At the beginning of 2021 I decided it was time to sell my property to cash in on increasing home values. I asked some co-workers if they had any real estate agent recommendations and a trusted colleague whom I’ve worked with for 10 years recommended Nicole Tudisco and her partner, Tony. I reside out of state, so I needed an agent willing to help me with the nuances of selling a property remotely. Little did I know, I’d need more help than usual. The tenant vacating the unit left the place disheveled and filled with bulky junk items that needed to go. Without asking, Nicole offered to clear the unit and get the bulky items picked up by a third party. In addition to the bulky stuff, there ended up being several trash bags filled with other junk. They have differing perspectives on a home, yet work together to cover both perspectives and arrive at a truly solid plan.From listing -> contract -> closing was 19 days!Our home listed on a Thursday and Nicole brought us an offer the following Monday.When you sign your listing agreement, and Nicole asks is there anything she can do for you, ask her to bring you a contract the next week. We did, and she delivered as requested. Plus this was between Thanksgiving and Christmas. What some would consider a hard time to sell.Even better, Nicole, Tony, and their team were always available to provide support and reduce any anxiety. Even when they are out of town, they are still able to provide solid support. You are never left hanging.A couple of things came up after the sale/closing. They were still engaged and readily available. We were very thankful we chose Team Tudisco.
