The person who helps you set up the appointment is very knowledgeable about what service you need and the technician is very efficient and explains what he needs to do to make sure your system is working properly. I have a wine storage cabinet that was damaged during my move and the cooling unit needed replacing. It was not a big job and several other appliance/HVAC companies turned it down. Florida Comfort Systems agreed to install it and did so in a professional manner, on time and at a fair price. My theory is that if they pay such close attention to a small job, theyll do wonders working on something larger.Highly recommended.

Were Realtors@ and also bring them in for home inspections for Buyers - their reports are always rignt-on diagnostically and have yet to be successfully refuted. Christine put in a new thermostat and serviced the system. I have been using FCS for 6 years. The first 2 years were great than the service techs started dropping the ball and not doing a thorough job.Than Christine did a service that showed what we were not getting.Hopefully Florida comfort system retrain some of their basic service technicians. I will be watching how well they do in the future.

We had previously been using a large very well known local AC company for years however their customer service had really started to go down hill over the years. About 7 years ago we had this well known AC company install a new AC system after our old one died, we went with their recommendation and since we have had NUMEROUS issues! Thank God we bought the extended warranty with it.We started using FL Comfort Systems in several of our rental properties but continued to use the old company at our home as we thought we were locked in due to our extended warranty. However this past February our downstairs AC unit went out we called our old AC company and they gave us the bad news that it was shot and needed to be replaced. We received an estimate with several options on replacement units. I called FL Comfort Systems just to see what their prices would be. I was pleasantly surprised to find out that their prices were not only better but that they were quoting a better unit 2 stage unit vs single stage for the old company! FL Comfort Systems also said they could handle the warranty for our upstairs unit even though they didnt install it. So it was a no brainer we went with FL Comfort Systems. Our new unit is much quieter and more efficient than our upstairs unit.Then just this past Saturday our upstairs unit went out AGAIN this is like the 5th or 6th time so I called FL Comfort Sys to see how we would handle the labor warranty and they asked if we knew who it was with which unfortunately I didnt and as it was installed like 7 years ago I had no idea where our original paperwork was. Matt suggested that we may need to use the old company this time just to get the warranty coverage and just ask them bring a copy of our warranty with them. So I called the old company and the call went something like this:Old company: Thanks for calling XYZ Air how may I direct your call?Me: Yes we have an AC unit upstairs that we bought through you all and have a warranty with you that isnt working.Old Company: Oh um sooo, you want to schedule service? I really wanted to say No Id like to order a double cheeseburger and friesMe: Yes we have no AC upstairs and its like 90 degrees.Old Company: Ok well were like really busy so someone will have to call you back sometime later.I finally get a call back from the old company and they tell me that they cant get anyone out here until the following afternoon and that even though we have a full warranty they are going to charge us a $100 diagnostic fee!!!!!! I ask if they can email me a copy of our warranty which they do and I forward it over to Matt at F.C.S. and he has a tech at my house later that SAME DAY they honor the warranty and the deductible was only $49! He said hes never heard of a $100 diagnostic fee with a warranty with the warranty company we have.Needless to say I have recommended FL Comfort Systems to friends and family whenever I can and they have always been impressed and happy! Its all about customer service and sadly many of these large companies have gotten so large they seem to have forgotten that and seem to think that Oh well if we lose you as a customer well just pick up another or were making enough money without you.I cant recommend Florida Comfort Systems enough they recommend just the right AC not more than we needed and not some cheap unit either! Just the right one to met our needs!

As personal friends, we have had the Martins service our A/C since the 1980s. We have always found their work responsible and prompt. We moved into a condo 8 months ago and were in need of a new system. It presented a challenge to them as it was a 20-year old system with an air handler in the ceiling of a bottom floor unit.. They did research, found a unit that would fit and completed the job efficiently. We stay on the maintenance plan and are assured of good service. They are nice people!

After working as a technician for this company after 12 years my pictures are still on their website and I would like for it to be updated and removed as I do not represent this company anymore. My AC went out on a Tuesday night! Someone was out to check the system at 10am the next morning and when it was determined that my 13 year old system needed to be replace the company was back again on Friday morning to install the new unit! Very professional installers got the job done and went over and above sealing up the areas after installing the new unit in laundry room. Even offered to paint the area for us where the crown met the ceiling. Cleaned up all areas and fixed all the drain pipes outside that got loose from the hurricane. Explained everything and showed us everything they did. Highly recommend!! Superior service!

They were very thorough from giving us an accurate, concise estimate to installing the unit and explaining everything. I was desperate when the AC Company I normally dealt with, Conditioned Air, refused to service the AC at my rental unit which had shut down due to a clogged drain. They told me that the shelf that held hurricane shutters was too close to the unit and it was not safe for the serviceman. I told them the shelf was there before the unit was and it had been serviced before by them only one month before and nothing was said. They still refused so I went to yelp and google looking for an AC company who would actually do what they are in business to do, repairs and maintenance on air conditioners. The reviews for Florida Comfort were exactly what I was looking for. I called and they came out the same day and got the house cooled in minutes. James was professional, courteous. He had no problem servicing the unit nor did he see a problem with the location of the shelf. I signed up for maintenance that day and I intend to switch from Conditioned Air to Florida Comfort on my home too.

Please do not patronage this business. The owners are rude, non-existent and the management team do not have any customer service skills. Their employees are unprofessional, not trained, and lack general knowledge in their specific fields. After regretfully purchasing a system from David, we have had nothing but problems and there is only one service tech that actually knows what he is doing. When you call into the office, you get nothing but excuses and the run around. Once my warranty is up I will be switching companies. Lesson learned.
