I used Certifieds services for the first time in June 2021 to perform maintenance on my air conditioner. Tony was my service technician and I was very impressed with the quality of his work. He was very professional and friendly and did a very thorough job. He explained everything he was doing and I was provided with a detailed description of the work performed along with pictures showing the condition of my air conditioner. I also spoke with Dawn and Brandon in the office and was very impressed with the exceptional customer service I received from everyone at Certified. This is a company that really cares about customer satisfaction and I will definitely be doing business with them again in the future.

Our A/C system was serviced by Sean today. He was punctual, knowledgeable and thorough. He explained everything he was doing. He recommended installation of an Air Purification System due to evidence of mold, etc. in the air handler, which we agreed to. Certified has been our choice for A/C service for almost 5 years. We are very happy with them.

The technician showed up on time and I received both a phone call and an email letting me know. He was very helpful and after doing the 6 month checkup provided a review and made two suggestions to keep the system in good working order. Overall I was very satisfied with my service

Roman was the tech who came to my house. HE IS PROBABLY THE NICEST TECH I HAVE EVER HAD!!!He arrived in a timely manner, appraised me of what he was doing and checked my filter for me. He even dusted the cover so I didn’t have to climb up and do it!Please let him know how pleased I was!

The technicians were professional, skilled and very open to what they found and also how it needed to be fixed. Because of their investigation of the problem, other issues came to light. They were very honest, even pointing out my blower motor was still under warranty, saving me a large sum of money! I am so happy that I chose their company to fix my air conditioning! We have used Certified Heating and Cooling for a few years now and recently had an air unit go bad over a Holiday weekend! This company went above and beyond what I have ever experienced to see that our family was comfortable and our Holiday was not disrupted! While somethings are out of their control the service department takes a personal interest and gives 110%! Our issue was resolved with complete satisfaction and I could not be more grateful!

After doing an online inquiry for a service call late at night I got an answer in 10 minutes. Office called me early next am and Jillian was super nice and patient. In a few hrs the tech showed up and did a thorough checkup of why my system was intermittent. Darren showed me many pictures of all the things my 20yr old system had happening. Issues were extensive enough in all the photos + explanations where I decided to replace than risk failure as the summer progressed. I got a fair quote on the spot by Brandon who arrived after. I was able to get a complete new install in a few days. Install team headed by Tom and partner (yikes I apologize for missing name) showed up on time and completed while I was at work. Been 2 days and everything is great. Install looks really clean with all the safety precautions my original didnt have set up. Would recommend for sure.

My wife and I were very impressed with the promptness, courtesy, and knowledge of the employees who came to our home over the past two days.We were also very happy to be called by the company to let us know the techs were on their way. The problem with our air conditioning was a leak in the evaporator coil. We had this coil replaced. I researched the cost of replacement, and what we were charged seemed somewhat pricey, but that concern was tolerable because of the professionalism of the way the company handled the entire repair. We are pleased that we chose Certified.

Service above and beyond. Sean came out and did my semi-annual maintenance and was stellar. I just had Certified redo my entire AC duct system. They are the BEST. I’ve used Certified for years and they are consistently trustworthy and honest. I recently had a new AC installed and the techs were friendly, hardworking and professional. I highly recommend this company to all my family and friends.

Came home from a meeting around 4:45 PM on Tuesday and realized the house was warm. I checked the thermostat and our digital thermostat was dark and couldnt be read. I checked circuit breakers and they were fine. I called Certified and they diagnosed it over the phone as a clogged drain line and the system shut down. Within an hour Tony was at my door and he confirmed that it was a clogged drain line and got busy unclogging the line. When he was finished the system was running great and house was cooling back down.I always recommend Certified to anyone needing their AC taken care of by true professionals.

We called Certified when our HVAC contractor couldn’t accommodate us for several days with an emergency ac repair. Certified customer service was helpful and scheduled us that day. Within 4 hours of my phone call they were at our house fixing our ac. Roman, our technician was informative, knowledgable and polite. He did a great job! Within a hour we were up and running again. We had installers come out to house to install ductwork and new unit. We were told that pad would be professionally installed. They couldn’t cut out old pad because it was connected to the house so they were going to install on top of old pad with new pad sticking out over 12”. We asked for an extension to existing pad to be installed which should have been done before any work was ever done. Not happy with my sales guy for sure. It seems like once it’s sold they don’t really want to be bothered with any issues that may occur. Installers were great. Just a lack of communication on pad that has left a bad taste in our mouth. Since this posted my sales guy reached out to me and is in the process of making it right so I will up his stars and hopefully the end result when unit is installed and running will take it up to the five stars I really was hoping to give them. I apppreciate him reaching out to me. The company themselves seems to be a company I would recommend. Will update again after install is done.
