I spoke with Aaron the day that I booked online and he helped answer questions for me about if I would be able to see dolphins on the tour. There were 3 different time slots available to book online, although he verbally told me I should book the 5pm because the 3pm was booked on his end. I went and booked the 5pm and was really excited. Fast forward to the morning of my trip they cancelled my trip before talking to me saying that there wont be any trips going out at 5 and they werent comfortable adding us to the earlier trip. I was never previously told that we cannot go if more people did not book otherwise I would have invited the other people in my party. This completely ruined my trip to Naples because I was really looking forward to this tour and it was too late to book anything else since it was day of. I wasnt given the option to come another day or invite others to meet the requirement, just cancelled. And at this point I have not received my refund yet, so I am not happy.
