It was very convenient. I made my appointment on line. They came out the very next day. They were courteous in calling me and letting me know when someone would be at my house. They called me when they we’re running a little late, and they called when they were on their way.The young man who came by and unclogged my basement sink was very courteous. I called them at 8pm when my sink was leaking a trickle and they had someone here within an hour and a half. While we were waiting for the plumber to arrive, the handle came off the sink water shut off (because my husband was still messing with it) and we flooded our new house. I called back the person who called me to let me know when you expect the plumber and he helped me find the water shut off to the house so that it didnt continue to get worse while we waited for them to arrive. Steven arrived and quickly replace the handle and even installed the water filter I was trying to install that started the whole mess. They were running a food drive so I was able to get a discount for donating a couple cans of food. The faucet cartridge was messed up and he tried taking it out and reassembling it but it needed to be replaced.The only reason I only gave 4 stars was because they didnt have the part to replace and if we had to have him come back with it another time, it would have been a second, expensive service call. I feel like when its the same problem, it should be one service charge. The water pressure dying was part of my original problem that I told the dispatcher about.Steven was very encouraging of us doing things ourselves despite having flooded our house by doing so. We decided to replace the whole faucet ourselves and I really appreciated that he didnt try to convince us to have it to professionals even though wed already proven our incompetence!I will be hiring them again for a water heater replacement that I need done at the house were selling.

High quality service from the Plumber Joe who was able to repair my clogged shower drain and unclog my toilet which had been suffering from a jet clog I was unaware of. All utilities are working correctly and this was very happy news. The only downside is the cost. It was 600 dollars for these two tasks after multiple discounts applied. That seems very high to me but again the workmanship and professionalism was very welcome. All covid and cdc protocols were followed so I would recommend this company again based on the experience but be wary as its not inexpensive.

The representative came promptly and answered all my questions. He also fixed the problem in an hour and had great customer service. The only complaint I have is how pricey they are I feel as if I over charged. Other than that I would recommend their service to anyone.

Had my house backup yesterday. What a mess. Call Roto-Rooter Naperville and was quite impressed. The service tech was extremely knowledgeable and did the service very through. He was friendly, clean, careful and just did a great job. They let me know 30 mins ahead of arrival. The job was done, explained what happen and the invoice was very fair. I was impressed and will use them again.

Our roto-rooter service technician Joe was great upon arrival. He was very honest about the several ways we could approach finding our clog, decided on taking out the toilet to easily access the main septic pipe. Sure enough Joe was right on the money. He unclogged our main line and we are back in business. The honesty and his ability to perform the project in a timely manner was the best part about Joes service. Hopefully wont need to be, but definitely would be a return customer of Joes at Roto-Rooter, Thanks!

Dispatch itself was a bit slow. I had an initial appointment scheduled and was not called until ~2 hours after the appointment window and was just told I had to reschedule. What lacked in that department was made up for by the technician showing professionalism and efficiency when reinstalling our outside spigot.

The technician was on time, friendly, and explained everything to me throughout. Very wonderful experience with the technician. Was not happy with the astronomical price tag. I was charged $650 ($575 after $75 off coupon) to remove a clogged dishwasher/kitchen sink line. I won’t be using this company again, only because of the crazy high prices.

Made the appointment on line at 9PM, at 7 the next morning i received a call telling me our service tech will be there in an hour. Our service tech came on time, explained cost up front, and respected our needs. Fixed the issue and made sure everything was working fine. Covid protocol was observed the entire time. Hector at Roto Rooters is awesome! Hes very professional, punctual and generally a nice guy. I had a pesky leak in my bathtub and I was worried it would get worse and wear on my hot water heater (which it did two years ago).Hector knew exactly what to do to repair the problem. The gentleman that came in was very informative. He assessed the situation gave a clear explanation of pricing and once it was agreed upon he delivered exceptional experience. He cleared the drain and explained what the issue was, he then gave me tips on how to reduce the issue from occurring again. Not to mention they back their work with a 6 month guarantee. If it clogs again I just call and they come out to me at no cost if it occurs again. Will definitely use again if I need to.

My sump pump stopped working during a snow storm. I had Heto (Cant quite read the name, may be wrong) come out to replace it and he had to deal with a pretty difficult lid to take off. He worked diligently and quickly and replaced our sump pump with a new one and a MUCH quieter one. Very happy with his service.

I had a clogged toilet; I called them at Saturday night about 10pm and scheduled a plumber come in the next day, which is a Sunday noon to fixed it. The plumber is friendly and professional, finished everything in two hours. I really appreciated their help, definitely recommend.

My situation was not an emergency but I still received a same day call back and a next day appointment. The young lady on the phone was very friendly and helpful. The technician, Sergio, was very professional. He examined my garbage disposal and explained that it needed to be replaced. After he removed the old disposal Sergio explained what caused it to stop working. He was dressed in PPE and left my kitchen clean. I’m very impressed by the professionalism of all the staff I came in contact with. Excellent job.

Our condo building experienced a major clog in our plumbing, which caused a bad back up in our basement/storage area (and horrible smell leaking into the first floor units.) I called Roto Rooter after a quick google search and was more than happy with my results. I was given a two hour window - which I felt was fair - and my service person, Steven, arrived in about an hour. He was friendly, knowledgeable, safe (took all pandemic precautions) and had a great sense of humor the entire time, making the experience much less stressful for me. Oh, did I mention that this all happened at night and Steven wasn’t done until after midnight? Steven was great and service was wonderful. I will definitely be using their services again for my future plumbing needs.

Caused thousands in damage to my home. Technician had absolutely no idea what he was doing, ruined the drain pipe to my tub and drilled directly through the pipe which left a 3 inch hole. Calling their office to resolve the issue is a complete joke as they claim they are not responsible. As you can see not only did they drill through the pipe they alse accessed it through the drain and not the overflow. a simple google search will tell you that is not the way this is to be done. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Mr Terrence was the absolute best human being ever! I was shocked to get a hold of a real person so easily! We had a broken pipe we needed to get help quickly. Our plumber came out on a freezing cold Sunday (his name began with an H - I cannot for the life of me remember it in its entirety!) and went above and beyond to assist us with our water heater issue. We had heating elements that had gone bad and wanted to replace them, but had issues draining our tanks since our plumbing system has some sort of crossover. He was able to help us drain our tanks, replace our heating elements, inspect our faucets/showers afterwards and gave us instructions on when to use our appliances once everything was heated up again. We were ready to tear our hair out trying to find an after hours plumber and places were charging outrageous after hours pricing - Roto Rooter came through and our plumber was respectful, got the job done and finally put our minds at ease

Cy was very professional and efficient. He replaced my ejector pump and suggested he check my sump pump while he was here. Herman serviced my home yesterday and he did an amazing job!! My main sewer line was completely blocked by tree roots and he worked for hours to slowly pull them all out and create a perfect water flow. The supervisor also came out with a camera to make sure the line was totally clear. They also worked with me on cost since this pandemic has really hurt my financial situation. Will definitely be calling them for maintenance in the future!

We had what can only be described as a catastrophe, after hours naturally. I called, and everyone was so nice and they managed to get someone there within 2 hours at 10 pm.They were thorough and even though they had to come back the next day with more equipment they made sure the job was done and done correctly so this wouldn’t happen again.I highly recommend them anytime you need plumbing work

Amazing Service! Our basement completely flooded for the first time ever. The sewer was backed up so my family of six could not use the bathroom or running water at all. It turned out to be a huge issue and even had to dig. All of this was done within 2 days!This kind of unplanned event is beyond stressful.
