All the staff at Modern Services were very helpful with a new HVAC system for our condo! Jairo and Jose were skilled and knowledgeable with HVAC systems and very pleasant installers. Appreciate Tim & Todd answering all the questions we had about installation. Pricing was very fair! Recommend Modern and will use them in the future.

Dwayne and Jose replaced my entire air conditioning units today. They arrived on time and were very courteous. The day went exactly as I was told it would. After installation Dwayne took me to the units and explained each unit in detail and handed me all of the needed material. These two men were very professional and I believe a real asset to the company, Modern Services.

Four months after they installed a $7100 air conditioning unit in my 1200 square foot condo - which I will admit was my fault as I did not do my research and over paid initially, - I called them because my AC stopped working and I was told it may be a clogged drain. I called Modern Mechanical, as I had a year warranty, to come check it out. They told me that since the first maintenance was scheduled for six months and I was then at the five month mark that I would have to pay another astronomical amount for them to simply diagnose the problem that arose just months after the initial installation. I feel like I was very much taken advantage of and would not recommend this company as they are dishonest and do not fulfill their promises to customers.

The technician who came first to do this job was out of his depth. Raul was the exact opposite and was very experienced and professional and finished the job giving us some very valuable advice at the same time. He restored our faith in Modern Services.

I met Rob Ring at a trade show in 2009.I had some questions regarding a new system and he patiently explained the efficiency of the new systems and SEER ratings.I had Modern install a new system in 2010. I was extremely satisfied with the entire installation team and Rob.I have referred Rob to many of my clients and they all say the same thing he is a pleasure to work with, very honest and dependable. Not a hard sell, a sincere sell.I highly recommend Rob Ring !!!

Tyler was so nice and professional. We recently bought the house and inherited our service contract with Anderson. Tyler took the time to explain our unit and its features as well as to write down important information that we need to know on our receipt. We are very pleased.

Tyler is always courteous, cleanly, and efficient as well as being on time. He reviews with me what he checked and what the outcome was as well discusses any changes we need to make or things that will be coming up that will need to be taken care of.

Today I had my semi-annual tune-up done by Chris J.. Besides being very personable,Chris was very professional. I appreciated the time Chris took to inform me of the steps he was doing to ensure that my air conditioner and heating systems were working well. He also gave me a better understanding of what the humidistat does and what settings to keep it on - while home and away. All the people I deal with at Modern Services always provide great customer service. This is very important to me.

Poor experience. We have a costly ($774) annual repair contract for a condo. Recently, we had a leak in the kitchen sink. The repairman came, but could not fix the problem, because he did not have the right parts. Ten days later, the sink is still not fixed, mainly because of a screw up on the part of dispatch who ordered the wrong parts. Still waiting to get the sink pipes fixed.

Modern Service installed our A/C approx. one year ago. This has been nothing but, a pleasant experience. Since our install I have referred them to My family members and neighbors. I want to add I am in the Plumbing and heating business in Boston. I am impressed totally with their service. We just had John Z. our for a minor issue and could not believe how thorough He was in his service call. Above and beyond.

After difficulties from a routine maintenance done on our system, difficulties began in cooling during the 4th of July week. A total of 3 follow up visit were made including the final fix on the 4th. Best effort and great follow up were made by all & as of today the 5th it appears as if Danny solved the problem.

These 2 men, Zach and Phil did a superb job of solving our plumbing problems!

Todd McCollum is a great ad for Anderson home services as well as a representative for the Elliot-Lewis Corporation. He is in the same mold as Les a former technician who was also a great booster for Anderson. This is the end of my story about Modern Services that didnt get finished when the screen on my pc changed while I was typing. So, they got our AC replaced while we were out of town & it was nice & cool when we returned from our trip out of town. There service Technicians did a excellent job! As usuall.
