Terrible service!!! They were rude on the phone and told us they would be there when we arrived but they shut off the fuel pumps before they even closed. They do not care about their customers, we even offered to tip for something as simple as fueling a jet ski and they still denied us service.

We enjoyed our kayak rentals and even saw some dolphins.

Get a boat from here more than once a year. They make the process super easy great for running around for the day!

Our family rented a pontoon for the first time from Park Shore Marina in July 17, and we had an amazing time. The staff was incredibly professional and helpful, the boat was clean and comfy, and we had a wonderful time! I definitely recommend Park Shore for your next boat rental!

In Season this is a very busy boat rental business. They also have docks for boat owners on Venetian Bay to come to the Venetian Market or shopping and dining. Lots of pontoon boats and others coming and going. Easy parking and friendly staff.

I would HIGHLY recommend Park Shore Marina to both locals and tourists who are interested in taking a boat out for a full or half day. We rented a pontoon boat this week to show our out-of-town family the views of Naples from the water. It was such a wonderful experience! The boats were pristine, and all of the gentlemen who were working were extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. You could tell that they truly wanted to make sure everything was perfect for us! Thank you, Park Shore Marina, for a day our whole family enjoyed!

Great experience. We rented a large pontoon for the family that ran beautifully and was in new condition. Everyone at the marina was extremely helpful and told us exactly where to go to see all we wanted. to do. I thought the price was very reasonable.

Just got off the phone with Mark booking a pontoon, as we have done many times. He could not have been nicer, more accommodating or friendly and their boats are always clean and ready to go. Hopefully the staff others are complaining about are using their skills elsewhere, because this is a great company to work with for a day on the water. I highly recommend Park Shore Marina and Boat Rentals.

Have rented from Park Shore Marina many times over the last five years. Boats are highly maintained and very clean. Staff knows a lot about each boat and can give good advice regarding weather, tides, and local conditions - to novice and seasoned boaters, alike.They have convenience items like granola bars, sodas, beer, ice, and bait shrimp, in case you forget to pack something.

Friendly and flexible guys at this boat rental. They provided a great idea to take a family with small kids to te beach

I have read horrible review after horrible review about the character and rudeness of the staff or owner or whomever is working. I cant agree more. The degree of rudeness was unbelievable. Do not rent from this place if possible. I never write reviews but people need to be aware of how a business handles their clients. I have to give them one star to post so I will. Go to Port -O-Call if you are looking for a boat.

These Guys are the best, Fair pricing, Boats in like new condition, they have a GPS tracing system so they always know right where you are and even call you if they see a weather change. This was my 4th time renting from them.

These people were RUDE!! Nightmare Staff, even my 9 year old commented on their behavior. Booked 2hrs they demanded we come back at 1 1/2. There is a reason its cheap, their service is appalling. Embarrassed we took out of town guests there.

We can watch the activity of these guys from our balcony... 2 or three boats are in the harbor and they say “were booked”. Every time you call very rude, short, not helpful. We even tried walking up and asking about availability... they said “come back in 2 weeks”. Boats look okay but you can tell service is that of a hired hand... only cares about getting home for his TV dinner.

HORRIBLE - THE OWNER OF THE FACILITY WAS SO RUDE. HE THREW INSULTS AND RUDE COMMENTS, RIGHT IN FRONT OF MY 80 YEAR OLD IN-LAWS. DEFINITELY RENT SOMEWHERE ELSE. THE OWNER COULD CARE LESS ABOUT HIS CLIENTS.

We went to book, it was registered without problem but the next day, the day of the rental, an old gentleman made us understand that we had to have an American cell phone so that he could contact us while I could call but he seemed to have problems with strangers ... to avoid unless you are Americans ☺
