Pete came out and soft washed our blue stone patio, walkway and stone walls. His soft wash process was easy on the natural stone surfaces but did.a fantastic job removing the mold, mildew and dirt that had built up. He was even able to come out THAT day, due to a job postponement at another home. There were a few things (that I noticed the next morning) which still looked a little dirty after he completed the work. STAY AWAY!!Called Pete and scheduled a gutter cleaning for last Friday. My gutters are overflowing from the recent storms. He said he would call me the day before and get my exact address. He never called and never cleaned my gutters.Look at the other reviews where he was a no show. He never contacted me to reschedule or tell me he had some other “emergency” like he claims to have done with other potential customers.If you want your gutters actually cleaned, I recommend looking somewhere else.UPDATE: Of course he claimed to never speak to me. So I attached a screenshot of the voicemail he left me in which he confirmed coming to my house.

When I called to have some work done to the outside of my home, my call was answered, even though he was on a job. I sent some pictures and Pete returned my call as soon as he finished the job the same day. We booked a date & he called that morning to confirm the time & that he was on his way. I had Pete from Powerhouse Window Cleaning and Power Washing out today to clean my gutters and siding. I have an aluminum siding house that had a lot of oxidation, mold, and algae on it. When he arrived he walked through the process he would take to make my house shine again. He soft washed the house and was able to remove all of the unsightly mess that was on the siding and gutters. I was shocked at how bright my house looks after the service. I would highly recommend Powerhouse to anyone.

Hired for gutter cleaning, and was supposed to show up at 8am. Powerhouse never showed up. I then contacted them at @ 12 noon to remind them, and they said that they were just running late. 8pm.........they never showed up and no communication back to me. EDIT: Powerhouse NEVER informed me of an Emergency or ever pro-actively informed me that they were going to be running late or just plain NOT show up. There was no message ever left with me.

So I called on Friday to get my windows and Garage cleaned and was told would be coming by later on in the afternoon to give a price. I called at 6pm cause nobody showed or called. When I called I was told we never had a appointment. So we made appointment for Saturday afternoon. No call no show again. Wasted my whole Saturday afternoon. You can not trust a company to do a good job when they can’t even keep appointments.

Pete got back to me immediately after I called him, and gave me an appointment within a very few days. He did a fantastic job! Our house looks terrific! Pete was wonderful to deal with, reasonable and gave amazing results!

We’re completely satisfied with this service. We moved into our home recently and wanted an exterior soft power wash to clean away all of the many years of previous occupants. All of the green mildew was removed and the brightness of the aluminum siding was increased, along with the patio concrete being completely renewed.Pete uses critical components of power washing that a lot of the budget-buy services don’t offer that allow for an actual cleaning and long lasting outcome. If someone shows up to your place with a basic sun joe power washing unit...don’t continue the job ; )

I have used Pete for the past THIRTEEN YEARS and he has always been consistent on the service he gives me! VERY reliable because I ALWAYS know exactly what to expect from him! Pete did a great job washing our home but it took several calls to get on his schedule. The first appointment he was a no-show and a no-call. I called him to remind him. The second appointment he was 30 minutes late. He was scheduled to wash the house, windows, screens and sills but only washed the house. When asked to return to wash the windows he couldnt schedule at the time of the other service. Pete then failed to call to schedule a new time and then made several different excuses as to why he wasnt able to come back. Will NEVER hire again. Maybe he needs more people working for him or a receptionist to help with his scheduling. He does good work but his punctuality and responsivness is very poor.

I can’t speak for the quality of the washing since I didn’t use him...but his responsiveness was horrible. Spoke to him on phone and he seemed very reasonable. At his request I sent # of windows and also sent house pics. Had to send a second time even though 1st text showed it went through on 1st attempt. Then he said he would get me quote and whether or not he could do it in time for our need. Strung us along from a Tuesday to Saturday with no response and many missed promises...and then to top it off, he lies about sending a text us to say he was too busy. Too dishonest for us to ever do business with him. I’m sure he’ll post a reply that I’m making all this up...but why would I go through all this trouble to post this?

We have listed our home on the market and I called Pete to get an estimate for window washing. He returned my call within 30 minutes to give me a quote, his price was very competitive, and the windows look great. While Pete was at my home, he noticed that my pavers very much needed cleaning. He was very accommodating regarding my schedule and cleaned the pavers while I was gone for the day. He had them looking beautiful in time for showings that same day. I just had my house washed this weekend. The work was good, but I was a little disappointed in the price. It ended up being a lot more than the price range quoted on the phone based on home size. Was told that a lot of extra work was done, but is the front brick of a home not normally included? I stated that the front was brick on the phone. Also, there was a little spot on the roof that also needed to be cleaned.

HORRIBLE!! Not once, but twice we made appoitments with Pete, and both times he canceled/never got back to us. The first time we had to reach out to him to see if he was still coming; her said he would call at 8am, and be there at 9am. 8:50am came around and my husband called him to see what was up and he said he was at a job all morning and would be here at 11:00am for sure. Then at 11:30am he text and said his powerwasher broke and needed to reschedule. He said he would look at his calendar and get back to us; never did. About two months later we reached out to him and scheduled another day/time. This next time we called at 8:30am left voicemail (bc he said he would call at 8am), he text 15 minutes later saying he was on an emergency job and said he would call when he was done. Around 1pm he text again and said he was still at the job and would let us know when he was done....still waiting to hear from him. It has been 4 days. With the two days off we took, i should charge him for my vacation days used waiting on him. Dont care how good of a job you all say he does, two times he completely blow us off!!!! Both times waited around all day (both work days, Fridays).

Recently Pete came out and powerwashed my house. Great job!Then he came back and powerwashed and sealcoated my backyard cedar fence. Had lots of mold build up but he fixed it. Now its back to a golden brown color and looks great. Highly recommended!Matt H
