Ed and Erik were very pleasant and did a great job! I have never had my windows professionally cleaned, but it was worth the treat for all the time I saved. The screen washing is DEFINITELY WORTH IT (no water marks like when I have tried), I was surprised at how much cleaner the windows looked with the clean screens! We also had the gutters cleaned, and even though my husband had just done this in the autumn, Ed and Erik filled about 1/3 of a big black garbage bag with what was in our gutters -- so Id say they definitely did a good job.

The two men who came to my house were prompt, professional and polite. They thoroughly cleaned up after themselves too. What a novelty! Id hire them again, for sure.
