I have been waiting for almost a week for the Public Works to come pick up the dead animal but it was a no show. I have placed a call to ABC Humane Wildlife control and they came in the same day and removed the remains. Elise was quick, polite and professional. Thank you very much for work well done!!!

I highly recommend this company. They are very prompt with time. A tech came to service my trap by the name of Elise. She definitely knows her stuff she was prompt with the time that she told me and when she arrived she was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly.

We had a bat trapped in our basement. I called around 9:30 pm and they sent someone out within the hour. Andy showed up and diligently searched, found and trapped the bat. He explained the whole process and was very nice and courteous. I would absolutely use this service again.

Wildlife Control Specialist Michael Kiely of abcwildlife performed an excellent inspection of the roof including the chimney area, he also walked around the house first before getting on to the roof. I called ABC Wildlife after finding a massive Yellowjacket nest underground in the yard. The technician arrived the next day. They were able to come out same day to remove a skunk from our basement window well. The tech sprayed an odor neutralizer to help with the smell. He also provided suggestions for preventing skunk intrusions in the future. A little pricy compared to other options, but getting the skunk removed same day was our priority and justified the cost for us. I’m very happy I called them and satisfied with service provided.

The people on the phone were very courteous and responded to my calls promptly. With 2 skunks under my porch and having sprayed, the guy on the initial conversation was very helpful, very informative and put me at ease, telling me very clearly what they would do and what to expect. Colin came by the next day, got one of the skunks out by hand and set a trap for the other, which was caught that night. He was also very helpful and friendly. Overall, very professional friendly group of people and the price was less than I expected to pay. Recommend highly.

My last visit to do stinging insect spraying on my two story cedar roof home was thorough and the tech did detailed work!Highly recommend this business!! Real science happening here. I was a customer, then I worked her, then I was a customer again.My dad hired ABC for a raccoon problem and one ended up falling through our ceiling in the middle of the night. When the person came in the middle of the night to get the raccoon, my dad asked him if they could hire me while I applied to dental schools, and I ended up having an interview and being hired. I enjoyed working at ABC and I got to work for the nonprofit part of the company and help train police and fire personnel to handle wildlife calls, which was very fun. I also answered phone calls, did billing, and scheduled service for clients. I hired ABC last week to solve a mouse problem in my attic. The technician was awesome and I feel like the company has gotten even more amazing since I worked there. It made me nostalgic, so I figured Id post this review. The most unique thing about working at ABC when I worked there was the appreciation that managers expressed every time I handled something well. I feel like they thanked me all the time and that was a very nice environment to work in.I was sad to hear the founder passed away. I spent a lot of time with Garon and he was a brilliant and wonderful man.

ABC Wildlife recently sent Brandon as our field tech after we thought our bat issue had gotten worse. Not only did he inspect our attic and explain what he was doing, what he found (and did not find), and share his knowledge on decomposed species, he answered my MANY questions related to the bat issue they’ve been assisting us with since May. His expertise was extraordinary but it was his communication and emotional understanding that made him quickly become the one person I trust to help my family sleep better and be comfortable in our home again. My words won’t translate as to how helpful he was making me feel like our nightmare is over. Initial inspection and trap for raccoons was placed today. Sean was a fantastic rep, very knowledgeable, and extremely thorough! Went above and beyond to explain the process and place the trap in a tricky location. So far so good!

We had squirrels coming through a hole in the roof/siding. ABC humane wildlife was called and the biologists who have come to help us have all been very helpful, courteous, professional and thoroughly knowledgeable. They had to come over and remove at least three squirrels. I would recommend them highly for taking care of animals coming into the house.

My technician arrived at the time he promised. He was very pleasent and methodical as he looked at the area and determined what animal was under my shed . In my case it was a skunk in which he proceeded to inform me of the way the animal sets up a territory and what his habits are. My techs. name is Brandon. I called abc @ 8:30 am a abc representative said a tech would arrive between 2-4pm to remove a squirrel. Sean arrived at my house just after 2pm. He was very thorough with the removal and rebating of the traps explaining in detail how the trap functions. Sean was very courteous and detailed orientated, a true professional.

ABC Wildlife was very helpful in dealing with my skunk problem. I had initially called ABC a year prior to trap a skunk. At the time, the technician suggested a more expensive option than I was willing to undertake at the time. He wasnt pushy about it and didnt bring it up again on subsequent communications. When the skunks returned, I called ABC again. The same technician came, remembered my problem, and suggested that that expensive solution would help. Again, he wasnt pushy about it. However, he did remember some particulars of my situation, and explained clearly how their solution would solve my problems. I ended up getting their solution, and the communication in setting it up and completing the solution was all extremely helpful.

This was a great experience! After a stressful time finding rodent droppings several days in a row, I really appreciated the calm professional experience that ABC provides. They cleaned everything up, sealed entry holes, and followed up with me to make sure everything was actually fine. Definitely a good company.
