determined we did not have any mold problem and they merely dried out the area. Very appreciated. Our Technician, Richard Calixte, was very pleasant and helpful.

I discovered flooding in my tiny cottage, late the night before Easter. i called United the next day and Richard Calixte arrived within an hour of my call (on EASTER SUNDAY!) Anyway, i am very pleased with the service ive received over the past 3-1/2 weeks. Richard was very professional, polite, and clear in his explanations of what was taking place in the remediation process. I met multiple times with Ben the operations manager, duane the supervisor, and richard and jeremy and another helper. All were good to work with. i definitely recommend this company!

We had a pipe break within our walls at our Condo, flooding parts of 3 bedrooms and a bathroom. Without their assistance in dealing with this individual, I would have been very concerned about getting fair compensation from ASI. As a result of this encounter, I was assigned a new representative who was very cordial, understanding and responsive to getting our claim reimbursed appropriately.I cannot stress enough the value your team delivered to us in this difficult situation.
