I needed an estimate for mitigation services after my toilet had a concealed leak, and Erick came out to inspect the damage the next day. They were very professional and worked quickly to tear out the tile and get the dehumidifiers in. They were very helpful in getting this problem solved quickly for me. Erick and his team did an increadable job on removal of the damaged drywall and the toilet. They removed the bathroom vanity and repaired the ceilings and walls. They painted the new sheetrock and all the trim. They brought in excellent craftsman and serviced the ac/ heating unit. They had the floors sanded and finished. The project manager was amaizing and oversaw all of the work. He exceeded my expectations by a lot and would not hesitate to recommend Apex Water & Fire Restoration to any of my neighbors.
