I booked a limo for my daughters Sweet 16 and I was very happy. The service was outstanding and the price was very reasonable. The limo driver was so nice and patient. We made him wait a little while before going into the limo due to all the pics that we were taking. He even showed the kids how they can add their own music. I was very impress and I will definitely use them again in the future. Also one of the kids lost their camera and I called a few days later and they looked in the limo and found it between the seats. They are awesome! Highly recommend them.

I booked a limo through this USA Coach Limousine for my brothers bachelor party to schlep us around town on our various adventures and it turned out to be a great move. This was my first time I ever renting a limo and I gotta say it was really great. The limo we were in was really nice looking on the inside; very luxurious looking. We had a lot of fun riding it that thing, especially with the entertainment system in the back. Also, our driver was very nice and accommodating. Not too expensive for the quality either. Definitely give them a call if youre looking for a limousine.

Great service and on time. The driver was helpful and respectful. I also think I got a great price for a wedding limo service. There was an error of over payment from my account on my behalf but as soon as I noticed I called them and they took care of it the next day and refunded what was overpaid. The only suggestion I would have for the company is to lose the confetti window stickers placed inside the limo.

I used this company for a PINK SUV HUMMER LIMO 15 passenger and I absolutely LOVED it ❤️❤️❤️ The driver was great and the car was clean with complementary soft drinks. Important of all the PRICE was the BEST, they even gave me $100 off because the limo was for 7 hours and it was my birthday. 🎂I definitely recommend EVERYONE to use this company for any occasion!

The vehicle was awesome. We were very impressed with the limo. It was beautiful inside and out. Our driver did a phenomenal job as our driver from the time he picked us up until the time he dropped us off. The driver was very professional, punctual and courteous. We were truly impressed.

Used this limo service for my entire wedding. Limo was LATE by 15min where we were in a rush to get set up before the ceremony. Limo was NOT PRESENT at the time when the ceremony was over. The Bride and Groom were sent off to no limo, so there were no send off pictures with the limo. I, the Groom, had to call the limo to see where they were and they pulled up 30min later, where it was then too dark to take our pictures outside for send off and our park pictures at a different location. There was no red carpet or limo decorations AS STATED ON OUR CONTRACT. When I set the reservation, they said they would bring us back to the hotel, complimentary, after the reception. On the day, they then said that this was not on the contract (on email thread), so we were charged to go back to the hotel. Overall, this was so unprofessional for a business to ruin a wedding by not providing what was on the contract, including BEING ON TIME! I ended up using the limo an hour LESS because we could not take pictures because of how dark it was and was charged MORE to be able to make it back to our hotel after the reception. This was completely unacceptable! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY TIME & MONEY HERE!!!

When booking the limo, I had found a Groupon deal that was around 165 dollars for up to 10 passengers for four hours use of the limo. When I called to book the limo I was told I could not use that as it was only for an airport drop off. Luckily, I had not purchased the deal yet because I wanted to make sure we could use it, but no where on it did it say it was for airport drop off only. This should have been my first clue this was not the best company to use.Our driver to our destination arrived 20 minutes early and was very nice. The experience went down hill after that. The limo was old and rusty looking, with no A/C. Our driver told us that we had the controls to work everything in the back, it said the A/C was on but it only blew out hot air. We asked the driver to turn on the A/C from his end and he said he did, but it still was hot air. Driving to downtown Chicago in July with 6 of us in back, one of who was 7 months pregnant, without A/C was not a pleasant experience.We were supposed to be picked back up from our destination in four hours. We were told we would have a different driver. Im not sure why I paid for 4 hours of use if they were only going to drop us off, go back to their business, and then pick us back up later. Five minutes past our pick up time, I still had not heard from the driver. I called and there was a mix up on the time. They thought we were being picked up at 2:45 AM and not at 2:45 PM. I take partial responsibility on this as on the confirmation it did say AM and I did not catch it, but it also said the pick up date was the same as the drop off date, in addition I had talked to someone on the phone about needing the limo for four hours, so I feel like they should have used common sense and caught the error or at least verified our pick up time when the first driver dropped us off. When we realized the error, I was told it would take no more than an hour for a driver to come get us. An hour later I had still not heard from the driver and called him, he said he was stuck in traffic and no more than 30 minutes away. I understand traffic is something that is unavoidable, so didnt think it was that big of a deal. 45 minutes go by and I call him again, he says he is 5 minutes away. Another 15 minutes go by and he calls me to say NOW he is 5 minutes away. This is where I got really annoyed. Why keep saying you are close when you are not? Finally, 2 hours after we were originally supposed to be picked up we were getting into the car. The driver did not say one word to us(it was a different driver than the trip downtown). Once again we were in the rusted out limo with no A/C. When he dropped us off at our final destination, he awkwardly stood by the drivers door and said nothing to us.I just received an email from the company with horrible grammar/verb usage stating that if I left positive reviews I would be able to receive 15% off my next booking. First of all, the company should have someone who is professional enough to proof read their emails before they send them out. Second of all, they should not be bribing their customers for good reviews. Obviously, I will not be getting the 15% off, which is fine because I would never book with this company again.

The limo was on time. The driver (Ahmed) was friendly, efficient and professional. The limo was very clean. We will definitely be repeat customers.

We arrived after our flight and zero communicaton from the company regarding pickup. After calling, the person told my family of 6 to go to a particular area and the driver would call or text. We waited patiently and zero contact. We called again and the person told us to go to another area.Once we go it, they suppkied 5 waters...one of which was open. There were two beers in the cooler...zero ice and very hot.We could have worked through these issues, but then we started driving during rush hour traffic and the AC stopped. The driver said the car was overheating. It was 92 degrees, so it was hot, but there is no reason the vehicle should overheat. If this was an issue, send another vehicle. So, our four young kids sprawled out across the seats and literally sweated the entire ride home.I called to speak to the owner regarding the issues and he offered a 5% discount to future use. This was more of a slap in the face than a gesture of understanding.For the money spent, we shiuld expect luxury. Instead, we could have hired a taxi for far less and stayed cooler.ZERO chance of using this company again....
