She answered my endless questions patiently and set up an appointment for me immediately. They do same day appointments, which is very convenient. The technician Mario was very thorough spraying inside and outside of the house. Gave me lots of helpful tips on maintenance and even did an extra inspection to give me a peace of mind. Ryan arrived this morning at the expected time, between 8-10 am. He was courteous, listened to my concerns, used a mask, gloves and booties. He gave a thorough explanation about his procedures and commented on specific issues that needed more attention. He was very attentive and gave close attention to the perimeter of the property. He cautioned me about animals and gave me instructions about keeping them inside during the outside treatment. I would welcome him back to my home.

I had an ant issue and called my normal pest control company (who I had been using for +3 years) to come in to service it. They told me they could not come for 7 days. Austin was great at setting up our service and then Lavin went extremely above and beyond. We just bought this house and it had been sitting for several months before our purchase so it was full of spiders. Lavin sprayed the entire interior, garage and exterior extremely thoroughly. We had never any service from Orkin that even remotely resembled the job he did. He was on ladders all around the house spraying each and every crevice.

After so many visits and money spent, the pest problem is not going away and my renter does not trust my word and wants to leave the property. Just understand how can professionals could not resolve the black ants problem?

Spraying my windows in the middle of a rain storm makes no sense at all. It washed off before it could penetrate the surface. I would like you to reapply the application when the house/windows are dry.

I will agree that the customer service was great initially....We however did not have a good experience, the techs who came over were friendly if not knowledgeable enough to help. We were getting recurrent charges and that was not explained on the initial call. I would not utilize their services again. Clearly when your trying to rectify a problem you are not reading the fine print, I’ve learned my lesson.

Chris came today, although a little early, but he did a fantastic job. When his squirt bottle gave him trouble, he went to his truck and came back with a more powerful device, which actually covered more ground. He understood my bug phobia and sprayed the places I needed without question. Chris was very professional, courteous, polite, and thorough. I hope that if/when I need another dose of spray that hell be the one to do the job as now he knows the layout of my home and the particular areas of concentration. Ive been using them for several years now. My house had a terrible carpenter ant infestation and several wasp nests when I first moved in, but since the day I started getting regular treatments from these folks, I havent seen so much as a single one of those buggers in or around the place. The servicemen are always punctual and polite, and are considerate of my time.

After an initial missed appointment (unclear who was at fault), Proactive Assigned a new tech - Daniel - who went above and beyond with treatment making sure we were more than happy!

Alexis of Proactive was friendly, knowledgeable and thorough in his work at our home. He listened to our concerns about the carpenter ant trouble we were having. He examined the interior locations, the damage that was present (not extensive it turns out, but still notable) and then described what he would do to start eradicating them with the “non-repellant” dusting. This having been completed, we went with him around the house’s perimeter and, eventually to the wooded areas of our 1/8 of an acre lot. Alexis found significant infestation of the ants in a wood pile in the corner of the lot, as well as in large trees at the front of ourHome. He saw these large colonies as the very likely source of their recent presence inside our house. My wife took the lead in the exterior/perimeter part given her extensive gardening experience there—She was very pleased how Alexis listened to her concerns and welcomed her questions. He will be back in September to re-examine and reapply the treatment... though he said we will notice much less evidence of the ants within a week’s time—both outside and inside. We are very glad to have Alexis and ProActive’s help in this significant matter of protecting our home.

I contacted Proactive because I had an issue with some pesty bumble bees. I called them and they were very informative as to what type of bees I was dealing with. I spoke with Ryan and he told me he could get a technician out the same day. Anthony showed up at the exact time I was told and he was extremely helpful. He walked me through the perimeter of my home showing me where the wasps and bees would nest. I thought I only had a bee issue but he located 7 wasps nests that I hadnt seen and I was so thankful that he was able to take care of all of my issues. Because of Anthony I signed up for an annual contract and have asked him to return for all of my inspections because he was very diligent. I would recommend Proactive Pest Management and Anthony to anyone.

Derek of Pro Active pest management has been a pleasure to deal with. I have been impressed with his knowledge, professionalism, and courtesey. I have been dealing with two simultaneous issues - a mouse issue at my house and a moth issue at my condo. Derek has been diligent in coming by every two weeks to ensure the problems are being addressed. He has also been very empathetic and respectful to my tenant during the treatments. Last Friday afternoon Derek informed me that he was running late would not be able to make it until later in the afternoon. He arrived at my house at 4:30pm and ended staying with me till 5:45pm, which included a trip over to my condo. Even though it was late on a Friday night and he had another appointment to go to, he never rushed or made me feel like he was in a hurry. He took the time to answer all of my questions and make sure the issue was addressed. I greatly appreciate the support and commitment Derek and Pro Active have show in addressing my issues. I will continue to use them for any pest issues, as well as recommend them to others.

Having a house full of kids we always seem to find food on the floor which can invite unwanted guests/bugs.
