First insurance claim I ever filed. Upstairs neighbor stepped on sprinkler main and snapped it. you could only imagine. Just finished complete renovation last year. To say I was beside myself is an understatement.Before the fire department even left FP was here. They started the cleanup IMMEDIATELY. That night they checked in on their own and gave me the name of the project manager who called me same night.Early the next day they had people all over my home. Fans were put everywhere and they helped me move all my furniture into the back rooms that were unaffected. Never once did they utter the words we cant do that. From that moment on, for anything and everything they wanted to do to make the cleanup move along, they called me to be sure all was good and did I need anything. Had the place dry within 5 days.Never want to go through this again, but if it did happen, FP would be my first call.Just tremendous service and people.

FP is a diamond in the rough when it comes to mold remediation in Southwest Florida. They are extremely timely, professional, and clean. I work for a mold testing company that has the privilege of having FP Property Restoration as one of our customers. We love working with them; out of all the restoration companies I have dealt with FP is the only one that will make things right with their customers EVERY TIME. I cant tell you how many botched remediation jobs I have seen from various companies because they do not have a thorough plan, correct licenses, correctly trained employees, or the correct equipment. FP has ALL OF THAT, and they do their due diligence on jobs to verify everything is done thoroughly and completely. They are the only remediation company I would use personally, it seems that they are the only one focused on the quality of jobs rather than quantity. I cant recommend them enough.
