I have enjoyed going to Tony in the past; the work was done and my car was always repaired. Qualitatively, I’m not in a position to evaluate mechanical excellence or the lack thereof. My latest experience was trying to get a tire patched and mounted. Sadly, they got the tire at 9:15 AM yesterday, with the commitment to call when the tire was repaired and ready to be mounted. I called at 12:30 PM, nothing yet. I called at 3:30 PM, nothing yet. In fact I never heard a thing, never once the courtesy of a call or progress. I took the car tire this morning, the next day, from exactly where I had left it the day before. It is presently being repaired. Non-existent customer service, very disappointed, so much of that I’m writing this.

Replaced an oxygen sensor on vehicle and still had check engine and throttle control light on. Took vehicle to voigts they cleared codes and told me I needed a new throttle body. Wanted to charge me over 600.00 dollars to replace. Outrageous to say the least. Took vehicle after paying 150.00 dollars to basically clear the codes. Leaving the lot the check engine light came back on. The sensor I originally replaced eventually cured the problem. Living in Naples means your are vulnerable to shops like this. Good, reasonably automotive shops in Florida are as rare as a Bigfoot sighting.

I took my truck into Voigts to clean up another mechanics mess, it was a pain for them I know it and no fun to say the least. Tony was incredibly nice every time I came in as well as the the lady at the desk! He had a full parking lot and within a day he got to my specific issue. Very pleased with the price (which was about $350 cheaper than one of his competitors) and they were very quick! Thanks again!

At this point Im very pleased. I went in for brakes and was told I didnt need them. Considering my Ford Explorer has 95,000 miles thats simply amazing. Im about to set a worlds record for Ford brakes.Since I didnt need brakes I opted to catch up on my routine maintenance. I got all new spark plugs and spark plug wires. I also had the brake fluid and coolant replaced. The total bill was $516. Thats more than reasonable.The car was done on time, the people were nice and they gave me a free donut. What more could a customer ask for?

DO NOT GO THERE. Service is horrendous and they will leave your car more broken than before. It is a very unprofessional place and I am surprised it is opened. The owner has no consideration for others, is rude and disrespectful.

Tony installed an new engine in my jeep that is supposed to have a 6 Month Warranty. I paid him over $3500 and my jeep still cannot be driven on the highway. He installed a new brake switch and my taillights would not turn off. I had to unhook my battery to turn off the taillights. He rushed me out of his shop and was very unprofessional. I do not recommend his shop and will never go back there again. My jeep still has an idling problem and will lose power whenever you accelerate. Tony installed a faulty engine incorrectly and tried to blame it on my transmission. I brought the Jeep to two different transmission shops and they both told me my jeep had an engine problem. Tony’s “Warranty” at Voigts Auto Center is a joke and he does not honor it. Worst mechanic EVER.

We are new Naples and we needed to have our Jeep serviced. We called and spoke directly to the owner who suggested we drop off our vehicle and he would check it over. Just took the truck in for a power window regulator, oil change, and freon for the AC. They were professional, quick, and fair. I have taken all 3 of our cars there for the past few years and have never been given a reason to take them elsewhere. The mechanics are honest (I know what Im talking about when it comes to cars) and will tell you what you need now, what is good, and what you might think about fixing in the next few months or miles. I would send anyone here for good, reliable, honest auto service.

After checking with several local shops to set an appointment and get a price on an oil change, I called Voigts and I am glad I did. They hooked me up with a great price on full synthetic oil for my Jeep Grand Cherokee. When I showed up they got right to work, their customer waiting area is very comfortable with a TV and plenty of magazines to read. I will definitly be back with my vehicles when they need work done. Charge me over 8 hundred dollars for leaky hose. It was towed in toVoigtd and I told them I all my anti freeze . When fixed I drove it to Port Charlotte and did it again . I call Voigts and thatmy car had lost all my anti freeze again owner went vacation of course to Europe on my, 8 hundred dollars . mechanic calls and said it needs more!!!!! I filled it up with anti freeze and 12 more dollars and did it. Again . I had two mechanics look at it and it need was front hose and a radiator. I bought radiator and hose for 1hundred and 7 dollars and thats all it need!!!!

Happy days are here again…when you find a home for car repair.After taking my car to other places and being double gouged, I can report that this place is gold. I stopped by on a Saturday 04/11/2015 around noon because my car was over heating, The owner told me that they were closed and did not even bother to come out and take a look at the car. At the time, it was not even 1:30 pm yet and the shop did not have any other customer, the closing time posted on the door is 2:00 pm. When I asked him about the inconsistency, the owner told me that they can close whenever they felt like it and even had the audacity to tell me that he wished my car burned up! Voigts Service Center is definitely not the auto repair shop that gives a damn at all about customer or even have any integrity to be in auto repair business. Stay away..

Ive been going to this center for 20 years and have NEVER had a bad experience. Tony has talked me out of more repairs than he has completed. Now, as a single senior, I rely on his judgment about what repairs my vehicle NEEDS versus when I worry it might need. Prior to moving here, I was involved with my spouse (now deceased) in the used car business, including the wholesale side. I learned there to be very skeptical about people who work in car repairs; Tony Sr. and Jr. have allowed me believe again that there are still some honest folks around.
