Unbelievable service! Got to Naples and no air. This company worked nonstop for 2 days until they got us up and running! Sitting in my nice cool house this evening because of Comfort Control and their expertise.

I noticed that our house temperature was rising and that our A/C unit was not working properly. I called Comfort Control Air Conditioning and they stated they would send someone out ASAP. The service technician arrived within an hour and had my unit up and running after 20 minutes. My wife and I greatly appreciate their help. I would highly recommend Comfort Control Air Conditioning to anyone needing A/C service.

We used Comfort Air. Came highly recommended by a friend of ours. They were awesome. And we had two estimates and this company was 1/2 the price. They communicated great, were punctual and accomodating. Highly recommend.

We called these folks because my AC guy was out of town. We had our unit coolant topped off to confirm it was leaking. It wasn’t cooling and they were out of town so we called CCAC and thank God we did. Dennis came out and confirmed it was leaking; though he wasn’t sure from where at first but he was thorough. Fortunately, our system was still under warranty. The coil was leaking and while they diagnosed the problem they showed me my old AC guy wasn’t doing the maintenance I paid him for, for five years. The inside coil was full of mold which had been making my wife and kids have bad allergies. They came a few days later to install the inside coil but checked outside and the outside coil had a major leak. Finding a coil leak can be tricky. They patched our system to get us through the weekend no charge and installed a new outside coil. A few days later the inside coil went; bad valve. I paid for the outside coil; they did the inside coil for free. I had multiple failures due to bad maintenance. Why? Because they are a reputable business and they made money on the first repair. One thing I will say is they are honest. I am not an expert on AC but I’m not stupid and I work in construction. These people are honest, fair and understanding. And, all their folks speak English. I have nothing against Spanish folks, but when dealing with an 7k piece of equipment I expect to be able to communicate. That’s not unreasonable. So, basically, I went from a guy screwing me to an actual professional AC company. I had multiple failures due to bad maintenance. During the final repair, one of their techs even fixed some stuff the original installer of the system (my original ac guy) installed wrong!! They handled all the warranty paperwork. On time, English speaking, fair, honest and reliable. If you live in Naples, you know how most contractors are regardless of their trade. These folks have my business from now on. Done deal.

My AC stopped working, and house was very warm. I called Comfort Control and they arrived about 1 1/2 hours later. They fixed it and we are very happy with their response time. Excellent company!!

My Ac was running hot. I called and they came immediately. I needed a part ordered. The let me borrow a portable AC. Awesome service.

Receptionist is rude over the phone. Prices keep raising for basic maintenance each time I call. Technicians are short and abrupt and seemed bothered to answer any questions during their visit. Expensive maintenance suggested each visit without good explanations.

When my AC died on a hot July night 5 years ago I panicked and looked for someone to replace the 20 year old system. I was referred by a friend and had the best experience. From start to finish they were professional, understanding and honest- a virtue not always displayed by AC companies.We chose a system within my budget and wasn’t yodeled. They got the new system up and running and I haven’t had any issues since. I have them come yearly for a maintenance and the same level of professionalism and courtesy each time. They have me as a customer for life.

New air conditioner was installed in February and have had problems with a/c drain clogging up. Old air conditioner did not do this. Possibility of main drain being clogged. Residents on second floor had their a/c company check their a/c drain and found nothing. If continues will have to try to get management company to have plumber clear main drain. My question is why it didnt happen with previous air conditioner.

Given the time of the year I was expecting a much longer wait to be seen but Dennis was out at a time that fit my schedule as was able to get my system running the same day in order to make it through the summer. Ill defintely be coming back when the time comes to replace the whole unit this fall.

I unfortunately found this business too late and had already had repairs to my AC. But when I spoke with Andy who comes here home and is honest about pricing quote rates he’s not evasive very kind very helpful I regret my decision going with the first company which was a disaster. I’ll be needing a new AC within the next year even though I just spent $4000 to repair my old one and I know exactly who I’m going to be speaking with about getting a new AC and it won’t be in the old company it will be this one! I’ll tell you one thing this gentleman Andy is one outstanding man I have spoken to so many AC companies in the past week not one of them has ever been as honest kind and had as great rates I’m assuming because all the other companies were extremely invasive and giving me quotes or ideas of range. Even if I had to pay more I like a company who is honest upfront doesn’t hide anything gives you all the pros and cons and you don’t have to hunt to find a price at least a price to work from if you’re like me I want an idea of the greens you could be looking at before you have someone coming into your home this is the company for you no one else will do that without assuring that they come to your house so they can close a sale. And the last guy who came to my house I kicked off my property before he even got to the door because he was such a jerk. I’m telling you good salesman in the AC field here in Naples Florida are hard to find when you find one you hold onto them and ethical workers are even harder so when you find them hold onto them and don’t let them go!I’m a first time home buyer what is the first time a C crisis I’ve definitely learned from this!

I called on a Sunday evening, our AC was not working. Comfort Control replaced our AC six years ago at a fair price. I requested service for the next day, as we have portable units to get through the night. At 8:00 am SHARP, Cory was at my front door. He repaired the blown capacitor, which was under warranty, and the service charge is very reasonable. The problem was fixed very quickly. We are very happy and highly recommend AC Comfort Control!

I have used Comfort Control Air for several years. They are always out immediately if I have a unit go down (my house has 2). They have installed a new unit when the builder grade ac unit went down (like they always do at 5 years). Then they had to fix an air duct problem that the home builder did where they crossed the ducts and let them touch, creating a condensation problem. Every time they are out they find and fix the problem quickly and affordably. I will use them every time.

I had this company install a UV light in my A/C system. We noticed a medicine type smell right after but thought it would go away. My family after 3 weeks we got a cough starting. I started to study the UV light technology and it puts out ozone into the air. This is not good. One writer said its like bathing your lungs in peroxide. So I called Comfort Control and ask about it and the person said we can dial down the strength of it for $79.00. You would think if the light has a power level you can adjust, it would have suggested levels to be at for a certain sized home. Or their thought would be we put something in this clients home causing a health issue, we need to fix this right away. Not we can fix it for $79.00. I could understand if it was 3 months down the road but it was about 3 weeks since installed. I feel taken advantage of. Hoping their is no long term damage from this incident.

In SW Florida we rely on our Air Conditioners, and we should be able to rely on our AC companies that maintain them. I had a new system installed just over three years ago, and have had the company that installed it maintain it annually. This past weekend my unit could not keep our home below 83 degrees. I phoned my AC company and they did not respond until Monday morning, after Comfort Control had already fixed my problem!I am grateful for the rapid response and honest explanation of my AC problem.Highly recommend!

These folks have been a joy to work with. They arrive exactly when they say they will, keep you informed of everything they are doing and dont try to push you into buying anything you dont need. Tore out an old unit and switched from a ceiling mount to floor mount vertical system. Started 8 Am and was up an running before 4PM.

Dennis was very helpful and knowledgeable; we feel we can trust him with any issues we might experience in the future and have decided to have our unit serviced biannually with him.

Technician arrived on time. He advised of rust being present on our AC coil which he said was normal for a unit of that age. No attempt was made to up sell as this was not necessary. Appreciate the honesty unlike a larger competitor we have used in the past.

Fantastic service, air conditioner went out on Saturday afternoon and by Sunday at 10:00 it was fixed, cost $100. We then decided to have them replace our 19 year old unit with a new one and again service was excellent and price was competitive.
